Past experiences with various other DQ had me skeptical of this small town DQ. After my 2nd visit I am blown away. Love it!!! The customer service was 100% on point. Thank you!!!!Kid-friendliness: The lady in the window was extremely friendly to my wolf pup. He liked her too. Second visit he almost jump from my window with excitement..lol

We went here after the lake. My daughter order the 6 piece steak finger basket. Her gravy was cold n her fries were stale. I order the bacon cheese burger with no onions n no lettuce mayo n mustard no ketchup. I had onions no lettuce with ketchup n mustard but no mayo.they gave me half fries n they were cold n stale. Like come on DQ do better. This is the 1st time I have ever left a negative review bc I never had any problems with y'all.

I’m going to say this, if I could leave negative stars I would place is trash. They can never get your food right, even something simple as cheese fries. how do you mess up cheese fries? My food is always cold which honestly makes sense because you have to wait 30 minutes after you order it through the drive-through to get it in front of the building

Fresh toppings on my burger, the staff was very friendly and attentive no complaints from us. The store was clean as was the bathroom. Very busy location when we arrived, but the wait was very short all things considered. Will gladly visit this location again.

Very pleasant experience for a dairy queen. I drive through this town every night. I have always passed this place up due to past experiences with other dairy queens. Decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant, and that seems to be a rarity among the younger generation anymore. They definitely picked the right person for the register. The store was very clean on the inside. The food was also great! And for as busy as this place is, it is pretty fast.

Worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had, bun was stale and falling apart in my hands, and cheese was not even melted!! NO soft drinks, NONE they said both machines were out and we were there about a month ago and they said the same thing, only have water or tea!!! Get them fixed. And, one last thing - we have been coming here over 10 years and everytime we eat at DQ in Cooper it’s so cold inside we have to bring our coats, and we still freeze!! Won’t be back anytime soon!

I love dairy queen!! Good food, good prices, the employees here are normally extremely friendly and have smiles and kind words. Even when they're extremely busy, you get friendly service with a smile. The restaurant is clean (when you can go in) and so are the restrooms. Nice variety of food items available, lots of sift serve options. Only place i know of where you can get a dipped cone!! (And that's my favorite!)

Service was subpar. Just expected it to be better. Got a salted toffee fudge blizzard and they forgot the fudge. I did get it fixed. But others in my party had a similar issues. Some had their orders completely forgotten. In no way am I being ugly. Just telling how this visit went. Hopefully they can do better in the future.

Best DQ ever.Was in Cooper for work and stopped by Tanners Dairy Queen for lunch. Ordered sweet tea and 3 piece steak finger basket. Tea was perfectly sweetened and the steak fingers left me wanting more. Topped off by the gravy and I was ready for a nap.The young lady that took my order at the window was extremely pleasant and acted as though we had known each other for years. It was, at the time, very refreshing after having a pretty busy 3 weeks of work there in Cooper.I will be back.

This was a strange place and took a while to get my food and drinks. I felt like everything was made one thing at a time. Like first the fries, ok they are done now the burger. Ok now let's make a drink and so on for three orders. But everyone was nice.

This DQ right by my work is a frequent spot for me. The staff are all always kind and have a smile. The food is always hot, out quick, and served with a smile. The store is clean and has that homely DQ feel. Honestly one of the best DQs I've been to. They also let you fill up ice coolers for free which is a great thing for a lot of us in cooper.

Food and service was good. Lobby was a bit cold, but everything else was great. My field techs were overjoyed to receive a good meal with ice cream to boot after a long day of work.
