I am not one to write reviews often, but I seriously have nothing but great things to say about this Splash and Dash location! My dog doesn’t particularly enjoy the groomer in general, but they still always act happy to see him, even though I know he’s a bit naughty sometimes! I always know he is in great hands here. They always do an excellent job and he looks great every time I come to pick him up. Everyone I interact with here is always so friendly and courteous. The owner especially is SO kind, and clearly LOVES dogs and treats all of the dogs who come into his business like he would his own pets. They are great about discussing exactly what I want with his haircut and making sure I know my options. He always comes out looking exactly how I asked! Also, they are extremely punctual and stick to a good schedule, so he is usually done within a reasonable time. I highly recommend this business!

Love the boutique and the employees I've met at Splash & Dash! I enjoy having a membership for my pup. I can use the credit towards bathing or full grooming appointments. I'm pretty sure Pepper has a great time too because there is no anxious behavior when we arrive, just excitement! Thanks y'all!

We really like Splash and Dash! We're on their monthly plan and enjoy having a weekly scheduled appointment at the same time for a dog bath. The add the grooming appointments as needed at the same time. The owner and staff are very professional and friendly. I believe they are very sensitive to the needs of each of their furry customers and make every effort to keep them calm and happy in their environment while they are there!

Fantastic, excellent, and amazing... these words do not fully describe how incredible Splash & Dash is! John answered all my questions, set the right expectations, and kept me informed throughout the process. The little store inside carries a wide variety of neat dog treats, toys, and accessories. The groomers did a wonderful job on my goldendoodle, Millie! Thank you so much for taking great care of my pup! We'll be back!!

It was first time at splash and dash for my baby. She looked amazing and smells so good. Also they only took 2 hour for her haircut bath. She looked really happy. I am extremely happy with the service. Best place. 100% recommend

Always happy to take my little Mila here. They are amazing and always very welcoming. Mila always smells so good and the haircuts are on point! If I could take her daily, I would! She’s always excited for her visit. They have all kinds of goodies for your pup too. I like to get the Diva package for that special care. Definitely worth it. Soon as we get home, she’s so happy and relaxed, she gets comfortable and takes her daily nap. Happy pup, happy life.

Splash and Dash did an amazing job with our rambunctious little boy. Bear is a five month old Labradoodle, so we weren't sure what he was going to be able to handle. The groomers here took their time with him and he came out looking amazing!! We will definitely be bringing Bear back here each time he needs a haircut.

We love taking our baby here! He’s always timid but the staff goes above and beyond to love him and make him feel comfortable. There is not one that does as good of a job grooming him! He smells amazing and looks beautiful every time

We brought our goldendoodle puppy Oliver here for his first groom. The lady at the front specifically asked us what we wanted for him. We simply said a short summer cut and NOT to cut off his lashes. She responded, "no big deal, we have other customers who request the same for their doodles." This visit took 4 hours and when we got there we paid and they brought him out. He was overly excited to see us and I didn't notice until we were in the car they completely shaved his lashes off!! I tried calling but no one answered . I am so disappointed and upset. I dont understand how they brushed off a simple request! They do not have my trust and we will NOT be back!

They were very accommodating and took great care of our dog. A bit expensive but since it was our first visit they provided us a $20 dollar discount. The quoted us at 3 hours and they called right at the 3 hour mark for pickup so they are very timely. They don’t rush you and answer all of your questions. They offer packages and since they did such a good job for our first visit I do believe we will be returning.

Love this place for our elderly shih-tzu. Staff is so nice and so attentive to detail. They take such good care of him even though he can be a little ornery when getting his hair cut.

This Splash and Dash was recommended by several people who work at the vets office where I take my dog. From the first visit for a doodle-groom, they explained what was going to be necessary, gave me options, and treated my puppy, and me, like a long-time friends. I love that they always remember names when you arrive. (So they might remember the dog’s name first, but that’s okay.) Friendly, personable, professional, and reassuring, I never have any reservations about leaving my sweet pup in their hands. Online scheduling is easily done, I like that there are packages available if you choose to bring your dog in frequently, and my dog is always happy to be there. It doesn’t get any better than that.

My partner and I are so upset about our experience here. They completely shaved our golden retriever….I can’t believe these people don’t know you are never to completely shave a golden retriever. We asked for a trim and for them to cut his hair on his paws and they completely shaved him…and he had cuts. I’m heartbroken because of this. My dog was not suppose to go through this. Never coming back here again.

I was thrilled with how much better my dog looked after being groomed at Splash and Dash! I loved how thorough my needs were addressed and the extra attention that was given to my dog. When he was delivered to me, he was wearing the cutest bandana :)

I being bring my dogs here past 3 years till this happened. This morning I had appointment and when I arrived they told me I just have bath and brush appointment. Does bath brush cost 150 for X large dog ? It does not matter for that 150 but I thought this include grooming and is not. Also I am not 1st time customer here it used to be sth around that price with shave . Before l leave I saw on their system they have note for my big dog it saying shave. I live in far north Dallas it takes 40 mins to get here. It cost me 2 hours back forth . Just some bad experience here .

I had a terrible experience. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment, but when I picked him up, I was extremely disappointed with the results. His fur was unevenly trimmed and he had cuts and nicks in multiple places.

John, Jamie & their crew at Splash & Dash Coppell have taken care of all our dogs for many years. We feel comfortable leaving our ‘kiddos’ with them & know they will always do a good job. They are very professional & willing to discuss any issues you have with specific needs. Their shop is clean & cute!

We've tried all sorts of groomers for our many dogs over the past 17 years, and the Splash and Dash in Coppell is heads and tails above all the rest! We currently have a very nervous rescue who doesn't like much of anything outside our home, but Dan and the talented team at Splash and Dash took their time to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. And, wow, the results are her best ever all over trim, including those tricky spots around the undercarriage, paws, and ears. The nail grinding was excellent too, which usually doesn't happen. We also have a puppy and after his bath at Splash and Dash, his coat is so shiny now. I also like that we can schedule everything online, and they'll contact me via text so there's no phone tag back and forth. Highly recommend Splash and Dash in Coppell!

They are so kind, I actually switched groomers because the previous,mobile grooming , I was using had horrible customer service. i felt they were shaming me for having a labradoodle . This place they were understanding and supportive. I spoke to Joy over the phone. I had to last minute move my appointment up because I had a doctors appointment and not one time did Joy seen annoyed. My dog came back so happy and he looks so nice. Since my dogs hair is prone to get matted easily, I think it's great that for $40 a month he can be washed and brushed as many times as I want him to. I think that will help. I will definitely keep taking him here where I am treated with respect!

This place has always taken great care of my pup. They know her name and welcome her when she comes in. (Even when it was several months since our last visit.) John is extremely friendly treats my pup like she were his own.I highly recommend Splash and Dash to anyone looking for a place to get bathing and grooming done. They are awesome!

Took both of my dogs here recently. Plan to use in the future. In my two trips, everyone was extremely nice and the dogs looked great when I picked them up. They were very busy in the morning the first time I dropped off and I now see why its such a popular groomer. I don't ever leave reviews but experience was so good, I wanted to share.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! This was my dogs first time at the groomer and I didn’t know what to except because he’s a very anxious boy. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain the process and make us both feel comfortable. These people truly care about your pets. I would give them 10 stars alone just for their website. It’s phenomenal and makes booking SO easy, and a huge plus that they allow you to create a profile to make booking even easier the next time. Great service and they do a great job! They make sure to go over exactly what is is that I’m wanting before doing anything. A little pricier than what I’m used to around Chicago, but definitely comparable to everywhere around here, and again, they do a great job. My dog is not a fan of going to the groomer, and they are good about making sure to give me an update on how he did/acted each time which I definitely appreciate! Out of the few places I’ve tried since I moved here, this is the only one I’ve come to more than once after being happy with their service.
