I can't say enough great things about this company. A hail storm hit my elderly father's senior apartment complex and Chip Control came out the next day to see how they could help these sweet seniors. My dad had windows blown out of his 22 year old Mercedes. Being on a limited budget, we were concerned that the age/type of car would make it difficult to find replacement windows (including a panoramic sunroof and a heated rear window) within my father's budget. After many calls to various businesses for quotes, turns out we were right. Long story short, Chip Control went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty and ended up finding all 3 replacement windows from a pick-and-pull that matched my dad's car exactly (saving him a ton of $), pulled them off, bought them, and installed them on my dad's car. It only took 3 days from the time they came out to evaluate, to the repair being completely done! And part of that was on a weekend. You simply don't find customer service like that anymore.I talked to some of the seniors after the storm and during times like these, it's an incredibly stressful situation for them as most were living on social security and/or only had liability insurance on their older vehicles. I feel that Chip Control truly wanted to help this community and wasn't out to just prey on seniors as, sad to say, many companies do. Props to the crew at Chip Control. May your business continue to grow and thrive because of your hard, honest work and dedication to doing good for the people in your community. If everyone could take your example and pass it on (which I will be doing), the world would be a better place! THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart.

Getting a chip repair on my windshield was a remarkably smooth experience. No appointment, just walked in, and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff at the repair shop were professional and friendly, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions. The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently, and the results were outstanding. It's as if the chip never existed; the repair seamlessly blended into the windshield, leaving no trace behind. Not only does my windshield look pristine again, but I also feel safer knowing that the chip won't develop into a larger crack. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. If you're in need of a chip repair, I highly recommend this shop for their expertise, excellent customer service, and impeccable results.

I really enjoyed my experience at Chip Control Auto Glass. The staff ( Karina, Atinah and Ashley) were outstanding and very knowledgeable in their job. They help me with my insurance claim and the upgrade for my back glass on my 2003 F150. I will definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family to come here to get their vehicle repaired. The atmosphere is outstanding and all the staff and owners are very helpful to satisfy their customers.

All the staff, especially Karina at Chip Control are wonderful. I've been coming here for over 10yrs and the service is fantastic. So if you have a chip, need a new windshield etc. Go see Chip Control they'll get u fix.

I have been going to chip control for several years for all my glass repair needs. They truly are an amazing locally owned company. I work throughout the US now and actually drove 5 hours to them just to have them replace my windshield instead of another business. They also have a nice waiting room with snacks and the crews did an awesome job with putting my registration sticker etc where I asked. Such a great company I will always do my best to support.

Really great customer service!!!!!Karina was so helpful. I called in around 10am when I found out that Safelite had canceled my appointment. Karina told me that she could get my winsheild that day set up my appointment for 3 p.m.Then as soon as she got the apprival from my insurance she called me to let me know (Above and beyond)When I arrived at 2:30 she greeted me with a huge smile and said that they had been waiting for me. They were very busy but she made me feel like I was the only customer there.They have a lovely waiting room too.If you need a crack repaired or a whole new windshield please go to Chip Control Glass.

I am so happy to have found this place! I have a special edition older F150 and the back window needed replacement. I never thought I’d find one because the Ford dealer doesn’t make the molding for it anymore. The staff here was so friendly, they found the molding part, took extra care to make sure the molding and window were installed with care and it’s perfect! Great service and great care. Once again super happy with this business, the customer service is stellar, and they warranty all their work.I had a troublesome exterior trim piece replaced here several months ago (maybe a year?) and it has started to rattle in the wind. Today they are replacing under warranty. This is just really exceptional service.

Very pleased with my recent experience at Chip Control. I had the glass broken out of two of my vehicles and needed it fixed before it rained. They were able to get both vehicles in and repaired within a few days. I also liked that they use quality adhesive so there was no tape on the windows. The only restriction when I picked the cars up was I couldn't run them through the car wash for 24 hours. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

This place is definitely a hidden gem, and the faculty works here are awesome! Al & Lexi & Brittney helped me today, and got my windshield fixed in a few minutes. I had some bad experience with windshield repair before, but these people are real deal. They are professionals, super friendly and very good at what they do! I literally would not go anywhere else after today. They are beyond kind, professional, and understanding. My dog had locked herself in the car so I had to break the window and they were able to replace it for me same day and super quickly! My husband had used them previously to get his windshield replaced and they were super professional and fast for him to! Amazing customer service. They replaced a back windshield for us close to a year ago, we had some leakage completely unrelated to the glass. Fixed it on a valued customer stance. Amazing atmosphere and amenities in reception area. You get amazing care here.A year later on another vehicle they replaced another windshield for me. My rearview mirror,(in my '93 Boss 302 5.0 Fox body Mustang LX with 5.0 package),fell off in the Texas heat one day , and 2 x I put it back in with Walmart mirror reattach kit and O'Reilly's with the heavy duty adhesive, PER INSTRUCTIONS, to no avail. a few days maybe, then id find it in the floor again.😐A One of my customers,(Killeen Overhead Doors),told me to"Take it over to Chip Patrol".They'll glue it back on for you and it WON'Tfall off.So I did that one afternoon.The receptionist,very friendly and professionally told me,"He's finishing a windshield and he'll be right with you."He came out a couple minutes later, said"How ya doin'?""Whatcha':got?"He followed me out front I showed him my mirror less windshield, he got in and scraped the spot hood, then went and got some'prep' fluid to cleaned the glass with. It was VERY clean.😳Then he applied a little glue to the windshield and pressed the rearview base on and held it in place solidly for a couple of minutes and let go.Told me to wait about 20 minutes for the glue to completely set, then put the mirror on and gently screw it to the base. Should be good to goI waited to 20 minutes and installed the mirrorAnd it stayed on, for a few years in the Texas sun.I'm guessing probably about six or seven years later on came off.I asked how much I owed him. He said"Nothin'" I said"Really"?!He said "yeah, really.Come see me when you need a cracked window orsomething fixed. I'll make so e money off of ya' then."🤠Awesome job, awesome deal,Awesome guy,Awesome auto glass Company'. And nobody does anything free anymore. I do occasionally.And people appreciate free. 😉
