Terrible at grooming your dog. They cut my dog too low to where his skin is irritated, red, and bruised. I’m very upset! I DO NOT recommend bringing your dog here to get groomed.

My wife and I were looking into the pet hotel. The lady there was very helpful and showed us the rooms. And talked about their expectations of the dogs behavior and shot records.

We come to this PetSmart almost every Saturday night, and spend about an hour meandering. We have fun just taking our time and buying new toys and products every week. At this point, the staff all greet our dog Nellie as we walk in and it is THE MOST WHOLESOME THING EVER!!! The Saturday PM crew are TRULY amazing. They’re always sure to take a moment to give our pup some love before getting back to work. All of the employees we’ve met so far have been outstanding, they’re all so friendly and informative. We’ve recently been given sage advice on calming chews and the doggiejuana for calming our girl. As certified critter/aquatics crazies, my husband and I really appreciate that the fish and small animal tanks are all EXTREMELY well taken care of.Naliea (sp?) checked us out tonight and even price matched a product that we didn’t ask her to price match. She went on her phone and did it without us asking, and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it! She also said that the staff love the critters in-store like they’re their own, and it shows. That just melts my heart, love this location soooo much.

20/20 and love coming here. I’m so happy every time I walk in. Staff greets me and always asks if I need help even tho I hate people because they make me anxious but check out the kittens and adult cats who need adopted. Very kind volunteers :) I love that they support the local rescues for cats ! Please make it a goal to rescue a kitten or senior cat if you are ready. They’re all so sweet and ready for a home!

I used to love this place, only place I shopped. Now after getting the last few delivery orders wrong I am rethinking this. I am disabled and require delivery orders twice a month. My order was for a ten pound bag of cat food, a small box of treats, and two boxes of kitty litter. I got 5 50 pound bags (which someone else had to bring in) of dog food the first time today, called them. The second time I got the treats and food correct, but instead of 2 boxes of the only litter that works, I received 2 cases of 4 bags of litter that is not worth the money you pay for it. When you call, all they do is blame the delivery people...but delivery people do not pull the orders. Now they are closed for the day and I still do not have the order I paid for. I have worked retail for years and pulling orders is easy if you can read and pay attention...big difference between 50 pound bag of dog food and 10 bag of cat food...just look at picture and size, no reading involved.

The store clean, organize, staff polite. The people in charge of the cat adoption not friendly or polite at all. Need improvement that area. The rest of the store was very good.you can find almost every for cats, dogs,birds, fish and other pets.

Woman in the fish department was very rude and unpleasant. She refused to sell me a couple of tiny ten-cent goldfish because I used the word "bowl" to describe my tank that is perfectly suited for small goldfish. She said she's just following orders. Goldfish grow to maybe 5 inches. Of course I know that. I've had goldfish my whole life and know how to transfer them to larger tanks as they grow. I've grown them to nine inches before.This lady was lecturing me about goldfish care while standing in front of a very, very overcrowded tank containing hundreds of goldfish, dozens of which were floating around, dead.This person has no business dealing with the public. She was still shouting at my back as I left the store.I immediately drove to Petco and bought three. The extra one was in her honor.

Very personable place. We take our zoo of animals here to be seen by the vet. We just had our 150 lb Mastiff puppy in doggie daycare play day. She was puckered out. Manager Shannon was very helpful with my daughter's questions on aquarium bacteria products. Thanks Shannon.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent $90 on fish, LAST NIGHT. Today, 2 of them were dead. They expect you to bring in your dead fish for proof for a refund... they don't tell you that though when you buy them and there isn't anywhere on the receipt that states "their policy". They could also care less.We will not be returning.

I walked in for a small bag of dog food. Only one open register. Long line of customers. I asked one of the four employees standing around to open another register, they said they were not working. You know when you over pay for everything - you kind of want to be treated by a customer.

I took my dog in to get a bath and a brush, which includes having the hair trimmed from her pads/paws. Her pads/paws were not trimmed. Also, my dog went in wearing a Calming Collar (because she recently went blind and it really does help her.) It was around 7:30 pm when they sent a message saying she was ready and she could be picked up. After picking her up and getting home, I noticed that she didn't have her collar on. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He told me that it was against the policy to take a pet with anything around their necks and that the groomer told him that when I dropped her off she wasn't wearing a collar. I tried explaining to him that she always wears one and why. I told him that she had it on when I dropped her off , that I had just bought it, and it cost $30. He told me that he didn't know what happened but that she didn't have one on when she was dropped off. He said he didn't know what I was wanting and I told him I just wanted her caller back. I bought that caller from her vet which is in Tennessee and I am in Texas visiting so I can't go back to buy another one. It's amazing to think that the groomers are so perfect that they would never make a mistake like that at least according to him. The groomers appeared to be very nice and talked about how they fell in love with my dog because she was so good How hard would it have been just to do what you're paid to do and to return what belonged to my dog.

I’m going to start saying that the store is no bad, but when it comes to grooming your dog, this place is HORRIBLE I deeply recommend NOT to take your dog to be groom at this place, this people are not professionals. They are horrible when it comes to customer service or animal TREATMENT is like they don’t have any empathy for animals when you try to let him know that you have a kind of emergency they don’t really care, when you make an appointment, they don’t take your pet right away. They will tell you that there are three or four animals in front of you even though you are on time, “so what’s the reason to make an appointment?” If you really love your dog, or any animal you wanna to groom, DO MOT take it to this place there are other Petsmarts with a lot better staff and better reviews than this one. Do it for your pets if you really love them.

Order a Aqueon 75 air filter for my son's aquarium and this is how I received it. Found out it was a return that should have never be put back on the shelf. It had dead grass and cobwebs on it, they could of at least attempted to wipe it off.

My dog had two surgeries, both to remove 19 obstructions ( he ate a box of tampons) . Thank you Vergi hospital for saving his life. In addition, thank you PetSmart for carrying the prescription dog food needed during his continued recovery.

I recently boarded my dogs at PetSmart and had a frustrating experience. When I initially booked, they confirmed that each of my dogs would receive a free night’s board as it was our first time boarding. However, when we picked them up, we were informed that it was only one free night per customer, despite multiple confirmations from staff members both on the phone and in person. This inconsistency in communication left us feeling misled and disappointed. It’s essential for businesses like PetSmart to ensure that their staff is on the same page to avoid such misunderstandings in the future

Boudicca loves going to PetSmart. She’s 6 months old now and growing rapidly. She loves going to see Erica ( her dog groomer) tail wagging and waiting to be petted . When I pick her up she looks so clean and beautiful 😀She is never that happy when I bathe her. Thank you Erica for making Boudicca feel so loved ❤️

Quiet store, low on supply for cat stuff on the furbreeze litter system. Silicone collar break away options for cats pretty awesome 👍😎, the dog daycare here looked like it was poppin off, the hamster section here looks like someone there loves them they had fresh food, water and bedding nice to see.They have a cat water addictive I put in my cats food to help them stay hydrated I've noticed a difference with it so I suggest that. I also suggest the furbreeze litter system for squeamish ppl, if you looking for a good cat brand that is decently priced ??? I will have to double check and update this sorry.
