Every month, I take my three-year-old Rottweiler named Remy to Pampered, where he has been a regular for 2 and a half years. Remy loves going there, and I am always pleased with the excellent care and attention he receives. However, a few months ago, when Remy was boarded at a kennel in between his appointments at Pampered, I took him to another grooming salon in Cove. Unfortunately, after I left him there, they called me to say that he was being aggressive, so I had to go and get him. This was surprising to me because Pampered had never mentioned anything about Remy being aggressive there. Although Remy can be unfriendly to people, he loves going to Pampered, and he can hardly wait to get inside the door. "Andrea and her staff are amazing and extremely professional. I highly recommend them."

I just popped in out of the blue to get my dog's nails trimmed, and they were super quick and friendly! The vibe in the shop is awesome, and they did a fantastic job. Plus, the prices are really reasonable. Definitely going back!

We lived in Cove 7 years. These were by far the best groomers we took our Yorkie and Dachshund to fir grooming. Friendly, pet friendly and prompt. Great attention to detail and very courteous. Need your pet groomed? Go here!

You can see where she went the opposite direction of the hair growth where you can see her skinYou can see her dirty ears and what came out in the q-tipsYou can see she has NO beardYou can see she’s a bit choppy (she was even choppier before I asked her to cut it shorter)We have a small terrier mix, My husband dropped our dog off and asked to cut the hair VERY short (shortest they can) and keep a little bit of beard. He told that to one lady and then the other lady is the groomer. Obviously they didn’t communicate well because when we went to pick her up (I was waiting in the car) there was still a lot beard and my husband said (oh we wanted to keep only a little bit of beard) so she literally removed the whole beard!!! So he brought her out to the car I was like omg where is her beard, he said yeah I told her we wanted most of it gone and to keep a little bit of it and she just removed the whole beard AND her fur was NOT as short as we wanted to. So I took her back inside and explained to her the situation and with an attitude she said ok come back in 40 mins and she’ll be ready and she just puts my dog down on the floor that she’s cutting fur on. So she doesn’t care if she gets for all over her again after they “showered” her. I said ok thanks she said “mhmm” I can just tell that she’s not happy that I need her to fix up my dog because THEY didn’t listen in the first place. Also it doesn’t seem like she was bathed honestly because she came out shaking and there was fur everywhere. I groom my dog and after I bathe her nothing comes out! I have been so busy there for I took her there to get groomed. ALSO they didn’t clean her ears which makes me wonder if they even expressed her anal glands. Her nails were cut but not filed so they are sharp. I have pictures and she’s choppy and there are spots that are butchered that she went the opposite direction of her hair growth so you can see her skin in some spots. I tipped about $8 and for what? For attitude and a horrible grooming!! I’m never going back again! I don’t recommend it AT ALL guys. Go somewhere else!I’m not a professional groomer and I do a better job than that.

Stopped in without notice to get the dogs nails trimmed and they saw me quickly and with awesome friendliness and professionalism. I was impressed with their attitude, work and the shop is adorable. The prices are really good too! I will happily be coming back

Called this place to ask if they could help me with a dew claw on one of my dogs ( special needs ). They got me right in and they even allowed me to bring one of my other dogs to get his nails clipped also. They were extremely helpful, kind and very respectful to my dogs. I would recommend them anytime!

Staff is always friendly and great at reminding me about my Yorkie's next visit. They also trim my rabbits nails which is awesome. Great prices too! I've moved but still come back. Thank you Pampered Pets. Sheba and Adele thanks you.

My dog Hera is very skittish around new people. And gets scared easy. They took great care of her. I wanted her hair cut to an inch and they did it perfectly. They even cut her nails and brushed her teeth. She came out looking like a brand new dog. They did such a great job. I will definitely be going back.

The service was impeccable. I was called back after inquiring about an appointment and being told they were booked. The young lady was so nice and really won me over win she called me back. She was very hands on with my Pepper girl and treated her as if she was her own. My fur baby looks amazing and I can’t wait until our next visit.

I took my dog there for the first time, they did a great job! My dog was clean, and very well groomed! They added some bows to her ears she looked so cute! Loved it! Very decent prices plus a Military discount was a plus! Definitely will be going back!

Took my male boxer here to get his nails cut today. I was nervous since he had NEVER had his nails cut before and is a little grouchy. He did fantastic! The lady was GREAT, very nice and had no problems handling him. I will definitely be bringing all my boxers here.Thank you for your great service, and fantastic customer service.

I have a rescue whom is extremely skittish and terrified of strangers, but I've also been wanting to find a new groomer for the longest! I was hesitant on where to take her due to her temperant and my fear of her being mistreated as she needs ample patience. Needless to say, I am SO happy I waited until I found this place! I called beforehand letting them know with my Husband being in the military it would be difficult for me to commit to a drop off time. I'm pregnant and our other car is a 2 door, but I needed my dog groomed before my mom came to visit. They were so understanding of my situation and best yet were willing to work with me despite the time issue. I scheduled her appointment for 8AM and wasn't able to drop her off until noon, they still took her! Even better, they honor military discounts! I paid WAY less then the other groomers I tried and she smells/looks amazing. I asked them how she did and they told me great, and they were even able to blow dry her which shocked me as she is petrified of blow dryers. Luckily they offered to towel dry her if need be, doesn't get any better then knowing your dog can/will be accommodated for. I am very happy with the customer service and even happier with the treatment of my dog, I will definitely be switching groomers and this will be our new spot!

We decided to change groomers, so first time here. Our dog, Brandy, looked wonderful when she was finished. They even brushed her teeth, sparkling white. Her nails short, nice and even. Undercut her fur, just happy with everything for our dog. We will use their service from now on. Front desk called us right back, set up appt. Thank you again 😊

Went there this morning for the first time for my poodle to be groomed . They did a great job . Plus it didn’t take any time they called to tell me he was ready to be picked up . I love this place! One of my babies is paralyzed for a year now and they still groom her with no problems. She comes out looking as beautiful today as she did the very first time she came before she became paralyzed. The ladies here are so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

My dog is 55lb Aussie Doodle. I brought a photo of HIM of how I would like him to turn out. He looked nothing like the photo. My dog was bathed and unevenly shaved very short. It looks like it was done in quite a hurry. Though she gave me my money back, it was not what I asked her. I would have preferred my dog look like the photo and have a talented individual to groom him.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I asked for a bit of a shave because I didn't want my husky to be hot (I'm a first time husky owner and I should of known better). They didn't warn me of the harms of shaving a husky and they didn't tell me they would shave him to the bone! I am heart broken. My beautiful dog looks like a hairless cat. You would figure trained groomers would warn me but they didn't. They didn't tell me at all that huskys aren't supposed to be shaved and now his hair might never grow back the same.
