please do NOTTT go here. recently a chihuahua named coco passed away along with 2 other dogs due to the groomers being irresponsible. they don't deserve to stay in business especially since they are aware of people posting reviews of how their dogs have passed away and took down their reviews. they also took down my boyfriend's review he made after a day. it makes me sick to my stomach, take your fur babies elsewhere!

When we called to make an appointment and we asked the price, they told us $56. But when we went to pick our dog up. They charged us $106. They told us there was extra charge because our dog misbehaved. Our dog is 2.5 years old and has been going to a groomer for that 2.5 years and never has anyone said he misbehaved. Not only that but they told us we had to drop him off at 8:00am. But they didn’t start grooming him until 2:00. He was kenneled the whole time. We didn’t know they were going to do that. He had no food or water.We will never go back there again.

Jordan is the best manager I’ve been dealt with at any dog daycare / grooming facility. She’s very informative and always is kind to answer any questions I have. I love her work ethic and willingness to make us feel comfortable when we take our dog Pueblo to get groomed or boarded. Too bad they don’t make them like Jordan’ anymore… we need more Jordans in this current society to take charge and lead the dog grooming pack.

Every one I dealt with was friendly and the facility seemed clean. Roger came out looking like a million bucks and seemed happy. I wasn't too excited about leaving him there for most of the day (he was there for over seven hours)but he seemed no worse for wear when he got home. He was very thirsty though which concerned me. I plan to ask about that if we return. Pricing was inline with expectations.

dog grooming service seemed good. The receptionist was not kind her answer to everything is we will listen to the recording of your reminder call. No one told me I needed shot records. I was able to call my vet and get them emailed promptly.

Great place for pet sitting! Came camping with the family and needed a pet sitter for a few hours so we could visit the State Aquarium. Great price! My little boy got to socialize with others while being supervised! I definately recommend Bruno's Bath House!

If you love your animals, go somewhere else, heck give a kid a pair of grooming tools, they'll do a better job, by far!! The girls don't have a clue on how to groom, nor do they admit they screwed up. When you spend good money to find your dog the way we did, it's heart breaking. Shame on you Kayden!!! Oh they will offer a discount for your next visit. Again shame on all of you!! Minus the star I had to give to post. They are a negative!!

Bruno’s is a dream for me and my boys! Jorden is so sweet and always takes extra time to listen to exactly what I want, and answer any questions! The seasonal bandanas she puts on my boys are so dang cute. She’s so good at what she does and really takes her time to make my babies look SO handsome. And they smell good for DAYS after she’s finished. Thankful for Jorden and other dog lovers like her in this industry because people can be ridiculously hard to please, but she always delivers.

We boarded our 5 month old puppy for 6 days this past week. The staff fed him incorrectly and he ran out of food before we came home. They said they would purchase a small bag of his own food to make it right and give us the rest of the bag. When we picked him up, they staff was clueless about all of it. My husband also specifically asked them not to spray our dog after dismissing a bath, but then the lady came out right afterwards and had sprayed him anyway. I'm not sure what's going on with the staff at this location. They can't seem to follow simple directions. Our puppy had a good time and enjoyed the company of the other dogs. Hoping nothing else happened while he we was there that we weren't notified about. We used to take our other dog to the Wooldridge location a few years ago when it was there and never had issues. We don't recommend the Annaville location at all. Next time, we'll try the Flour Bluff one instead and hope for a huge difference. The stars are only for our dog enjoying the stay.

I don’t have any experience with their boarding or play days and don’t really plan to ever use those services. I only came in for grooming services for my Chinese Crested. We absolutely love Emily, the incredibly talented and caring lady who has been grooming our dog for years at a different facility recently changed jobs and started working here. It is so obvious that she loves animals and that she loves her job. Emily does an outstanding job grooming our dog. He always looks and smells incredible.

My dogs love to go there. The staff is awesome! If you have a dog like mine who barks at every dog 🐕 they have a day where they see who your dog gets a long with then they slowly teach the dog to be comfortable around other dogs. They have a system like school where they finally graduate. Gnar my dog goes there for grooming. He always comes out smelly good and is happy. They also have dog sweets and little perfumes for your dog to purchase. Thumbs up for me

We leave our dogs at Bruno’s whenever we go out of town. We also get our dogs groomed at Bruno’s. We love the socialization options for our dogs and have never been disappointed with the service.

Staff is very friendly. We took a Huskey and Malamute for them to board for 4 nights. 2 hours after we dropped them off we received a call informing us the Huskey was too aggressive to Board. We took her with us on the trip and paid to board her there. On the day I was to pick up the Malamute, I received a call saying they could not bathe him, once again too aggressive, and too big. I would suggest to anyone with large dogs that do not necessarily like everyone to look somewhere else

Excellent experience with Bruno's in Flour Bluff this weekend! Our two pups stayed at Bruno's along with their 3 cousins and they all had a blast - even the non-social one of the group suddenly became social at Bruno's. The employees were super friendly from the day I called to set up the appointment to the day that we picked up our fur babies. We were happy to see the employees interacting with all the dogs and keeping watch over the play. My in-laws had to pick up their pup a little early on Sunday morning and an employee happily opened up the doors early so that they could get her. Before this, the employees happily let us pick up our two for the day so that we could take them to the beach. The rain brought us back early but the employees remembered our dogs by name when we brought them back and had even given them nicknames! All staff seemed to have a genuine interest in our dogs and their love of animals truly showed. When we picked them up after our trip, they were freshly bathed and freshened up as we asked them to be. As a plus, they were absolutely exhausted from their weekend of play and slept the entire way home. We will gladly let our dogs stay at Bruno's on our next trip down to Port Aransas and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Never again would I use their services, they don't own up to their mistakes, have had bad incidents they won't acknowledge. They justify Any shortcoming rather than take ownership and deal with it. When they were supposed to deliver my dog to me after surgery I see the van speeding down my street as I waited outsidewith my baby in there.. specifically told them to come to back gate and girl rings doorbell instead, had to hobble to get her attention to come to back, then she gets leash wrapped around my legs, had just had knee surgery. Brunos is amazing and I always recommend them! They make you feel safe knowing your fur baby will be loved and cared for while boarding and when gets our babies groomed they always come home looking and smelling amazing!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Everyone that works there from Management, to the groomers to the dog sitters are super sweet and treat my babies like they would their own. I have the monthly package, which include a free bath each month, but they also have weekly rates if you want to take them a week at a time. I have never had a bad experience at Bruno's and would recommend this place to anyone! In fact, since I manage a timeshare on the island that doesn't accept pets, I tell guests to board their babies at Bruno's. You get to take your dogs out during the day and play with them at the beach, then at night bring them back so they can sleep comfortably. 2 thumbs up!

I’ve been taking my dog Axel there for a few months and have had nothing but good things to say. I was a little nervous since he’s never really been socialized but they assured me they would take care of him. I also paid for him to get a bath and they went above and beyond! On vacation here with our dogs and needed t ok leave them here for two weekends. This place was wonderful. They give you a discounted bath on the last day. I'd like to know the shampoo used because they smelled like almonds for weeks:-) We will use Bruno's at Flour Bluff again next year. Very professional.

The only place my "sister on paws" goes. She is high strung and dislikes everything except her pampering... This is how I know what a great place Bruno's is. She comes back smelling so nice and she is tired and less barkie. Exceptional staff.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. My dog had an injury (unrelated to anything there) but couldn't go out and play. He had to be in an indoor run for a few days. They never asked me for details of his original injury and started making tons of assumptions. Instead of talking to me management said "we called tons of vets" and couldn't find any record of him going. Like I was making it up! I even had gotten a letter for them from the emergency vet that I could have provided had they asked. The third day he was in a run they said he had diarrhea. No suprise, we had to switch him to wet food for a week. What did suprise me is that they let him come home with his entire back end covered in dried poop! They get two stars and not one because their employees do really seem to love the dogs. Their management should be absolutely ashamed of how they run things. Seriously, all they had to do was talk to me ONE TIME. Instead it took me 4 phone calls and three emails to ever get a response.

I really enjoy this place and it's staff. The dogs play outside all day. My only complaint is the management requires a bath if you just want your dog firminated. While I'm sure you get a better result with both, it is a blatant attempt to generate wash business. Otherwise, this is a wonderful place for our dogs.

Nice staff, our dog seems to like the folks there. They keep him for hours just to do a bath, which isn't always ideal, but they do a good job. We have used them for boarding when we go out of town, no issues.

I've used them several times. The people are nice and seem to care well for my dogs. My only concern is they don't let you in the back to see their facilities. They claim it's an "insurance" issue, though I've been in plenty of kennels that allow it.

Extremely disappointed in their services and quality of care. Our family dog, a Wheaten Terrior was at their daycare. My daughter received a call that Fergus had some bleeding on his side, not sure what happened, maybe a dew claw from another dog, may need stitches, unknown to them what happened. Upon arrival, questions asked by my daughter about cause, what happened, who was watching him, how to contact owner, etc. Staff could not give any answers, very evasive about questions. We immediately took dog to Oso Creek Animal hospital, Dr. there confirmed it was bite from large dog, due to puncture wound and deep bruising surrounding the bitten site. None of our animals will ever return there. Very satisfied with Barkaritaville now, and prices are less!!
