I enjoy going to Walmart when it's not busy, but it seems like they are doing away with a lot of items I used to get there for other items. I don't normally get vegetables from Walmart, but today I decided to, and this was the results. I'm not going to rate them bad, however, they slack in their produce area compared to other grocery stores.

Our delivery order was delivered to the wrong address but when we called, they immediately realized the issue was the fault of the driver and arranged for our groceries to be redelivered later that day. Not only was it delivered at the time we were promised, but the delivery driver went out of her way to call and make sure she was bringing our groceries to the correct address.I’m impressed with both the service rep at our local Walmart who solved our problem so quickly and efficiently and the second delivery driver who made sure our second experience was excellent.

Early this morning at the self-check registers, where I was the only customer, I witnessed a store employee stocking cash into the registers. At one point she left the register along with her supplies and a lot of money unattended while she moved over to another location with her back turned. I waited and when I mentioned this to her upon her return, she became defensive as if she'd done nothing wrong and this was a normal practice in her handling of this task. I realize all of this was recorded on your security cameras but WHY put that kind of temptation in front of people who think going to jail is a badge of honor? I'm sure, if you view the security tapes from early this morning, you'll see a lot of room for improvement in her training. But what is worse is the way she treated me - a customer. She made me feel as if I should mind my own business and leave her alone. Had I been her manager and saw what I have just described, I'd certainly leave her alone - in the Unemployment line.

They need to open more registers with actual cashiers. If I have to scan, bag and then load my groceries , then everyone who uses self checkout should get a substantial discount since we're doing their work. I know this will fall on deaf ears and corporate HQ has no intention of following through. I understand that all businesses are looking to make a profit but how about cutting the salaries of all of the corporate staff and paying your cashiers and lower end employees more.??? When you start losing business you won't make a profit. Your customers should be your first priority. Seriously though, start giving your customers a discount for using self checkout, and not a measley 10-20%. 30% should be the minimum, but 40-50% would be better. As a last suggestion, PLEASE go back to marking the rows in the parking lot. I spend more time looking for my car then I do shopping.

Great some days and different on another random day..What I hate about all the Walmart is nobody knows where anything is.. it's always not my section or I don't work that department. No one does customer service but just bleed the clock walking in circles.Now a great location for my shopping needs. But it definitely needs more workers that really like doing the wallie world careers.Just stay where you at and sure wallie will gets better

Walmart is an essential for every shopper and I usually never have any problems, my only annoyance is there are not enough cashiers. I do not work for Walmart and it would be appreciated to not have to check out in self check out when I have a cart full. Self check out is great if a person has only a handful of items but not when the cart is full. I do love shopping at Walmart and do not foresee that changing.

I ordered a kitchen aid stand mixer and had it delivered by Lynda on 12/31/2023. Lynda was so helpful at placing my mixer on my kitchen table. I’m a disabled veteran that has no use of my Left arm or hand, and would not had been able to move it inside of my house. People like Lynda are the reason people will continue to shop at a store with wonderful and caring associates. The management team can be very proud of Lynda and the service she provides to their customers. Again thank you so very much Lynda and hope you have a wonderful new year in 2024.

I asked Donald Ray working produce if he had an item available. I received a great answer: "If you can't find it, we don't have it". Then he went back to work. I love it! Walmart's new customer service slogan should be "If You Can't Find It, We Don't Have it". Great job!

While Walmart is very large, it is well organized. I can usually find everything I'm looking for and, most times, something that I wasn't looking for, but that ends up catching my attention.

The ladies working in the customer service department were so rude and miserable for no reason. Completely unprofessional couldn’t even give a smile . The manager is an African American woman who is bald with a pony tail yeah make that make sense anyways she definitely shouldn’t be managing anything neither should the Caucasian woman with brown hair. Ridiculous.This Walmart is getting worse than Killeens Walmarts.

I have never been so embarrassed or been treated so badly at a store before going to this walmart. Yesterday, Feb 19th, my husband and I, along with our 3 kids, went to this walmart to buy a primo water machine as the water here is horrible and undrinkable for ourselves and our animals. We went to self check out because that's the ONLY option you have and we paid, we also bought one 5 gallon jug but that's it. The woman at the front was NOT checking receipts until we left, and she literally chased us into the parking lot, yelling about our receipt. Today, unfortunately, we had to go back to walmart and purchase 2 more 5 gallon jugs and a few other small items, I think the total was around $75, as we are scanning items we needed a bypass for an age restricted item, so we waited for the bypass and then continued scanning, all of a sudden the door greeter had the nerve to tell the person who was watching the self check out that we stole a jug BEFORE WE WERE EVEN DONE SCANNING OUR ITEMS! We hadn't even finished ringing items up and we were being accused of stealing. We HAVE NEVER stolen a thing in our lives and we teach our children that stealing is wrong and how it affects everybody when someone steals. I will NEVER go back to this walmart, I will be going to HEB right next door and enjoy my shopping without being chased out of the store and accused of stealing stuff I paid for. Not to mention the machine we purchased was marked as $214 and they charged us almost $300 for it, the parking lot is trashed, there's expired food in the grocery section, the workers are incredibly rude and the customer service is NONE existent. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

Nice Wal Mart to come in and shop. Has a variety of items but it is on the smaller side. Not as big as other Wal Mart so there's a limit on what they carry. The 5 items i neededtbey only has 3 of them so make sure yoy look at their website to see ifitems are available. No one is there to help you. Everyone is at the front at the registers or standing around and talking. The front rest room stays close not sure why but every time I have came in its close. I eidh there were more employees around to help you but there's not. Other then that I give it 3 or 5 🌟 since they are well put together and organized.

This Walmart is larger than the one in Killeen. It is well kept and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have an excellent selection of veggies and fruits and the meat department is well stocked.

Walmart is one of my favorite store. I recently moved close to this location. It's hard to find stuff and also hard to talk to employees on the floor. Some of them are just not interested in listening to customers. Cashiers are nice tho. I just found out that they have very nice shoes for work and school. They are very comfortable.

Had a 5 star experience yesterday, on 08/18, I unfortunately had an incident that required me to use the electric chair..I was managing ok..but then Steve ( Steven) a Team Lead in frozen food, entered the picture! He was so helpful, friendly and professional! He helped me load groceries, walked with me to the register, THEN , walked with me to my car to load groceries! Look, of this man is not a Store Director in the next year or two, you will at a loss!! He was 5 star!!?Thank you!! Do much.

Used to be really happy with this store but things are going down hill fast! The parking lot is really dirty, with debris all over the ground. They seem to be out of at least a few things I need which causes me to go to another store. The prices are good but if they don't have what you need.. or you're not so comfortable being there because it's dirty, it makes just skipping it and going to HEB worth the extra money it costs!

A nice store but bad customer service. The big self check out lane is never open in the morning, so the employees get angry if you have a big cart to check out, the little check-out lanes are no good for a big basket of items.The workers never acknowledge anybody walking buy and their employee shoppers get in the way and are rude.Worst Wal-Mart in the area.Not only the worst but it's mon 8/19, 900am and the money service s is not open because they claim they are cleaning. Isn't that what they are suppose to do overnight since COVID? Not when they are open.
