Absolutely the best pet store around. They have anything you can imagine for your pets. I had a dog that was having stomach issues and they suggested that I start giving her some raw goats of milk. Since she was a puppy now into her adulthood she absolutely loves it and she has never had stomach problems since. I also have two cats and one of them was sickly with their stomach. I switched them to farmina brand and life is so much better since I did that. And that was a suggestion I just recently got. The people are more than helpful. They go above and beyond to hear you make suggestions highly knowledgeable. Not to mention you can do all of the things that other delivery services from bigger box stores do but you can't get the type of service that you get from Hollywood Feed.

I absolutely love visiting and shopping here! ALL the employees are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel like home. Hannah, the manager, is always talking me through recommendations when I need something for my foster dogs and my personal dog. It’s a great place to bring your dogs as well so they can pick out treats and toys too! Their selection of everything is top notch! The store is always clean too.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left the experience was magnificent! The ladies were very informative and personable. Because of that, I’d rather spend a few extra dollars and go there rather than going somewhere else where you have to almost beg for assistance.

We've been going here for YEARS! We absolutely love the staff and their recommendations for changes to my dog's diet. Their prices (including their awesome frequent feeder program) CANNOT be beat! We but almost everything here.I have never been shown anything less than exemplary customer service, and I sincerely appreciate the curb side pickup option they have. The staff here is so helpful! I went in to find a new food for my picky cat and they're so understanding and help me pick a few things for me to try. They were also very reassuring and telling me that if my cat doesn't like any of the food I can just return it and they donate the returned items to a local shelter! But I'm happy to report that my cat loves the food!

This store is amazing, I am able to find anything and everything for my puppies!! Specifically at this location, the customer service is impeccable. The nice worker named Emma, is always so helpful and I can definitely see her hard work. I will most definitely continue to shop here!

Pleasant customer service! Amy was extremely sweet and knowledgeable of her inventory. He swordtail check our process allowed us to seamlessly walk in and out without error. The store is very organized and well stocked, I would definitely recommend this place for any of you pet needs!

every Hollywood feed i have ever gone into, EVERYONE is so nice, attentive and informative. Coppell is no different with that and i love how big this store is. and the fact that i always get to see one of the workers dogs when i go is an A+++++++. i just love hollywood feed and will never go anywhere else for my doggo.

This Coppell Hollywood Feed is an awesome store. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I love that the manager has her 2 pups on site indicating a true pet lover. You feel welcome here & they know your pet needs. Great store, well stocked, and even sales! My pups now know the Hollywood Feed sacks from smell, yum, yum. Great store!!! 5 stars easily!
