Went today to pick up some fish for my tanks. I can't describe how grateful I was that the girl who assisted me knew to both double-bag and separate each type (I purchased both peaceful and aggressive fish). She even took the time to ensure I had the proper setup for each. While this was information I was already aware of, others might not be, and I have such appreciation for this location keeping its customers informed on proper fish care. It's a drive out of my way for sure, but they've more than earned their business from me.

Went to take my dog to get her nails done and a bath. Took rabies info. She isn't even a year yet.They said because there is not a date showing when her next round is. They can't take her. Worst customer service and a waist of my time.I will never go there again.

I always shop at this store. Always find best deals and I've used their groomer for 15 yrs now. Plus I love the fact that they do so much for pet charities. When you check out at the register and they asked on the pin pad if you want a donation I usually sleep all of my change to the donation or at least a dollar they do a lot of fabulous work for the pet community and their owners.

We took our puppy for grooming services on 4/22/23 and are extremely satisfied with the services given! Rebekah took good care of our puppy and updated us every step of the way. Everyone there at the time of our appointment were wonderful people and super knowledgeable. Will be coming back for future grooming services!

Some of the rescues want to act like overseers. I’m sorry that I wanted to give a cat the life of literal luxury because I split my time between 3 states, 2 of which we own homes in, but the person “didn’t feel comfortable with that” like, doesn’t make any sense.Would you prefer I lie to you? Apparently, I should have.*I went in around thanksgiving, slightly before that & went back just before Christmas and the cat I wanted to dote on? STILL THERE!! Poor cat could have been living her BEST life with me and my family but no, she’s trapped in that box all alone.

I went in for flea pills and to get yard spray for fleas. The Manager came over and helped me find the best for my yard, he even did the math so I would have enough. I've been going to this location for at least 10 years and this is why. I also do alot of buying from the fish department and they are also outstanding. Thank you to all the employees who absolutely make a difference to why I don't go to other pet stores. Thanks again for all you do.

They have a wide variety of supplies for your pets. 🐶🐱🐟We buy everything we need here. Our dog needed a new collar and ID tag. We found the cutest tag here and had it engraved in the store. Very convenient! We will be back again soon! 😊

Took my baby girl to the vet here and they did not properly check her and gave us improper medication they just said she had an ear infection and that she was not compliant. My baby has never misbehaved with a vet. At the second appoint they said they misdiagnosed her and she really had a ruptured ear drum and the medication they gave us could worsen her. They then gave us new medication and said there wasn’t much else they could do for her. My baby still has seen any improvements with them and I’m very disappointed with the service and care of my baby. They claim she could lose her hearing but have not tried to help clean,shave or treat her ears. I’ve never had an experience like this with banfield we have been with them for 6 years in a different state. But once I moved to texas and this location I have never been more dissatisfied and upset. I have spent over 2k in vet bills and meds and they have not helped her. We will have to give up banfield now because of this and I’m so sad and disappointed.

I have been taking my Alaskan Malamute here for almost 2 years. Her name is Shelby. Shelby D grooms her and always does a fabulous job. She goes out of her way to make sure my Shelby is taken care of. I never worry when Shelby is in her care. My Shelby is always so happy and smiling when she leaves the salon. I would highly recommend Shelby and the other girls from the groomers. Thank you.

I have been to this location 2x while visiting friends. They were of course out of the Fish formula so I had to get a different protein. Got all the to out to our vacation spot and realized it’s expired. Why are you selling expired dog food?????

We took summer, our kitty, in today and i am blown away!! Tiff was amazing with summer and she looks so good after the groom! As well as she catered to summers needs perfectly, as summer is an anxious cat. Ive never seen summer so calm with anyone new! Especially touching her paws and tail lol. And everyone was just so kind to us and let us know when they were done and such. I felt very relieved as a pet parent to have such a good first grooming experience!! Definitely coming back!

Worst petsmart experience ever!They sold me a bag of food that was over 6 months expire, that we found upon returning it.They do not check their dates nor properly rotate their stock. Shop somewhere else!

I've never seen a place offer the tanks with stands for sale as well, definitely coming back here. Come get the kitties and puppies looking for a home, and keep in mind they are NOT holiday gifts. They are fuzzy/ furry/scaly members of your family, treat them as such if you decide to get one.

Clean well stocked store. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that I find most times that I come here that I have to wait in line, when they have multiple employees on the floor. They need to learn to call a second cashier so the wait is not as bad.

Hours for grooming show it opens at 7 was there at 7:30 and nobody was there SM told me that will be there between 8-8:30. So I guess they work when they want to. Very inconvenient for the customers.

Staff are kind and helpful. We love going in to look at the cats for adoption and the fish. I was disappointed there were so many dead fish left in the tanks. The gold fish had around 25 dead fish in one tank. Maybe they are understaffed, I don't know. It would seem that if you wanted to sell fish for beautiful home tanks, you definitely want them to look appealing. One dead fish is understandable, but 25 or more is not appealing.

October 2, 2021 SaturdayI walked in the store with my return item in a dark blue reusable polyester fabric bag I purchased from Amazon and my spider pet costume was inside along with its tags. I decided to go check out clothing pet items first to see what new items were in stock. I was in the last section which is right across the front desk vet clinic. There was a store associate with a shopping cart to my left in that same clothing area where I was at. I was contemplating on a TopPaw burgundy overall dress with an oatmeal colored sweater. I had my return bag on my left forearm, my car key on my left hand. I grabbed my iPhone 11 ProMax from my purse back pocket (same size). The store associate that was to my left eventually asked me if I needed anything as she was walking past behind me with her cart and I looked towards her and answered her “no thank you.” “So you don’t need any help ?” “No I don’t need any help.” I wondered why she asked me twice, perhaps she didn’t hear me the first time as I had a mask on. At the register I showed an assoc my cell phone as I placed it on the conveyor belt and had the receipt scan bar in view. With an attitude the earlier assoc said she wasn’t going to accept my return item because I was back there and she saw me with my bag. I was so confused. My bag ? I asked. I told her I have my receipt right on my cell phone and it shows the item I bought from this store and I have the item in this bag. She said she won’t accept the item and if I don’t like it to take it to corporate. I told her that if my bag was an issue at the store she could’ve told me that and not approach me so rudely about it at the register but she didn’t have anything else to say except “sorry.” But no, she wasn’t genuinely sorry. My first thought was that she was a an unprofessional store assoc but I was in shock when she said she was the store manager after I asked for one. I realized she was accusing me of stealing and how could she if I’m at the register trying to do a return for an item I have a receipt for.I left the store in shock, in disbelief of what just happened and I was so embarrassed at how she treated me. If she is the “store manager” why would she approach me and talk to me like that and falsely accuse me of something I didn’t even do.I decided to go back to the store to do my return as I knew I was in my lawful right. The girl at the register informed me she couldn’t do the return because could get into trouble, “sorry” but I could return but at another location. I asked her if there was a store policy of having this type of bag and she said she didn’t know. I held back my tears as I told her “what just happened to me was really wrong, we see these type of things in the media all the time especially with racial profiling and I never thought I was going to be treated this way.” I asked her if there was someone else above the store manager and she said “yes but that they aren’t here today”I contact you, PetSmart corporate, a professional Petsmart store manager of this location to please take action in this matter immediately because I will not let this situation go and I will pursue another action if it doesn’t get rectified.This incident occurred around 5:20pm October 2, 2021. The store managers name on shift at that time was Jenny. I have provided you the details so I ask you to check all surveillance cameras which will have 100% proof and show that I never took and stole any item from this store. Perhaps she racial profiled me.This issue doesn’t get thrown under the rug by simply going to another Petsmart location to do a return. Another customer would’ve definitely stood there and made sure the return was made and had her check the cameras on the spot and possibly had the store manager above “Jenny” Aware of the situation.Many things go unspoken of and not reported and thats why many people get away with things because no one came forward to say a word because they think no one will hear and listen and that no one will believe and nothing will be done.

I went to PetSmart on Conroe today to have my pets nails done. They were great in the salon but the cashier up front was not. I had a print out to take up front to her to pay for the nail grinding and it is all I had in my hand. I didn’t realize she had the conveyor belt going so I set the paper down and she became annoyed and told me that next time I need to hand her the paper and not set on the conveyor belt because it could have got sucked up. I felt like a 2 year old being scolded and she was short with me the rest of the transaction. I think she should have kept her comment to herself because clearly I wouldn’t have set it down if I’d known it was going. Most places don’t want u to hand anything to them and ask u to set it down anyways because of covid.

I mostly dislike this location and all that happens here. It's chaos from parking to paying and they do little to nothing to help. We also, unfortunately, bring our dogs to their vet, where they almost refuse to let you actually speak to the vet.Side note, if you're bringing your dog to the vet before business hours, don't follow the instructions written on the door. Instead, you are expected to peel open the doors while managing your pup, and then close the door behind you.Good luck!

This toy was the best toy we have ever bought it has lasted him about 3 weeks and that is great because most toys only last about 3 mins with him
