I absolutely love Crossroad Vet Hospital. They are very professional, and personable. They are accommodating with the needs of my babies. Once, I get past the front desk and see their perspective doctor who listens intently to my concerns. I've moved from cove to Killeen and prefer to stay with them. In fact, I truly love the entire staff.

The people at Crossroads are all very friendly and helpful. The doctors always explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. No one ever tries to up-sell any treatments. They always ask if I'd like to have a procedure done before they do it, and always provide cost estimates. The front desk and checkout desk are staffed by competent people who handle their jobs quickly and efficiently.The waiting area has lots of space, with partitioned seating areas that help make your pet feel safe by limiting their interactions with other pets or owners. The intake process is smooth. The weigh-in scale is conveniently located right inside the entrance to the exam room hallway. The exam rooms are always clean and organized, and lots of useful info is posted on the walls and shelves.I've seen real positive results from treatments that my dog receives. I trust Crossroads to help keep my dog healthy and able to enjoy her life to the fullest.

The entire staff that I communicated with during my visit was very pleasant. We did an emergency walk in I think the wait was a little less than 30 min. I observed how quickly patients with appointments were called in. Loved that!! I also like how the enter/exit process goes so the fur babies have less interaction.

They took extremely good care of our beloved senior boy and the prices were very good! We will definitely be bringing the rest of our family here for future veterinary needs. Dr Mcneese and staff are awesome!

I brought my black lab in for vaccination updates and to have some growths looked at. He gets a little nervous during vet visits, but everyone was wonderful! I feel very comfortable bringing him in to see Dr. McNeese. Our vet tech was wonderful as well!

We have been taking our pets to Crossroads for years. I can say that every doctor there is truly amazing. Dr. McNeese is my favorite though. She’s so compassionate and you can tell she truly loves her job. She helps guide you to making decision by sharing her expertise and experience but she isn’t pushy by any means and will respect your wishes. You can’t go wrong with this vet! You might find cheaper, but you won’t find better.

By far the worst all around experience I have ever had with my dog and myself at a vet!I took my dog in to get this yearly vaccinations and the wellness exam and it was terrible really. I mean the techs were fairly rude and non-communicative. they went to draw blood from my dog and the First Tech stuck him probably about four or five times before she decided to let the second tech try another couple times before they finally were able to draw blood. he's still limping a few days later over it. Then when the vet saw him, i expressed my concerns that he may have a hernia. She confirmed that she thought he did and proceeded to pushing and kneading at it. Now not only does he have the knot there, but that whole side of his stomach is swollen and tender. We won't be returning. On a lighter note, the lady that checked me out after our visit was great, and super friendly.Update: I called to express my concerns about the techs turning my dog into a pin cushion, and the lovely lady on the phone told me that if I was really that concerned about it, I could always schedule an urgent care visit to have him looked at - _- naturally at that point my demeanor shifted, and then after almost every word I spoke, she responded with the most dismissive," yeah" I've ever repeatedly heard. She is the most unprofessional, rude, dismissive voice I've ever had the misfortune of speaking with.Another update:After the vets findings, I immediately scheduled my dog for surgery with another vet. Took him in this morning for the surgery, and they did the same exam on him and canceled his surgery. Stating that he hernia I was told needed surgery was of the least concern. The one that i was informed at Crossroads that "I shouldn't be worried about, it will probably clear up when he gets fixed", needs immediate attention.

I was recommended crossroads via my husband’s work colleague. I will say I beyond appreciate the vet and tech staff on how they were quick to treat and help my furbaby when she needed the care. On the other hand, I don’t appreciate being told to wait outside for my dogs barking, then being called for my appointment and no one telling the tech I was waiting outside per request of the staff. After all it is veterinary office, so I imagine for dogs to bark in the office. If they would prefer a quiet waiting room then have clients wait in their cars. I wouldn’t recommend them if this how they treat normal barking pet clients and their owners in the office.

The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The doctor and nurses were knowledgeable and helped my baby heal quickly. The visit was so wonderful that I made this my main veterinarian for both my pets.

After being told a life or death emergency was not important enough to bump regularly scheduled check up visits by more local vets to me, I reached out to CrossRoads. They made special concessions for me right away to get my dog seen. They were kind and compassionate when delivering the hard truth about my dogs situation. Although my first experience with Crossroads ended with the loss of a loved pet, I now bring my family pets to them regularly.Kindness, compassion and honesty go a long way.

Dr. Beene has always been so good to my babies. The staff has great compasion and very considerate of your feelings and emergencies. I'm satisfied with the treatment my babies have received since I have lived here. I never shopped around for the least expensive Doctor for my children and don't for my fur babies. I had an emergency Vet visit the night before I took my Frenchie to crossroads, they made the transfer so simple and I felt super comfortable leaving him in their care! They took great care of my baby, I will be back!

Dr Diaz is our furbabies new vet and has been a wonderful choice especially when it comes to our Foster Fail Ike. He is normally very timid around female techs,drs etc but seemed to take to her very well. So proud of him. The whole staff has made our visits very comfortable and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes 5 stars and I would recommend Crossroads vets to anyone needing vet service.

Our family would highly recommend Crossroads Veterinary Hospital. We have two large breeds dogs a Black Labrador and Longhaired German Shepherd. We have a medium size dog as well. Each animal has their own temperament and personality. The staff and Dr. Sarah Genz go above and beyond to make each animal comfortable.

More than 20 years of wonderful care.We’ve been seeing Dr. Beene and the great folks he puts on his team for over 20 years, through half a dozen dogs and cats. There’s no one I would trust more to treat a family pet (or maybe even family member). They will work with you on budgets and care scheduling if necessary, but the sheer joy and expertise each person brings to animal care keeps us coming back year after year.

I first called another Vet in Cove who had just a tad higher score on the reviews. Much to my surprise, I didn't find their telephone manner to warrant the high review average. Next, I called Crossroads and, again to my surprise, I found the telephone service and the attitude much HIGHER than what the reviews scored. My experience was a 5-star phone call. As it turned out, I was able to cancel my appointment when my pet did a sudden turn around for the better and again, I found them to be cordial, professional and polite - telling me to just call back if things don't continue to improve. You bet I will.
