LOVE how they cut my standard poodle’s hair, he looks amazing. He has the Miami cut and is picture perfect . They did an amazing job. The owner is so sweet and I love how friendly and clean the business is. They are a family owned business and super humble people. The price is reasonable. 100% recommend

We took our 11yo miniature schnauzer to Pup Country. They did a great job clipping him. They followed our instructions to give him a schnauzer cut but trim his beard down due to teeth problems in the past. Reasonable cost. They were $30 cheaper and closer to the house.

First experience- they did a great job with my Girl. Friendly staff, not overly crowded and busy, the establishment was clean! A Super plus for me! Her hair cut looks great! She smells amazing. Her coat is super soft. Received a first time customer coupon. Their services are responsibly priced. Actually less expensive than we’ve paid for previous services at another neighboring groomer. Overall great experience. We will be back for her routine services. Thank you! :)

I have a bit of a grumpy Old Lady Chihuahua and doing her nails just became an Ordeal! My husband, in desperation, took her to Pup Country and they did a GREAT job with her! I have been taking her ever since. The staff is friendly and patient and always do a good job with Amber. At first, SHE did NOT want to go but now I tell her you're going to go see your friends and she doesn't give me any grief about going! She still does not like her nails done, but the folks at Pup Country always make her look great!

Pup Country really took care of our Denim. When we arrived to pick Demin up he was cut just the way we like him. Shave all the way down and even. Not only did he look amazing. He smelled so good. He didn’t have that wet dog smell. I was very impressed with their work! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there.I must add the professionalism was outstanding from beginning to the end. Johan was great! Thank you for your outstanding service we will be back soon!

We go to Pup Country for grooming.We have all 4 dogs go there. Our standardpoodles looks great. Just like a poodle should look like. Always happy with their service. I highly recommend them

I have had my yorkie groomed here for several years. I love their professional services and the way they not only take care of my sweet girl, but they treat her as family. My Gracie girl is 14 years old and not only is very anxious, but has allergies that affect her skin. They are always willing to help me do what is best to keep her healthy and happy.

WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!When I called to make the appointment I was told it would be $35.00 just to clean face and feet, I then added to go ahead and even her out so I expected to pay more. I get there to pick her up and was told it is $76.00! apparently the 35.00 only covered partial feet and partial face, then I was also charged extra because apparently it took two groomers. I have been in the hospitality for many years and this is not my first poodle so I know what is charged and about customer service. Not only did they lose their mind on what they charged me but also if this was going to happen a curtesy call would of been good on the customer service side. All they said was they understood and understood if I never went back. So if you are looking for a groomers you can trust this is not one of them. Again I will never use this groomer again. 0 Stars

We love Pup Country!!! Other groomers we have used usually knick our dogs belly, but not these guys. Andrea and her staff are friendly and always make sure to get it just right. We like the micro bubble bath for our senior dogs and mud masks when their coat or skin needs extra care. Our fur babies always comes back looking fantastic! Sign up for the club, which gives discounts and prescheduled appointments.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY!! I don’t know what kind of shady grooming company this is to state they will charge for extra services even if you don’t ask for it. Also if the dog bites you they charge you extra per bite… like why not discontinue the service at that point and as if we would have any proof of what really happens while they are grooming our pets. Our vet doesn’t even perform services on our pets even when necessary without asking first. The website does state all of this. ( reading is fundamental ). It also states they have increased prices due to their water and electricity etc going up which is understandable during these tough times, but also a way for companies to take full advantage of others.

They are very flexible, my dog Reggie was recovering from worms he was really skinny but his hair was too long. Pup country literary cut his hair with scissors all over and never used clippers as to not hurt him. It looked so great! This is the place where my dogs will be going unless we move out of Texas 5 stars. And Reggie is doing great!
