Cashier talking to her friend knowing he was parked in handicap space. The she argued about it being an handicap spot. It is and has signage indicating it as such. I waited out side the store another day, she has 3 people at the register they are checking out. I was waiting for them to leave. She points me out talking about me, they all turn around and look at me. She said the car was her Grandmothers car and she’s handicap. So it’s parked there.Her Grandmother is in car. So I asked for her corporate number. She said she was caller her manager, I said ok . I asked for the merchandise I was going to purchase, she said I can wait a minute while she calls her manager and that she has freedom of speech. I have been in the business of customer service 35 yrs. I would never say a word about one of my Customers to another Customer or family member in the store. Those three people all turned to stare at me. Why would they? She was running her mouth about me, that’s why they did it. Now you might not miss my money I spend in that store? But I will make sure I no longer Shop in that Store. This last incidence happened Aug 15 at 7 pm. She even parks in a space with the Blue handicap wheelchair painted on the concrete. This needs to be addressed. She was inappropriate.
