I can’t explain how many times the pharmacy has screwed up my meds. They’ve given me the wrong dose twice. I had to call at least 6 different times to try and get the correct order, and for some reason they can’t comprehend a 90 day supply no matter how many times I’ve had to repeat myself. I actually have to check what I’m being given before I leave so I know it’s right. Now that they have the orders straightened out, they had 2 of the 3 meds refilled so I had to go back around and wait in line again. I unfortunately can’t trust them to follow clear requests/orders! It’s literally not rocket science.

Pharmacy does a great job every time. I’m always held up behind another customer complaining about their dumb pain meds. It’s never a cholesterol medication. Pharmacist and staff handle those situations very professional. Also to the lady complaining about the pharmacy not liking her…maybe check your meds before leaving the way you probably check your food at a drive thru. Main store is always clean and organized. All around great staff.

We urgently needed a prescription transferred from another city to Corpus Christi, and it was 5 minutes before the pharmacy’s closing time. The pharmacist Chuck went above and beyond to help us out, even though he was undoubtedly tired after a long shift. His effort is greatly appreciated.

I love this pharmacy! Hands down best pharmacy in Corpus Christi! Front store staff and pharmacy staff are all amazing! They handle all situations so perfectly! I wish a lot of customers treated them better! Most of the reviews bashing on them is from customers that didn’t get their way lol grow up and learn that a pharmacy is not like McDonald’s….there is a process in the pharmacy. Keep doing y’all and ignore the hate! Y’all are the best!!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy quite some time they know I can’t open childproof caps because of my arthritis But they insist on always putting child proof cap and tell me to come back and they’ll switch them out. I don’t have time for that. I don’t understand why they do this to me. I guess they don’t like me.

Crammed 280 capsules into one of their smallest bottles! When I opened the lid, capsules went everywhere. They didn't even bother to put desiccants in the bottle. These people need to be retrained.

Worst experience ever. Got treated like trash for spending more than 15 mins looking at makeup and comparing coupons on the cvs app. Followed all over store went to check out and realized i had to put 3 things back i didnt have enough to cover all my basket. Asst mgr said i was not welcome back at that store. Ima go back EVERYDAY next week fill up my cart then bounce. HORRIBLE service

I love this CVS. Some other CVS stores need go to this store for training, on how to stock, clean and learn courtesy. This CVS is a model in perfection of what a CVS should and can be. Always no issues when I go there for prescriptions or other OTC items. Over two years of being a customer at this location and never have a bad visit.

One of the managers by they name of Tashara was not only being extremely rude, but had a bad attitude from the time I walked in. Got my things and went straight to self checkout. I was ringing my items up and made a mistake on one gift card and Tashara aggressively said “ I’ll help you at the front register.” And cancels my purchases. She proceeded to check me out and and explained to her how much I needed for each gift card. She puts the wrong amount and I told her no that’s not right and her response was “that’s why I asked you in the beginning how much” and I was in shock of her response and told her she was being so rude and ignored me. I am never one to complain EVER but man this lady was terrible. I will definitely be contacting corporate to let them know who/what kind of people they’re hiring for this store. Especially if they’re managers. I come here very often and never once had a problem until today. Tashara should NOT have a title as a manager if she has that type of attitude. So disrespectful.

0 stars. Horrible customer service. Brad and Cat the workers did not handle the situation professionally. Customer was forced to use self checkout and it wasn't working properly. Cat was annoyed when the register would call them up front to help was told by Cat to shut up when I pointed out the register was calling for help to continue. I couldn't locate a number for corporate.Brad and Cat you should not be working customer service with those horrible attitudes. Especially Cat she was ugly.

Very rude, asked about depositing money Into a card, and they told me they take most of the money, then why would I come here. Not only that there's been shady people hanging outside, and inside the store. Wallagreens helped me greeted me, and even put a smile back on my face this place is a dump. There was a black girl there that put her hand in front of my face saying , excuse me sir we do not put money on the card, and the manager guy rudly told me that we did but we charge alot..... well thanks for this rude info, I will not be back.

0 star. I came to this store to take a passport photo and the lady was nice yeah, and I then left without checking the photo. The next day I check my photo and it was blurry, so I came back to the store asking nicely if she could take another shot again but she said I couldn't refund it even tho I had a receipt. So I just left the store and wasted my $16. I wouldn't recommend taking photo here unless with someone whose hand wasn't shaking. Peace

The cashiers at this location are the rudest I have encountered anywhere. I overheard one answer the phone with a "ya". Do they not teach these young laddies how to answer the phone? The other girl was rude when I asked for her assistance. She replied with "you have to use the self checkout" and seemed bothered when I needed something behind the counter. Still needed her to swipe her little card so I could complete my purchase at the self checkout. She looked really bothered because she had to help me. I will avoid this and all CVS from now on. Thank you.

Kingsley (I hope I spelled it right) at the pharmacy is so pleasant and cheerful. He was also EXTREMELY helpful when I was in a rush to get out of town and needed a prescription in short notice. He was even able to get me a better price since I was paying out of pocket. Even if this location becomes less convenient when I move to another part of town I think I’ll continue to use this CVS location because of my positive experience.

Went by today to buy something and i had kindly asked the cashier if she could check me out at the register since I was using my wife’s discount card because she is an employee as well and they aren’t allowed to use self check out when using their discount card and the cashier very rudely said to me “ she doesn’t work for my store so just use the self check out” I even had told her that I couldn’t because my wife told me to not use self check out

I went in to buy a few household items and couldn't find one item I was looking for. So, I asked a man that worked there, if he could help me. He did just that and also informed me that there was a coupon I could use to save on it too. He told me about the coupons in the advertisements, that are right by the door as soon as you walk in, that could help me save. I asked his name. His name is Ruben. I believe he is the manager there and seems to be doing a GREAT job. Will DEFINITELY be going back again. Thanks You, Ruben!

The Store manager Ruben is very rude to customers and has a bad temper. I will not visit this store again or probably any other CVS stores . I use to like going to their stores but after my experience with him I will not be back, I can go to H E B and get my prescription filled and it will be more convenient to pick them up while grocery shopping.
