Update: They have made a lot of changes at this location and have a good crew. They do actually have people who can fill propane. They have fixed their phones and upgraded this location.TSC has some Items that are difficult to find other places ..They have the best price on propane. They are friendly and they do try and help customers.. Thanks for being extraordinary, This location has made fantastic improvements!

Customer service is awful, the app scheduled me for a same day delivery from this store, which is not my regular store, nor do I shop in this store anymore because i moved 30 minutes away (45 minutes south in regular traffic) and customer service is always an issue. I made the request for delivery Friday on Thursday evening. I get home from work, around 4:30, my order hasn't been delivered, called the 800 number, they call the store, well they don't have a delivery driver, they were supposed to deliver first thing this morning as it's a feed order that should have been delivered yesterday. Around 4 today I check my order again from work, not delivered. Call the 800 again, they call the store, turns out their driver was delivering for another store and my same day delivery for Friday is said to be delivered tomorrow, Sunday. When the 800# asked why they didn't contact me to let me know there was a problem, they threw their driver under the bus and said it was the drivers responsibility to contact us when there is a problem, and that it would likely be tomorrow for delivery. So I had customer service # cancel the order because I had to have feed tonight and had time tonight to do a curbside from my regular store, yesterday i didn't have time and needed delivery. Usually I don't use same day delivery because it's a problem, and 50/50 gamble whether it's going to be same day delivery, even if it's ordered a day in advance. This store is riddled with customer service issues, always has been. They could learn a lot from my Willis store. Willis is clean, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The Willis store has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service, the Conroe staff prefers to be rude and not helpful. What is the point of same day delivery, if it takes it 3 days to deliver it? Curbside is a nightmare at the Conroe store too. It's rarely clean, the plants are never healthy, and don't get me started on the conditions of their chicks/ducklings. I quit shopping there years ago just for this reason unless I am absolutely desperate and have no other options. I also would love to know how my same day delivery ended up going to a store further from me than my regular store? Conroe store is a cruise, Willis is literally 15 minutes from me. Why does Conroe get chicks and ducklings when they are in the middle of the city and Willis doesn't get chicks and ducklings and they are a rural store?

This store is consistently TSC’s weakest link in the Conroe area. I highly recommend The Woodlands/242 or Montgomery locations over this one—well worth the drive. Used to be really friendly here. Not anymore. Pretty sad when leadership creates a problem for the customer then tells the customer to go call the TSC 1-800 number to straighten it out. Where I’m from: you make a mess, you clean it up!

I guess this store changed managers again. The last manager was great. She really turned this store around. Now it’s a mess again. Curbside pickup is a fiasco. They send you an email that your order is ready even though nobody has pulled it. Then you get there and call the number on the sign, but nobody answers. Then you go in the store, and they have no idea what’s going on. What’s the point?

Tractor Supply should be very grateful to have an employee like Dionne, I was having a very stressful day and needed dog food. Dionne was very kind and thoughtful in helping me. If we had more people like Dionne the world would be a better place.

This location is the closes to my home therefore when I need something in short notice I tend to go here but the employees at this location always have an attitude that makes me feel uncomfortable. And most of my visits I end up leaving the store upset just due to their demeanor. I love going to the location on HWY 242 I just wish this location had employees half as nice and welcoming as the ones on 242.

All of the staff are always friendly and very knowledgable! I love shopping at this location, and stop in very often. If I or my husband are shopping alone, they always ask how the other of us is doing. I can always find what I need, and the shelves are always stocked! On the rare occasions that they don't have what you're looking for, the staff always know when it will be coming in.

Won't be back. I'm very disappointed. I have been here two times in the last two weeks. I needed a specific plum tree. I called both times to ask if they had it before driving 30 minutes. Both times, the workers are too lazy to walk 15 ft or uneducated and can not read a label. I believe they are lazy. While I was there, I saw 4 employees walking around not doing anything. I understand if someone is watching the register, but ask one of four to walk outside.

I called to see if they had a wash station for dogs, and other products I may need and I spoke with Rob. He was so nice, and so helpful! Offered me advice on a rescue he recommended for the dog I had just found and needed to bathe because she needed it desperately. Rob checked on us and made sure everything was good while I was washing her, and even brought me a bunch of clean towels. He loved on the dog, as did other employees and gave her treats too. She ate the attention up because it seemed like she hadn’t had much in her short life. Everyone there was so nice, definitely made our visit an extremely pleasant one! Thank you all so much!! ❤️ she was a little fluff after her bath, completely different looking dog. Her white fur was actually white again, it was dirty and dingy beforehand. Thanks again Rob and everyone else!!! ☺️

We took our two big dogs to give them a bath in their washroom. We were thoroughly impressed with everything that was supplied in the room! Shampoo, multiple different kinds of brushes and combs, towels, nail trimmers, blowers, and aprons to wear. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and made sure we had what we needed and told us to holler if we needed anything. We’ll for sure be coming back and making a monthly trip!

Wonderful pet wash area! We were traveling from out of town when our dog walked through something. The manager on duty went back and verified it was clean before she let us use it! We told her that wasn't necessary, but she insisted and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed before we started. It was the nicest pet wash station we have seen at a Tractor Supply.

I came in looking for Guineafowls and they didn't have any so I decided to take 5 chicks instead which were priced at 4.49 , for some reason these people decided to charge me the price of guineas which are over $7 each not a huge deal but if you come here make sure to do your own math lol

As much as I love shopping there, I met a most friendliest lady earlier this morning checking the price of corrals, fencing, etc and lost my car key for a short bit but found it myself. Dionne is such a sweetheart and we need more people like her! I'm a regular there so I try to find things that I need before bringing my new horse home with me, but whatsoever I am glad I met someone with knowledge and skills.

This establishment is the most coolest place when a person is looking to go wash their dog and all the pet places have closed they were very attentive and very customer friendly and I would recommend this tractor supply to anyone cuz I got a new family member to my family a little blue helix and they made me feel like a customer supposed to happy to come in their establishment I'd recommend them to my friend and family.

Employees are courteous, everything seemed organized. However,more signage would be helpful to locate things easier since they don’t have much help to assist in finding what you need. The place is clean and location is right off the highway. The prices seem a little high but overall the service is good.

Went to the dog wash station and loved it. They provide the shampoo, brushes etc and the drying area has a table so I don’t have to break my back bending over.One downfall: there’s only 1 large dog station and there was a few people waiting although it didn’t take long. Plus once the dog is ready to be dried they are moved so the bath tub is open for the next.

For some reason or another, every time I enter this store I’m never helped properly. I’m a Hispanic woman who is short in height and lack strength. I always purchase multiple sacks of chicken feed and employees never offer help with loading it into my shopping cart or into my car. This has happened multiple times as I go in often because the store is close to me. Employees are never busy and always stare as if it wasn’t their job to help me.
