My toy Australian Shepherd goes to doggie day care most days a week on the leisure pass. She enjoys her time there and always come home in a happy mood and is relaxed from all of her play with her friends. The staff, Savannah, Jazmeen, and Kaidin are all super fantastic and friendly at that location. They update me via text or phone call. My puppy is so excited to see them when I take her. We love going and I love that I have a safe place I can trust to take my baby during the day. Picture is her playing at doggie day care with one of her friends!Also, they’ve trimmed her nails and the first time she was super anxious and they called to let me know and told me they would try again in a the future and gave me a free upgrade for our next grooming because they couldn’t finish the job. I appreciate that they care enough not to push her when she was feeling that way.Thanks, Bruno’s! 🏻

I took my shih Tzu in to get groomed at Bruno's ,he's already a nervous dog and they did an amazing job with him !!this is one of the first times he has ever come out of the groomers calm and happy! I was amazed! I will definitely be back and would recommend their groomer, Aurora if you have a pup that needs to be groomed . She does absolutely fantastic work!

The girls at the desk we're extremely nice and caring and Aurora did a very good job grooming my baby Zara . I know she can be a little difficult for her grooms, but her groom still came out really good and she smelled amazing!!!

please do NOTTT go here. recently a chihuahua named coco passed away along with 2 other dogs due to the groomers being irresponsible. they don't deserve to stay in business especially since they are aware of people posting reviews of how their dogs have passed away and took down their reviews. they also took down my boyfriend's review he made after a day. it makes me sick to my stomach, take your fur babies elsewhere!

BEWARE!!!! This place is the Worst! They broke my mother-in-law's Maltipoo's leg! To add insult to injury, literally, they refused to acknowledge it and refused to pay the vet bill. Enter at your own risk!

My dog was at Bruno’s because we were in Alaska for Christmas- he’s been there before several times and despite the fact they refer to him as “she” every time we have gone there (despite his records) I generally don’t mind the place.He just turned 6 years old today- we flew in from Alaska and after over 15 hours of travel time picked him up just to find out they for some reason ignored all of our wishes and shaved him.Specifically, we asked for a hygiene cut and general groom to be done on the 27th so when we picked him up he would be nice and fresh! The pictures below show how he should look vs what was done to him…I wouldn’t mind so much except for the fact that it’s DECEMBER and he has super sensitive skin- so for the next several months he will have super flaky skin and no winter fur. We are sitting in the car and his skin is cold to the touch.I’m just very disappointed.

The worse service ever. Too my baby in yesterday and the did a terrible job. She had some small mats between her legs and they didn’t bother to get them out plus they didn’t shave her under side or on her bottom after we ask them. We called and took her back today still came out with the mats and soaking wet because right before we picked her up she had an accident in her cage and they just stuck her under the water and towel dried her leaving poo on her bottom. On top of that it was dinner time I guess for them late babies and I’m not sure if they gave my baby anything but poor thing has had an upset stomach since we picked her going poo everywhere. We took her back in and had them blow dry her, remind you its 61 degrees outside with wind. I will be contacting the owner on Monday. Wasted $50 I’ve every spent on grooming. Oh yes I my baby is a baby at 20 weeks old and only weighs 2lbs 4 ounces. She’s a Yorkshire/Terrier. They did ask us if she was potty trained. My daughter looked at the lady and said’ “she’s only 20 weeks old, she’s just a baby”. Never will I give a referral or visit this place again. This was the Leopard street location.

Emily has been grooming our dogs hair for several years now and does an excellent job. It is obvious that she loves animals and loves her job. I trust her with my fur baby and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We have not used the doggie daycare so I cannot give an opinion on that.

I have been taking my dogs for Bruno’s for years. Even when they were next to Dairy Queen. Every single time is a pleasant and nice experience. Today, like any other normal visit, I dropped off both my fur babies at Bruno’s in Annaville at 9 in the morning. Around 3:30 P.M. I get a call saying they were ready to get picked up. Like any other normal grooming visit, I pay and then wait with a huge smile on my face for my two babies. They love going to Bruno’s but love even more when I go to pick them up! Like any other normal pick up, I would be greeted with a bunch of licks and jumps and just pure happiness from the both of them. I received Chewy first, which is my French Bulldog, who I will say is VERY healthy, never has had any problems! 3 years old. Instead of Chewy licking me and jumping in my arms, I was greeted by him grasping for air. He could not breathe. He couldn’t catch his breath. I stood there in complete shock trying to figure out what happened. The groomers were already helping other customers when I asked them “what is going on with my baby” they couldn’t tell me ANYTHING. My Chewy has NEVER had any problems like this. They told me NOTHING went wrong during the visit and everything was fine. They also told me that was the FIRST time they heard Chewy doing that. Needless to say, 20 min later after me making a huge deal and still in shock, I was handed a phone by one of the groomers with the name Savanna on it. She is the manager and informed me her employees just told her there was a problem with Chewy during the drying process. Currently driving my dog to the vet right now, have NEVER ever had this problem in his life!! I just want to know what they did to my baby….. All they could tell me was “I’m sorry, my employees are new there” wow..:.. I’m not one to tell you what to do, but if you don’t want your perfectly normal healthy dog to come out of the groomers with a problem he has never had before, I would NOT take my Dog to Bruno’s Bath House. If only my baby boy could talk…. After 2 hours of getting Chewy, he is STILL grasping for air.

I think they hit my little baby girl. Took her to get toenails clipped and a bath.picked them up. She had quit eating after I brought her home. After 3 weeks of not eating, she passed away. I will not take my other baby there ever again.

It is by appointment only and responsible pet owners need to keep their appointments and keep their fur kids clean!!!This place was great, it became my fur kids personalized SPAW for the day. No need to worry about a rush job or how many pets they are grooming because they are limiting to one at a time!!!Take advantage of this important time to keep your pet clean!!!We will be back, we are in the area and local businesses need support during this time!BY FAR THE BEST GROOMING EVER FOR MY BABY. I've used Bruno's for my yorkie's grooming about every 6 weeks for the past two years. Every time I am pleased with his cut. I like his haircut a particular way (not a typical yorkie cut) and they get it right every time. They keep records on file so they know what to do each time.

I love to bring my Sammy here. I know my Sammy is well taken care of when I bring him here and I really do not worry over how he is doing. (My only complaint is that I was gone for almost 9 days and I did not receive a photo as per my request.)

Our pup has had her "spa days" at the Southside location for the last six years and has always come home happy and looking beautiful. Since that location closed down we decided to take her to this location in Calallen. When they called for pick up they said that they were going to charge extra because the "new hire" had a hard time grooming her. They were unable to justify the additional fee in any way and said "we can pay the fee or never come back". We were unable to see our pup until after paying and my wife almost cried when she saw how sloppy of a job they did. They didn't even finish shaving her belly. Shame on you... We will take our business elsewhere.

My pooch had an appointment on a Monday. Nobody from that facility bothered to call me and let me know that the groomer was not going to be in and this happen to me twice in a two month period. I travel 40 miles round-trip to bring my pooch to this place to get groomed. They use to have real nice people there. The people that work there now to busy on there ph.

I made it quite clear what I wanted for my Yorkie. Told them I wanted to keep her main, aka a long cut but to clean up her face. They butchered her! Cut off all ber mane. Also they were supposed to brush her teeth, not done. Only good job they did was on her nails. I will not be returning.

We needed a place for our dogs for the Holidays. They had one room! To our joy, we were thankful! Filled out all the paper work and submitted all records. I asked to see the room where the dogs would stay and play. Declined. Brought our dogs in anyway do to the short time frame. One dog was semi excited to be there, the other was frightened. Typical for dogs and new places. They offered to give dogs baths before pickup dates for a price of over $50.00 each! What? We've brought our dogs to other dog hotels, and a complimentary bath was included prior to Pickup! We declined! When time to pick up the dogs, as every dog owner knows, excited to see our baby's! We asked how everything went, and put the dogs into the vehicle. As we petted them, they had some kind of substance on them, Pretty gross. We gave them a bath on our own, and some kind of, I will call it goo to be nice rinced off of them. So what ever was on their fur, went down the drain along with leaving my dog there EVER AGAIN! We have learned our lesson at this place. My advice from now on...IF THEY DO NOT LET YOU SEE THE ROOM THEY WILL BE STAYING IN, OR THE PLAY YARD! DON'T LEAVE THEM THERE!"

Our pet's leg was broken while staying at Bruno's. The staff called and told us she had a sprain, said "she'll be fine". After a couple of days of not walking on her leg, I requested a vet exam. She had a fracture through a growth plate. We were out of state, flew back as soon as we could, took her to a specialist who performed surgery - 2 pins and a wire, and 6 weeks of kenneling. This has been a traumatic experience for our pet as well as ourselves. When I contacted management they told us they do not have liability insurance - to give our dog a hug and hope the surgery goes well. We have not received another word from them since. I will never use Bruno's again and do not recommend them.

Our two dogs were there for less than 48 hours and it cost us $200. They charged us for three days AND a bath for two dogs. Not only that, but they SHOWERED our dogs in some kind of doggie cologne that reeked of baby powder and greatly irritated both dogs skin.Additionaly, they did not inform us that our boy (who's not fixed) would not be socialized until the day we checked in (once we had no other options). I asked that the two just exercise together and not to seperate them, but they told me upon return that they socialized the girl and kept the boy in the room by himself.Both dogs were stressed when we picked them up (more than normal...and we travel frequently).I feel sorry that we tried out a place that was closer than our previous boarding facility. That's the last time our convenience takes priority over our dogs comfort.Only positive note, the people were friendly (I guess you have to be if you are practically robbing people).

I love this place!!... I took my dog to alameda place and he shock out of his fur when I would drop him off!! But I started bringing him here and he gets excited to get his grooming... The staff are friendly and most of all CARING!! Thanks for all you do to my loved one...its really appreciated!
