Just a delightful pet store! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I commend them for such exceptional customer service. That kind of customer service is hard to come by anymore.The store offers a variety of pet supplies for almost any pet you may have, from tiny creatures to large. There's a great selection for any of your pets from lizards and fish to dogs and cats and everything in between--anything you may need for your beloved pet. And they have a great variety of treats and bones for your dogs.They have a variety of fish for your aquariums and the cutest guinea pigs, hamsters, and lizards. They also have two ferrets and a chinchilla that are fun to visit.It was a great experience all around from their inventory to the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend stopping by!

I took my 2 Chihuahua mixes in today for their nail trim for the first time. We had an awesome experience with Trevor... he was so patient and calm with our dogs! We definitely will be back!! ... besides that, everyone was very friendly. Great place!

My family wanted to purchase some fish so we found ourselves here. I’m so glad that we ran into EJ we had no clue on what we were doing. He helped out tremendously she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to us step by step and in great detail on everything we needed to know from set up to general care. I would highly recommend coming here.

As I always shop here, I was disappointed today for I was charged TWICE by apparently the manager named Jonah. He said something went wrong and I would have to pay again to leave with my dog food!! My bank account has 2 pending transactions from this location, which could take up to 3 days to fix, or I can come back to see what they can do!! What IF I did not have those funds to float for 3 days! Just saying! It was an error on his part but he blamed my bank card even though the transaction went through! I asked to speak to a manager, he informed me he was the manager! Not a very good pick for Great Customer Service!! Y’all need to work on that!! Otherwise I’m good there. But again I have 3 big dogs and I am a reward member and I can easily go to Killeen! No big deal to me, but i will before i get embarrased again.

I am editing to 5 stars as the store and employees have always been as best as they can. Wide range of products, and will order something in for you if they can. Two nice bathing stations and offer nail trim services. Clerks will hound you to pony your weighty purchases out the the vehicle for you, LOL I really think they are sad when I say no thanks

I really like this store! The staff is always friendly and helpful.. and patient while dealing with my dogs 😆 I would have given 5 stars but I've tried several times to take my dogs for their updated immunization and find that the vet service canceled! Make sure to call first if that's the only reason you're going!

Came in 3/4 for dog treats for my birthday girl. Hands full with treats and my pupper so I head to the baskets, and the cashier rushes toward me like I’m about to run out with 10 dollars worth of treats. She stands at the door for 3-4 minutes side eyeing me, calls for a manager, who tells her to stand down. No apology. No explanation. She spends the next 5 minutes aggressively avoiding eye contact. I’m angry with myself for going through with the transaction despite the disgusting treatment. I’m here at least once a week with my dog. We won’t be back.

I like the friendly atmosphere and big sales, but Terrence and Celiyah made this visit extra special. They let us hold the ferrets, gave us care packets to learn more about the animals, and directed us towards extra services and sales we didn't know about. It didn't have an upsell vibe at all, Terrence just knows his stuff and is happy to share. Great experience!

If you’re looking to apply here, don’t. Turned in my application and did not hear back for 2 weeks. Finally called and spoke to manager Aaron who said he’d give me a call back once he looked at my application and call me back later that day- an entire week went by. Had to call again to inquire again about my same application that I put in for now a month ago. Finally got an interview. Came 15 minutes early to be interviewed for maybe 5 minutes. Manager, Aaron made it seem it was an inconvenience he had to interview me, did not ask but 3 questions and seemed very closed off. This interview was scheduled 3 days in advance. I understand this is a Pet Store who hires mainly high school kids, but managers should be trained in how to interview future employees or at least act like they have an interest in being at work- aka Customer Service. Overall friendly staff, management seems fall short and should learn some interpersonal skills from their friendly staff below them.

This place is always clean and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Prices are a little high but nothing more than what I would expect to pay for a pet store. All in all I definitely recommend this place.

Went in last week shopping for my little furries, Kat, was so much help and very knowledgeable on what I should be feeding my pets, even showed the coupons going on for the weekend! She also, helped me sign up for the rewards program.

I take my BIG dog there to give him a bath. $10 Great prices ( I think) they have allergic, smell good,oatmeal and shampoo and conditioner in one. Towels to dry them off. Good sale prices if you have a "membership" the ONLY thing I find somewhat of a problem is I try to get his nails cut. What dog likes their nails cut? The tiny intimidated girl that cut nails needs some strength and a stronger presents. Dogs know who will be in charge. But ! I like the place.

Staff is always friendly. We get guinea pig food, rabbit food, and timothy hay for our little creatures. They have a good selection of animal foods, toys, kennels, pet beds, etc.

I love the fact that you can bathe your dog there and mess up their place and not yours. Lol My dog loves going in there and picking out her own treats (which by the way they are very brave putting them so low and in bins where the dogs can reach and help themselves if not well behaved) But thankfully I was paying attention. Lol They have a wide variety of foods treats toys supplies for dogs. But it is also a pet store for cats, birds, fish, etc. I have also used the scale they have right outside of the bathing area to weigh my dog. All the workers there are very friendly and helpful. The prices are a little bit more than what you would pay at a supermarket or like Walmart or something but They have more healthier items and better quality items. It is a place both me and my dog enjoy going to.

The staff here is amazing. They always greet us, know where to find specific items I'm looking for, and always load our purchases of 50lb dog food into our vehicle for us. I also love that I always have a coupon either in my email or in my regular mailbox.

Great little store, i’m in there constantly! I know my way around so i never need any help but i’m normally asked multiple times. Fish tanks and small animal section stay clean. Depending on staff, some can be undereducated on proper pet care but many petstores are no different . ALSO free pet wash for military on sundays! Makes washing the pups a breeze

This is by far my favorite pet store! All the associates are so helpful! My kids love going here, whereas most pet stores they don't want you really messing with the animals here they come right up to you and ask you if you like to hold them. They are so Hands-On and just so fun! I have not went back to PetSmart or Petco since I found this place. They have guinea pigs, fish, snakes, dog adoption on some weekends, dog treats, dog cookies, just an absolute great place! We go there to get crickets for our lizards! Definitely recommend

Handy place to have around. Prices are hit or miss. Best to have coupons when you walk in. I buy crickets for a chameleon. They are very pricey at 10 cents each. 400 comes to $40 or I can order a box of 2000 for $35 online but that's just way more than I need. Workers spend 20 minutes trying to count each individual cricket instead of just selling them by the tube. By the end of the day 20% of them are dead so it gets to be a huge waist of money over time. Some of the cashiers are kind of dense and should probably swap places with others with more knowledge. I'd say overall it's kind of good to have this place around.
