Had our Dog groomed on Friday. We asked them not to cut the tail hair. They said it was their policy not to leave it. Guess they need to listen more to the person paying the bill and change their policy. Looks like we have a mouse now. Long hair dog with no tail hair. Really poor…,,,

They actually have a pretty good selection of exotic fish and reptiles. The occasional fancy parrot. Their animals are really well cared for, any time I get fish here they're never sick like I've experienced at other locations and Petsmarts. People that work here are familiar with more than just cats and dogs so they can give actual useful advice about some of the less popular animals for beginners. I always come here for live feed for my snakes. They sometimes have small rats that are good for the in between stages of snakes that are outgrowing mice. Store is also very well kept, pretty much never looks dirty or disorganized. Fish tanks have some water staining on the glass but it can't be helped, I can tell the tanks themselves are in good condition.

This location is amazing! The groomers are so kind and gentle with my girls and they always do an amazing job. Store is clean and the employees are always helpful. Well stocked and they always have my food available. We love this store!

This Petco is consistently filthy and the customer service is atrocious! My husband was trying to purchase meal worms that were alive in the 50 CT container. He was forced to search through a number of them due to deceased meal worms! Then, at the cashier the employee made the comment, " that looks like more than 50 worms". Excuse me! If we were liars and theives, we certainly would not steal meal worms!

Just got our dogs groomed last week. They look ok but not much better than I could have done at home. Took them to “professionals” for 2 things specifically; trim their nails which resulted then cutting my male’s too short and causing him to bleed and getting their anal glands expressed which is clear they didn’t do. Super frustrating since grooming isn’t cheap and I could have spent that money elsewhere at a groomer where they would have done what was promised in the package.

This was my first time taking my Australian Shepherd to a groomer. I’ve always groomed him myself in fear of this reason. Before leaving him with them I communicate exactly that “I only want him trimmed (any straggly hairs) on his arms, legs, paws, tails, and butt. I told them “I want him very natural.” They asked me if they could cut his face, ears, body and I told them no. When I picked him up they did everything I asked them not to do. They cut off his Aussie Mane, gave him a sculpted Corgi butt, and cut off the hair on his arms. I really think this is just being unaware of how to cut an Australian Shepherd. Overall I just wish they listened to what I asked for.. especially because I payed so much.

Looked for a new collar for my shih tzu. Not one in stock.Looked for her treats. None in stock. They had a tag but were out of stock.Saw 4 employees. All 4 were on their cell phones including the one ringing a customer at the register.

I had my rough collie groomed here. He has extreme anxiety at the groomers due to a bad experience when he was a puppy. I did the deshedding packaged and it was over $100 for a large dog (68-69lbs). He felt amazing after the appointment. He has bad impacted fur and it was all gone.

I bought a shirt for my grand puppy and it was too small. Had tags on it and all. Didn’t have receipt. Just wanted to exchange for something in a larger size. The heavy set girl talked down to me as if I was stupid. I may be older but I’m not stupid. I had to tell her I got it!

UPDATE!!! SCAMMING SENIORS GOING VIRAL!!! went to Petco today to pick up some cat food my total was $51 the girl that checked me out said after I put my card in it didn’t process I communicated that it Read approved she said no put it in again it Read approved again I went out to my car and looked on my phone Petco double charged me over $100 for one bag of cat food When I showed the Manager my bank info of the 2 charges he communicated that I need to dispute it with my bank. REALLY! Beware of this location. Scamming the customers. I wonder where that money goes when we round off the amount for the poor homeless hungry animals?

We use your grooming center three times a month. We have used Christina P. in the Shenandoah location. Our dogs have gone from being scared to being excited when we tell them they get to go see Christina tomorrow! Don't know what she earns, but it is not enough!

whoever Christian is has a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Was no help and just kept telling me she didn’t know what to do and couldn’t help. Had another person help and had no problems. It’s like she didn’t want me to purchase the animal. She kept yelling “WHAT??” at customers and me as well. You have to have good customer service to work with customers or your sales just go down.

I used to shop an have my cats dry cat food direct ship every few months for years. But then the store stopped carrying the only Brand of cat food that doesn't make my cats throw up .. I only feed my cats Rachael Ray nutrish Inner Health in the pinkish orange bag.. Now I buy it at PetSmart

I just left the Petco on loop. Three thirty six informed the cashier that all of the ball python's humidities were in the twenties and that they were too low and she couldn't care less about the issue.i find this in Humain. Also one of the ball pythons had a stuck shed on his head because of the humidity. Being wrong you'll need to correct your husbandryor stop selling them.12/30/24

A really lovely store and has so much more variety than other pet stores. We found lots of great decorations for my beardie's tank and I adopted my sweet rat girls from here. My beardie loves his decorations and my girls are so good and sweet, and I can tell that they were taken care of. Robert is always there when I check out and is very friendly! Ozymandius, Sega Game Gear, and Magnavox Odyssey thank you <3

I had to wai a long time for someone to show me the ferrets. I almost left. I finally got to see them and they were babies and kept biting. I didn’t buy one after all. The store is out of items a lot regardless of what day of the week and when they get shipments. I believe they are overpriced but Shipt goes there so I have to use them occasionally. I don’t like going there otherwise.

My first time to the vet clinic on Sun to get my puppy her rabies vaccine. Everyone was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Great experience!Took her back to the groomers on Monday to get her nails trimmed and they took great care of my girl.
