I was very happy with the dog washing process, Abby seemed happy too. Very attentive and kind to me and my dog. They also got me an appointment at the last min. I spent way to much money impulse-buying! So much good stuff in this place. I was so happy with ALL the employees, everyone wanted to help with any questions about products and seems very knowledgeable.

Im so excited to have this new location open up over here on east side of 45! We went in and used the dog wash and was pleasantly surprised and excited by the quality of towels they had!!! No more ruff 😉 towels like they have at other places they are microfiber! My pup loved the experience!!

The owner and management are extremely rude. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is detrimental to a business of any kind. I cannot see how they will stay in business if they treat their customers with such disrespect.
