More or less place is ideal for buy some electro home appliances. Not that much varieties are available. Prices look reasonable. Ground staff were really supportive and friendly. They didn’t have latest models of iPhones as they are 3rd party dealers.

We were there on a Friday afternoon. Shelves in the computer section weren't stocked and it was hard to find someone to help us buy a monitor. The most annoying thing though was the constant alarms going off. They sounded like the little alarms that they put on small, valuable items to keep them from being shoplifted. It seemed like someone was setting them off on purpose. The staff was so desensitized to the sound that they weren't doing anything about it. When we walked out after paying for our monitor, it set off the door alarm. I wonder what the shrinkage rate is at that store. We can usually always find what we need there and the greeters are nice but they have some work to do to be a best, Best Buy.

Very helpful. My spouse needed me to pick up our online order. I arrived and was told I was not in the account. She forgot to add me to our credit account. It caused the associate to decline from picking up my Dyson filter we ordered online. She was professional and explained this could be verified by answering security questions. I successfully answered her questions and was given the item. Thanks 👍

We want to give big thanks to Matthew from the home audio department!! He approached us to offer help and knew the pros and cons of each product. He got us better quality at the same price. He was very polite, friendly and knows his job well. We always have wonderful customer service experiences at this location and this time was no different. Highly recommend!

Took a while to get someone to help. Bought the apple 9 watch. Employee was very helpful in explaining the differences of the watches and what fit my needs. When I mentioned I don’t love the band it comes with she showed me a better off brand band that matched my color. I ended up buying it off of Amazon much less expensive and still good quality. All in all good experience.

I love Best Buy and their products but every time we need assistance or come in for help the workers here are rude and don’t do anything to help. They make me feel like I’m a burden. I tried getting a product I recently purchased fixed under the 90 day manufacture warranty and they told me they don’t have that and to provide proof. Why the heck do I need to provide proof of a service that is by provided by the company? They did nothing at all to even attempt to help me just told me I was wrong and rushed me out the store. Do better in your employees please.Ashley in Geek Squad was amazing, helpful, nice and knew about the products and their services. She was great help in assisting my needs.

I’ve only been in this store twice and I was not greeted, I was stared at and when I got to the check out line specifically one cashier that clearly does not like black people made me wait for another cashier to take my money when she had no one she was helping and as soon as I got called she smirked at me. I’m not gonna go get her name. It’s dirty trash everywhere but have the nerve to have their nose up to certain people.

Went to Best Buy to check out some blue tooth speakers they had on sale. I look for someone to help me out but couldn’t find anyone so I went up to the guy who was standing by the door and ask him if he could find someone to help me. I waited 20 minutes and went back to the guy and he said someone should be coming waited again no one came so I left the store and the guy saw me leaving and didn’t even ask me if anyone have help me. Drove all the way from rockport to go home empty handed. Because no one wanted to help me with a blue tooth speaker.

Walked in at 10:07 am. Stood in front of RING Surveillance Cameras. An employee walked by me . Asked the lady next to me if she needed assistance. Didn’t even acknowledge me. 7 min. Passed by & an employee by the name of Samantha asked if she could help me. She explained the RING VIDEO DOORBELL & the “Quick Release Battery. Bought them both. Store is clean & neatly arranged.

Went to look at smart tvs and computer software. I learned a few things about TV's and gaming as well as RokuTv. I didn't buy one at this time though. The sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful leading me to narrow my choices. As far as software, I didn't get anything since they did not carry what I was looking for. I got the price on Windows 11 Home and scored with a purchase of wristbands for my Fitbit Versa 2! 3 pack for $29.99...great buy I think!

I understand that inventory security is important but I wanted to buy a product from this store, but no one was around to unlock the cabinet. Four employees were standing around the podium at the entrance doing nothing. Oh well I can buy the product from a competitor.

I visited Best Buy in Corpus about 3 weeks ago to purchase a printer and I also needed a tower, and this nice and very informative young man named Angle came to assist me. Since I am a senior retired lady not that savy in the technology age, he spent quite a bit of time jwith me, he was patient and kind. I could not decide so I walked out with no purchase, I came back to buy the items looking for Angel, and again so kind and patient and he even remembered me. I told him that I had looked for him because I wanted him to get the commission and he said they did not get paid commission. So very long story short, Angel must love his job because he is so good at it!Thank you Angel💖

I waited near the cameras for 45 minutes while watching several employees converse AFTER I had asked for help several times. After waiting so long I decided to leave as it was getting frustrating. Ended up doing online curbside pickup to save myself the hassle. Was notified my items were ready to picked up but apparently this wasn’t true because it took another 40 minutes. Gave these people 5 grand and they still wasted my time.

Originally I posted a review saying 5stars on a $160 gaming mouse. 26 days later the mouse fell on the floor and 1 or the buttons don't click anymore. I called customer service and they said it had a 2 yr warranty just to take it in and they will exchange for a new 1.But once in the storeBestbuy says they only warranty for 14 days unless you pay 50$ a month (Membership) they extend to 30days SMH.They told me to call the manufacturer and the Manufacturer says their warranty dosent cover "accidental" damage? So long story short. Your better off buying from Walmart as they warranty their products longer than 14days.

One of the worst companies to work with. They do not answer their phone at the store. The 800 number is a joke. Their calls are sent overseas and you can never understand their English.My complaint is the PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE!. I bought online and now I am the store to get my price difference. Why? Because they could not assist me online.. system down or something.Best Buy....u r the next BED BATH & BEYOND! AMAZON IS GONNA GOBBLE U UP!!!

Went to get a universal remote for a TV we got second hand and they said we had two weeks to return it if it didn't work out. It didn't and we returned it no hassle. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Brought my iPad into geek squad. They said it would take about 15 minutes. I came back an hour later they asked me did you get a phone call? I said no she goes. Oh it’s ready it can’t be fixed. You’re gonna have to buy a new one. Brought it back to T-Mobile where I got it it was covered under their warranty. They said it can be fixed and it was two days later.

People are always on the floor, happy to help, staff seems to have a good amount of product knowledge to answer your questions accurately. The selection at this store, is pretty good. However, the exception of some sections and shelves being empty. But it's understandable from the shortages and such. All in all, great visit to the Best Buy in Corpus Christi!

I like to go to Best Buy to check out the latest tech. Whether it be the latest cell phones or the latest laptop. I'm amazed at all the high quality TVs, all of which have such good picture quality that you can make out the small detail.

Always a quick visit even during busy times. Staff is helpful and can find most items most of the time. Pre-order in the app for even faster visit. The only drawback is the low stock of Apple accessories.

Great for electronics at a good price however it is a big store and there hours vary at the holidays. I love there Cyber sales and the deals of the day. I have been there at least 4 or 5 times this holiday season. In store pick up is amazing.

Unbelievably bad service. We ordered online for pick up. There was one girl working the pick up line and she was busy with the same people the entire time. Another worker was there at a register but didn’t acknowledge any of us. Just tell customers that you will be right with them. Communicate something. Everyone up at the front was just acting like they didn’t see any of us. We were waiting for over 30 minutes. We never got our purchase. We just left. It wasn’t even busy. THE WORST SERVICE!!! So frustrating!

Last bastion of big box brick an mortar electronics should go ahead and close up shop. Something as simple as a TV mount order/install is too much for them. 2 no shows and no calls after waiting through a 12 hour delivery window. Hours on the phone with an absolute nightmare of customer service, who has no more information than the Best Buy app. Third time is a charm, they show, without the TV mount! I was assured it would be here by no less than 7 different CSR's, who were all incorrect.But do not fear, I get a call today from Customer Advocacy, they want to reschedule my install for the 4th time! A full 2.5 months from the initial install date I was given!!Cancelled of course. Will never order from BB again.
