The prices here at Bealls were absolutely surprising and shocking to both me and the wife. Bought myself a brand name active wear shirt for my workouts for $10.89. Shirt feels high quality and comfy on me. Will definitely be clothes shopping here when in the area again soon! I love the direction that Bealls has taken since the early 2000's with being a discount clothing store now. Haven't been inside of a Bealls in years and it was as if I was coming into a brand new store, still. Me and the wife got no complaints here! 5/5 stars!

Not as cheap as it was before. I could get a 6 or sometimes 10 count of socks for $7 dollars now, it's $12.99 for just a 6 pack. It's not as budget friendly as before ..

I always find a hidden treasure 😊 They have great handbags, travel bags, purses, cross bodies, wallets, and I love their discounted hand soaps and face wash!Great luggage choices also! This is a great place to shop for that special white elephant gift!

They were very rude. My purse fell apart after 2 days. I came back the 3rd day to show them the zipper broke already and just wanted to exchange it. They wouldn't do it b/c I didn't have the receipt. I never expected that to happen and it was a Christmas gift. They made me feel unwelcome. They were not helpful at ALL!!! No wonder their store has no customers.!!!! It would have literally killed that lady to smile or b helpful. Don't shop there, go somewhere that has good customer service. That place ain't it .... I will never step foot in there again.

I ❤ their cheap prices. It's a great little place to buy Christmas presents if you're low on cash. You can come here and get all of your shopping done in one place. 😁They have a great selection of children's clothes and toys. The clothes for adults are a little outdated but great if you have older relatives who don't mind wearing weird material and funky patterns and prints. 😂 Lol Other than that, it's a good place to shop for gifts. ☺

The place is small but has really nice things in every department. I especially like the Christmas decorations. I found this real cute stuff reindeer. Oh don't forget the reasonable prices and discounts on top of that.

Great deals from clothing to home goods. Extra 15% off on Fridays (up to 49 yrs) and Mondays (50 yrs and over) INCLUDING clearance items😯 Name brand clothing at outlet mall prices...even shoes. Store is always clean and staff is super friendly. They play great music to make the shopping experience even more fun😄

Great prices, limited product but overall Satisfied, I wish the staff was more friendly than concerned about theft, seemed like they were so busy looking for thieves they forget to be friendly and ask people if they need help. I spotted a couple associates just hawk eyeing customers as they shopped, that's awkward, not myself but, ask them if they need help!!!! Not everyone is out to steal from retailers! Shift your focus on excellence in customer service and less in theft so it's not as awkward for other shoppers who are just trying to have a good shopping experience. Be friendly and thank them for being there!

All I can say is WOW the customer service is top-notch the store is so very clean and well put together their prices are very good comparatively to Ross and other stores such as that even like DD's shopping experience was really wonderful. The inventory was plentiful enough but wish had a lot more selection The good aspect of it it was very spacious and very clean

I love Burke's! But lately their shelves have been bare. My favorite section of the home goods in the back. What they have is nice & the prices are great, but there's just not much of a selection.

If your patient, have time to look threw all the racks, it is usually a diamond in the rough every time, I got my daughter a hard shell expandable with wheels, and handle that You can use pulled out or pushed in its a normal suitcase that had atag price over $200 00, I got for 49.99. It's amazing!

Great little Outlet store. You get a good discount on Fridays for people 49 and under with a Burkes Rewards card. And 49 and over on Mondays. Found some cool Star Wars toys at a great discount price.

So I love burkes prices. The selection at this location is limited but i still always find something I like. The only thing about this store is (and idk if its policy or whats going on but) how annoying they are on the loud speaker about security sweeps. Literally every time my kids and I moved from one isle to the next, there goes the lady on the intercom, "SECURITY SCAN DEPT 4...SECURITY SCAN DEPT 5" etc. I was so offended by the time I went to pay I literally wanted to drop all my items and leave because I'm going there to spend my hard earned money and theyre thinking im stealing or at least it feels like it!? Its very rude and offensive. I understand loss prevention but following someone and their kids with cameras or whatever that employee was trying to do was super uncalled for.

Its always real clean who ever they have managing this location is awesome .Other stores around the area need a manager and staff like Burkes . Everything is well displayed even there clearance in other stores there clearance are just thrown on a shelveAwesome job Burkes Calallen !!

Just a place in the right spot due to there is only 1-2 other stores like it in the area, either than Walmart. Has every section that any other store in that nature has but needs more within them to get a higher score of 5-star. But either than that it is a treasure hunt at Burkes Outlet.

Went to the Burke’s Outlet at Five points today the store was supposed to open at 10 but had a sign saying they would open at 11. Right at 11 when the store is supposed to open an employee opens the door and then locks it behind gets in her car and drives away without saying anything while I’m standing out here waiting for the store to open. Very poor customer service
