The store is clean and organized. The selection is great and everything is in stock. The employees are very friendly.This is my second interaction with the Companion Animal Leader - he’s awesome! Although he was tending to the animals, he made sure to let me know he’d be with me right away to ring me up. He also introduced me to the rewards program a few weeks back, and I’m so glad he did. I saved $30 during this trip.

I accidentally left a review for this store but it was for the one on the north loop 336.This store if fantastic, Chris the manager was able to help me with my issues and fixed immediately. Very nice store well organized and super clean, my hat off to Chris the manager. From now on I will be shopping at this location and not the one on the north loop 336.

Bro yall have to get rid of some of the live rock in yalls saltwater tanks, tried to buy 2 different fish just to have an employee smash both pushing around rocks! This is not the first time either, about 2 months ago an employee smashed multiple neon gobies which I wasn't trying to buy at the time. But it's not their fault it's management's. Easy fix dedicate a tank to the majority of live rock like everyone else does, and make it to where they can access the fish without spending 25 minutes trying to catch a fish just to smash it! Also there is 2 tanks always off, employee said it happens! Where's management?

I went in today after visiting 4 other pet chain stores, looking for snakes. The staff was kind, helpful, and just overall more than i could have asked for. Mike talked to me about everything and then some when it came to my snake questions and different species since i wasn’t completely sure what i wanted and he never once seemed rushed or bothered, if anything it felt like talking to just someone who knows a lot and wants to help a friend. I can’t wait to go back to get my snake in the near future! My favorite petco store by far!!

Updated review: I like the convenience of this location to my house. Wanted to give a huge shout out to an associate named Rob who was been very helpful 4 of the 6 times I have visited this store. He’s always been very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and non pushy which I can highly respect. The interactions I have had with this associate aren’t generic conversations and are always very organic and customized to my visit. Great job Rob for giving amazing customer service!!

One of the ladies in the reptile area said we could come bring the children to hold a snake or the lizzards to try out, but then I brought the kids a guy told us no, we could not hold the animals and look for a new pet. My children were very disappointed, we meant to buy a new pet but he really would not help us.

We took our two dogs today for a bath and brush today. They're 50-60lb 10 years old. Grooming Team (Nicholas) did a great job. We'll be back, highly recommend 😊

At the new Petco, Stephanie and Nicholas in the grooming department provided excellent care, making my dog feel safe and comfortable during his bath, teeth cleaning, and nail trimming. It's clear they prioritize not just the service, but also the well-being and comfort of the pets in their care.

Wow! We love this new store! Packed full of product that was priced and ready to buy, but most importantly the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to using some of the features like pet training and knowing they have a medical team is so exciting and comforting. Thanks Petco!

I went into this store once again and the Ball Python's humidities were all under50%. I spoke with the manager Chris.He stated they will try to spray more often and that the cheap thermometers could be wrong! If you know this why haven't you advocated to have better thermostats for them?then proceded to tell me he had 14 ball pythons. If you own these animals then you should make sure they are well taken care of. I myself am a Ball python owner and have been for years. They are a great passion and love of mine. I will continue to keep watch over these beautiful animals no matter what store I shop at.

I usually use petco for grooming and food for my 2 shi tzus but this store is nothing in comparison to the other location. They do not have the food my dogs eat here even though they have it at other locations. I also tried to get a appointment for grooming but I tried to call for 2 days and no one answered or returned my message. When someone finally did answer I was told they didn't have appointments. I called the other location and they were able to get me in the same day and they did a fantastic job as always. I will continue to use the other location as they never disappoint. Sometimes newer isn't better!
