Bad customer service. No regular sugar for my coffee 2 days in a row. Mind you I paid have $10 for the drink club and this is the closest store to me. Nobody seems to care. Seems very chaotic and unorganized. I suggested they should go next door to Walmart and buy some sugar. I was told to have a nice day. Gotta find a better spot! Management should be fired immediately, what a disgrace to the circle k brand.

This used to be known as The Corner Store. The company Circle K bought this location no more than a couple of years ago. The building is well kept and organized. Friendly and courteous staff.

Good service, expired food. Bought some protein packs in a rush on Chrismas eve for my last shift. Was so sad to see that they expired on the 20th. Checked them and certainly expired couldn't eat them unfortunately.

Instead of marking down slightly older cooked chicken, hamburgers, hotdogs and breakfast sandwiches, they opt to throw it all in the trash! I don't go to places that throw perfectly good food away like that

I went to this one in flour bluff to get drinks for myself and my kid and as we're putting the lids on our drinks 2 roaches ran passed us. It was so gross, the drink area was not cleaned there wasn't a big size selection for cups, the counters were sticky and dirty, and it always smells unclean. I will never go to this store again unless it's for gas so I don't have to go in the store.

Do not recommend. Always packed, broken pumps, dirty, and employees have no clue how to work registers. This location has gone down hill over the months…it use to be awesome when it first opened.

DO NOT STOP IF YOU ARE BLACK.The Asst. Manager Elli weaponize the police against a Black male because she was caught lying & in the wrong.To resolve the tension I intervenes and requested she show & explain the return policy and she could not. I asked where the policy was posted & I would read it, she did not know where it was. She stated "we know we can't." Essentially her argument is the cashiers are trained but not the public.I will be contacting the BBB and corporate will be emailed. If refunds are not allowed it should be on the receipt or posted. She stated that corporate told her to issue a refund if the product did not work properly and her manager told her to issue a refund. She should have done what she was told vs agrue with the customer and threaten him with the police.Then she keeps his product & receipt, walks to the back of the store with it & does the unknown and another worker had to go & retrieve it. The refund should occur now because she took the item out of the customer's eyesight while mad.I noted their are two other reviews written about her lack of professionalism, attitude, & hostility. It is obvious corporate needs to do something about her.

I love circle K and we shop there often and this one was conveniently located not far from where we fish at the bay but Sunday was the last time we will ever go to this particular store. The clerks were very hostile towards customers and us, I understand they have to enforce city ordinances on mask and we were wearing ours but some were not and the clerks were yelling at them and refusing service which I understand but I think they could’ve handled it in a more professional way. They created a hostile and unsafe environment within the store and other customers were responding to that by yelling back and making remarks to other customers in the store. To top that off after we paid for our purchases the clerk made a remark about not giving my husband a brown paper bag for his beer because he would not promote my husband drinking and driving 😡 I was driving🙄 and I wasn’t drinking either. We did not respond to any of the remarks at that point we just wanted to get out of the store safely.

Love this Place, Always Friendly, Polite and Courteous Staff, Cashiers are very Spot On with my purchases. My Cashier Devin was Friendly, Polite, Funny and Respectful, very Professional, I hope these Hard Working Folks get a $$$Raise$$$(I WILL KEEP ON COMING HERE!!!). The Store is Very Clean, Well Stocked and I enjoy coming here for Gas, Coffee and Fresh Food snacks before I hit the road. One of My Favorite Gas Stops....Compared to Others....

Love coming here for their polar pop and food specials! They come so in handy when I’m rushing and wanna get a bite to eat real quick. Love the chicken fajita tacos, just wish it didn’t have that spicy sauce on it and that they would make it more. So good!

I used to manage a c store Truck Stop. This Circle K is clean and stocked. The girl working today Oct. 8 @11:30 AM is multitasking. The store looks spot on stocked. One of the friendliest smiles ever.

I come here all the time but might have to change that. Went in today and the clerk was so unprofessional. No "hello" or "thank you." Don't think he even looked my way. The man in front of me bought lotto tickets. The clerk seemed a bit annoyed when I also asked for only lotto tickets. As he rang me up he said, "I don't know why people do this with all this corona stuff going on." It's none of his business what people buy and he needs to keep his comments and attitude to himself. People buying stuff is keeping him employed!

Was denied service when I was clearly of age to purchase alcohol and my ID was given when I asked for manager on duty was told there wasn’t one I demanded for corporate number or manager number and they refused to give me that info

I drive for favor, I recieved a "favor" requesting a 6 ok of beer and a sandwich,The " beer cave" was locked so I asked why,the girl (elly) said there were broken bottles ,she hadn't had time to clean up,I told her that I had a favor order for beer,how long until I could get access,she then asked if the person that ordered it was 21 and wanted to see there ID ,because another lady with favor bought beer and then wanted to return it later because then customer was not 21.when I told her that I could not get to the ID check until I log a reciept,she then refused to sell me the beer.I asked her to call her manager and she refused,I found her to be rude and unprofessional.
