Update: after several visits that didn’t go well. I have to update my review. This place was great when it first started, not anymore. There were several times I’ve been rescheduled because after scheduling weeks in advance if their groomers don’t show up then your dog won’t be seen. This happened to me more than 3 times. In addition, to poor management of appointments I’ve also sat out in the parking lot 1-2 hours past closing time because my dog was not done even though I was told he would be done by closing time. One of the groomings Appt I asked for the same cut and my dog was shaved, mind you this change of cut should be communicated to owner. Then on another occasion one of his eyes was severely irritated after grooming, turns out he had an abundance amount of shampoo in it and had scratches ( the vet put drops in it and with a light he showed me the entire eye was glowing). It’s just not been a good experience anymore and I gave this place several more tries for the benefit of doubt but disappointed every time.They did amazing with my new puppy 🐶Store is so cute and friendly, did i mention they have like a billion treats for doggies !!!!

My little poodle was badly hurt my so calledcertified groomer in Woof Gang bakery. andGrooming in Panter Creek location. She couldn’twalk and was in the ER. They had the nerve toCharge $85 besides hurting her they omitted toput the bandana (carelessness) said they will giveMe$1.50 (?) I placed a complaint by certified mailand to this day no answer. We all love our dogs.If a dog is fasty like mine. The certified groomerDevin” should get out of the Bussines and control her darn temper not to hurt other little ones. As for the ownerof the Frenchise Greg I have let you know about it.Take responsibility and note just pocket the money!This happened on March 8 2024. My little toy poodleis hurting. They are little people you know… I am upset and very sad.

It was the first time we took our dog Coco in, and truly they listened to what we wanted and he came out looking pawfect!!!! On top of that it was a good price 💚 we will definitely be returning. They kept his eyelashes

Hollywood feed is the way to go for pet supplies in this area. Pleasant workers, amazing customer service and excellent quality products. This woof gang has terrible customer service and I would never get anything here. If it was up to me, I would leave zero stars.

Had been taking my baby here for a good year now! She struggled a lot with anxiety when going to other groomers but when we found this awesome place, she always felt at home! She recently passed, but we are so thankful that Wolf Gang always treated us like family and made her last few visits memorable! Highly recommend this place, awesome service, sweet staff and cute makeovers!

I called and was able to book appointments for two fur baby's the same day. My babies were so happy when I picked them up. The staff took photos of them with a Christmas background and gave us complimentary personalized ornaments! And the pups looked good too! Will definitely be going back.

I brought my Reba in and had her cut for the summer. Taylor did am excellent job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. A very nice assortment of dog foods and treats. GREAT special going on also.

I cannot say enough positive things about Woof Gang. I brought my little fur baby Lulu into this location after being refered by someone else and Mrs. Beth was the groomer. I am that crazy pet parent who gets nervous leaving my pet with strangers, however I showed Mrs. Beth exactly what I was looking for and man did she deliver. Not only was I 100% greeted with a friendly smile and professionalism from both the groomer and owner, but the place was super clean and organized which is a huge plus for me. They made both Lulu and I very comfortable. If you are looking for a new place to take your baby I recommend Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming College Park, they know their stuff. Thanks again Mrs. Beth, Lulu looks forward to her next visit.

My dog usually have anxiety at the groomers, but Leigh Ann was very kind and patient with her. The hair cut came out great! Would definitely come back and the pup cakes were adorable!

This grooming salon never lets me down! My dog is a nervous nelly old pupper boy but I wholeheartedly trust him with Leighann (I hope I didn’t misspell her name 😅). She’s always so sweet and patient with him and does such a wonderful job in his cut. We’ve been visiting Woof Gang for almost two years now and it’ll continue to be our go-to spot. For this Christmas hair cut my boy got a few days ago they sent him home with presents for both him and I. He got a bag of some really good top of the line treats and they made me this holiday picture frame with him and his fresh hair cut. Thank you for making it’s such a special experience!!! We love coming here and we love Leighanns work! 💙🐶

Overpriced mediocre grooming services. This place used to be great but they will charge you for literally anything. I’ve taken my dogs here multiple times and I was just charged $20 for a ridiculous handling fee because one of my dogs allegedly did not stay still on the grooming table. Again I’ve taken my dogs here several times and not once has this ever been an issue with my dogs at this groomer or any other groomers. It’s completely unfair that I need to pay extra for one particular groomer’s inability and inexperience controlling a dog.UPDATE: Extremely disappointed and shocked that this business would blatantly lie in their response to this review to try to salvage their reputation. I never received any communication from anyone notifying me that my dog was being difficult during the grooming. No offer was ever made to reschedule the appointment and I never agreed to the charge to complete the grooming. I would have definitely been more amenable to the charge if such contact had ever occurred. However, I learned of the charge at the time of pickup. I sincerely hope that the management looks into this incident and address the dishonesty in their ranks.

They did a good job grooming our puppy. But neglected to let us know that he would not be charged the puppy rate instead of the actual rate because of some hair knots. It increased the cost a LOT more than expected. Was very unprofessional lack of communication and expectations. We have since found an amazing groomer. They have cute supplies and treats.

Last minute call and they fit us in, so accommodating. We received a personalized xmas ornament too! Great location, can take your dog to the groomers and have lunch or get yourself groomed at any of the hair salons in the same shopping center. Also, did I mention all the yummy goodies?

I have a German Shepherd that HATES water - I can't even give him a bath. He also does not like to have his toenails trimmed - even the Vet could not trim them. I recently tried another groomer for the first time about a month ago. He came back smelly. I took him to Woof Gang this past Sunday, and he was beautiful, smelled wonderful and all of his nails were trimmed. They accomplished the impossible and were so kind and caring. I have found my place! I highly recommend them. I

They made Wookiee look amazing! Our dog has glaucoma, so he is hesitant with people touching his face. He was stubborn for them, but they are so great they know exactly how to work with Wookiee! I'm so thankful for Woof Gang!!

I was turned away from my appointment 30 minutes ago because I did not have proof of rabies vac for my Shih Tsu. I took it with me on two previous visits and was not asked to show it. I was not asked to bring it this time. Having become a regular customer, I assumed the place was ok with my dog. Some officious receptionist acted like there was a major rabies outbreak . I like my groomer but this place has lost my business.

Great service and they do a great job. My cavachon usually is scared and comes back scared after grooming. Not here. She always looks great and comes back happy. They also have great variety of cakes, treats and pet accessories

My dog got sprayed by a skunk late at night. I called the groomers in the morning, and they were able to fit her in that very day. She is a very anxious dog. Alex did a wonderful job bathing her so that all of the skunk smell came out. In the past, she has had to be sedated to have her nails trimmed, but Alex was so calm and great that he was also able to do that during the groom. I highly recommend Alex and the Woof Gang team, and will be bringing back Effie regularly! Many, many thanks!

I took my baby to get her very first haircut. I was worried that a groomer would just buzz cut her, so I looked for one that had other Aussie pics and I found this place! The groomer was so kind and my sweet girl looks amazing! They also have a bunch of yummy treats, and my pup LOVED them! We will definitely be back!

This was our girls' first visit and what an excellent experience it was for them. We can't report on the consistency of the groomer's work at this time but we can tell you that we will be returning. The staff is so welcoming and sincerely friendly. From the looks of our girls they also know what they are doing. Most importantly they enjoy their job and love their clients! Oh, be sure to have your pups try some of the many baked goods and check out the adorable outfits while you are there. We are so happy we found this place!

My two girls, Bitsy and Coco, get groomed here. Leigh Ann, their groomer, is amazing! She’s been grooming them for a couple of years now. Coco had been traumatized from a previous groomer and ended up having serious anxiety at the groomers. Leigh Ann has been so gentle and loving to her that now coco gives her kisses! Not only is the grooming amazing but the store and staff are wonderful too! We are adding a new puppy to the family and I need a special brand of dog food for her. I spoke with Greg, the owner, he was very eager to help and even though they Don’t carry the specific brand he was more than willing to do a special order for me! I would so much rather give them my business to Woof gang then to amazon. Thank you for being so good to our fur babies and our family!
