I recently visited the Burlington store and had a great experience with the employees! They were all very friendly and helpful, despite being short-staffed. The store was also very clean and well-organized.However, I did notice that some customers were stealing items from the store, which was concerning. I think it would be beneficial for Burlington to increase security measures to prevent this from happening.Overall, i would still recommend shopping at Burlington for their great prices and selection, but hopefully, they can address the security issue soon!b

This was an okay experience. I went upon opening when there was not a crowd. They did not have someone by the fitting rooms, which caused me to go searching for an employee on the floor to assist. One woman who was putting clothes away did assist right away. I decided to buy only a few items since I couldn't grab a workers attention for the fitting rooms a second time. While walking to the dressing room, an employee was staring at their phone texting and almost walked straight into me. They didn't say a word to me and continued to text. The lady at the checkout was very polite to avoid making this experience a 2 star.

"Kudos to the amazing employees at Burlington!Unfortunately, my recent shopping experience was marred by the appalling behavior of some customers. It's disheartening to see people treating the store like their personal trash can - leaving items on the floor, not putting them back on the racks, and trashing the restrooms.And to make matters worse, some customers are openly stealing, and the security guard is powerless to stop them due to store policy! It's like some people think they're above the law and can get away with anything.To the Burlington employees, please know that your hard work and dedication are appreciated! I left really fast after the old lady in the back asked me after I bought an important item necessary for trying on clothes, before trying on the haul I wanted to buy here, if I "had the receipt in the bag" of what I bought before trying anything on. It was really rude how she asked it, and how the heck would I have gotten a shopping bag and my item in it without paying for it? I told her she's rude and I'm not buying from there and let her put away all the clothes I was gonna try and buy. She said, "It's my job"... You're job is not to treat me like a shoplifter, it's to allow me to try on clothes. I'm not coming back

The store has a lot to offer..I always find something I like..However the people on the floor are rude and unfriendly, No Acknowledgment when Coming in contact with them.Of course, I only came in contact with two of them, and neither one acknowledged my presence or ask if they could assist in any way ( Disappointing)

Love this store because I always find something nice to buy at an affordable price. It's kept in a clean state almost all times that I have visited, too. Found some winter weather items out on the floor and there was a decent selection in both women's and men's clothing. Halloween decor was out on display, too.

Store has a need for extra helping cashiers! Distressed and the lines are long with people coughing in and around close proximity. Either way it’s all I need to text here. Get help make our experience shopping an unforgettable, but not regrettable!

This place has certainly gone downhill since they moved out of the Sunrise Mall. The workers seem lazier and the store seems messier. Maybe it was always messy? But since it's more of a smaller space, it just looks more messy. Definitely gets a star for being cooler and having a working air conditioner, now. Because the Sunrise location was hot. Staff here isn't really helpful or friendly.

That little girl that is the size of a 13 yr old with the hairy arms on checkout 4 today 4/26/23 at 3pm was very rude. She had a major attitude she’s lucky I didn’t check her …but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon with that attitude. I was nice btw but she just hated her job. If you don’t like the job then go work somewhere else

Always loved Burlington at their old location, it was great for getting kids clothes and plus sizes, but since they moved I am disappointed. Their stock isn't great, it's always TOO HOT in the store and you wait in line A LONG TIME TO CHECK OUT.

After relocating this store it is now like shopping in Ross. The prices were outrageous on certain items but then there were some good deals. Check out lines were extremely long. Wait times to check out were upwards of 20 minutes. The staff was apologetic and friendly.

Was super excited this new Burlington opened. So far it's nice and neat. A far cry from the one at sunrise, but I went at 10 p.m. and found that the dressing rooms had a couple of signs in front of them. Neither said they were closed. I asked a few employees and none were sure if it was open. Then one told me the person in the section closed it. When I asked for the manager they told me that sometimes they close it early depending on how many people are in the store. There were still a decent amount of people in the store. I've worked in retail and we never closed fitting rooms early. I understand they want to keep them clean but there wasn't anyone cleaning in there. I don't know if it's policy to close them an hour before close but that was super disappointing.

I don't know what happened to our Burlington. It looks like a close out store. No men's suits It's Diffinently Not a coat factory anymore. Very disappointing 😞 it use be a step up with quality which you had to pay for along with discounts if that's what you are looking for. I went to look in the men's suit department. NOT ANYMORE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was excited to try it this new location since I was an avid shopper when I was in the corpus area at the previous Sunrise mall location. I was unaware of the change in hours since sunrise stayed open until around midnight. My mom and I went made our way to the location at 9:15 pm and shopped and looked around while we could. We were not only followed by employees as if we were stealing (absolutely embarrassing) we were rushed to be outside by 10 pm on the dot. My mom nearly fell over one of the merchandise holders because they literally turned off the lights at 9:59 while she was making her way to a register to pay for her merchandise. Like who the hell does that? This store needs to be a little more considerate and patient with shoppers! If not I definitely see a lawsuit in this stores future.

While the prices are very good I do wish that more employees would be hired at this location. I found 4 white long sleeves shirts that fit excellent but because of the lack of employment the line was easily a 1 hour wait with only 1 employee working.I do like Burlington for the great deals but please do something about employment.

We bought some baby items from their online store, and couldn't return them even with the online receipt. We were then asked to display our ID cards, but we didn't have them because we were from out of state and were waiting for our IDs in the mail. Over a week later when we received our Texas identification cards in the mail,They finally gave us in-store credit.The cashier treated us almost like we were lying to them. She was rude and not at all helpful. It's a shame that we had to argue with them in order to just get in-store credit. Our items were brand-new and never opened.Also the store smells so moldy when you walk in – it's almost unbearable. I would highly consider investing in a new location, and a new way that you hire staff.Can't wait to spend our gift card up and never purchase again.

My daughter worked there for one week; was only paid for half the time she worked there and then she was told they were not going to put her on the schedule for three weeks. She then called to see what her schedule was and was put on hold for an hour so I called and they said they were not goi g to out her on the schedule for the next two months. Then they said she couldn’t apply for un employment because as far as they were concerned she still worked there which is a lie. She can and will apply for unemployment.
