All of the groomers are great. Winnie definitely went above and beyond when she did not only groom my dog, but gave me several options on how to solve some problems my dog had. Even went outside of pet supply plus and told me what to get at the local feed store. I would definitely recommend pet supply plus Over and over again.

Jon and Carly were the absolute BEST people I could have ever imagined to have encountered. It was sincerely a pleasure talking with them. It was my first time at Pet Supplies Plus and it won’t be my last!!! 10/10 impressed. There’s a pet wash inside as well- look forward to bringing my dogs.

Not sure if the lady who has the beautiful accent is an owner or manager, but she’s so lovely and helpful! She’s been there the past few times I’ve been in with my mini schnauzer and she was so helpful. But, also, she other employees are very helpful as well. I usually bathe and dry my dog because they have a super convenient dog washing station in the back of the store. I bought a multi-wash card and it has been nice between groomings.

Chris here at this location went above and beyond to get the fish I was having problems with the bigger named pet stores. He had my order in 1 week. His passion for his job has made me a return customer even though its about hour drive to get there, it is most definitely worth the drive based on the commitment he has. Thank you Chris

Wonderful shop! The prices beat every other pet store. The staff here are very friendly as well!Update: I’ve now used their grooming services and that was just as fantastic. The service and care yet again beat other pet stores I have used in the past. I have also been getting rewards and using coupons here. It’s made such a difference. This store has my business for as long as I live in this area!

It's a shame I would given a 5 months ago.2/24 was the worst guest interaction I could've ever had. When someone is speaking to you , you need to listen to what they are saying not Hear what you want.Summed up:I was hesitant to leave my pups to get groomed, had a bad feeling after what I was hearing going on ( unprofessional behavior). My 1 yr old acted like she did not want to go with Winnie, she seemed scared. Yet left them . I have a 1yr old whom I took in from a abusive home that dumped her. Groomers claimed her to be aggressive without giving her a chance. After a couple text my pupp was fine with the groomer. Asked for a Mgr name to discuss what happened prior to leaving dogs. I had no issue with the girl who struggled to get my pup to feel safe. Just a side note.Went to pick up my dogs noticed the name tag of said person in charge. The conversation made me so aggravated that she was not listening to my concern , but her telling me ma'am you don't understand what they go through with the animals. They get scratched, bit and so much.* There is no reason to yell or slam things around. ( When I was dropping off the pups)Yet the conversation kept reverting to the anxiety my dog had at the beginning. . When I say listen to what's being said not what you want to hear this is it!I felt this conversation was less than heard. I had to say:I'm not discussing my dog yet the actions of the groomer that was there as I was trying to drop my dogs off.-If this was a daycare and I dropped off my kids, your telling me it's okay to yell and slam things around???Absolutely not. Theses are my fur babies. From a guest perspective it should have never happened. At the end of the conversation I'm seeing red im asked is there "something I can do"... Absolutely not I'm going to get my dogs and leave.Pay for the bill, go to get my dogs to find out my puppy has a cheap thin material around the neck leash on.I'm told oh you can have this she chewed hers up. She must've been hungry ...what??!(Leashes are NOT CHEAP TO BUY). They left the lil bit of leash hanging on her collar. First off why was it on her is she was kenneled? I just don't get it. Maybe I should've taken my leash with meYet now super upset, I had to walk out.I will now be one to choose another facility just another customer

Ive been in the fish / reptile industry for decades. Seeing what someone is doing in the fish Dept to make it humane and the right way in a corparate pet supply trade is refreshing. The rest of the company needs to take notes on this location!! Clean, live plants, etc.

Highly recommend the dog washing station. They have three different sizes. I have a dorkie so we use the small dog washing stations. No stress on your back from bending over. And carol the manager is so awesome with knowledge of all pets needs. I forgot the other lady in the store today but big thanks to her as well. And Lexi in the groomer station. Y’all are awesome! Thanks again ladies.

My dog eats the RedFord brand and has been extremely healthy, happy, and energetic! This store always has really good sales, prices, and the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They’ll always offer to take my dog food or cat litter to my car and they have wonderful prices in the salon!

Yesterday was the second time I used this place for grooming. The first time they did amazing except my yorkie had a bald spot in one place. The second time was a horrible experience. I gave them a picture and told them I wanted it just like the first time. The girl barely looked at the pic and when i picked her up she was definitely nothing like the first pic. Everything was uneven. She was supposed to have boots and they chopped all her hair off her feet at the bottom. They left some on top but it was all uneven and did not make sense. She had parts of her hair missing on her legs that didnt make sense either. They weren't very apologetic and tried to say my dog wasn't cooperative. She is 2 yrs old and has been getting groomed for a while now. The owner didnt charge me but it still doesnt make up for the haircut or treatment. I will never go back!!!!! If I could get the groomer I got the first time I wouldve considered it but not after the treatment I got!!!! First pic first time, second pic second time.

My husband and I needed dog food and were on our way to dinner when we spotted the store. Once we went inside, I couldn’t believe the doggie bathing area- it looks like a spa. Ended up chatting with the owners/managers who were delightful. Got some pictures of the fish tanks because they are just so pretty.They have small animals and reptiles and every kind of pet supply you could need.Highly recommend!

I would literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location over any other. I love Pets Supply Plus, but this location is just amazing. The staff is SO friendly, and so knowledgeable. I love their self serve bathing stations & the Oatmeal shampoo that was recommended was AMAZING 10/10 would recommend! Everything is so clean and well organized, definitely recommend stopping in if you’re nearby!

Very bad experience with the groomer Winnie. I took my Bichon to get a haircut and bath. When I picked her up she looked like a Siamese cat. That is def not the Bichon look. I was called by Winnie and she told me she’d have to cut her hair shorts because of matting After she began wit her haircut. I had felt my pet and didn’t see any matting. She has curly hair which isn’t matting. She sent me pics of my dog curly hair which is what she has and claimed it was matting. I paid 85 dollars to have my dog look like a Siamese cat. I’d have appreciated the call prior to her beginning to cut her hair because if she would have told me she’d be shaving my dog I’d have told her absolutely not. I’d take her elsewhere. I’ve never been told my dog has matting as extreme I keep up with my d and have her groomed every 6 weeks. So I find it very hard to believe she had matting to the point she had to be shaved. My assumption is that either she shaved her by mistake and to correct her mistake covered it up by making up the matting excuse or she was too lazy to actually try to brush my dog the way she’s supposed to be brushed and didn’t want to deal with it. I messaged her on Facebook to let her know how unhappy I was and at no point was I disrespectful but she kept going back and forth with me and blocked me on Facebook. So unprofessional. If a customer isn’t happy you block them. I’ll make sure to spread the word of booking a grooming with anyone else other than Winnie. Unprofessional and defensive and does not like honesty from customers or to be told when they aren’t happy. Not good business to block someone when they express how they feel. I actually wasn’t going to leave a bad review but after she reacted in such a childish manner I felt the need to let others know to proceed with caution. Oh and one of her responses on Facebook was it’s just hair it will grow back. Yes I know it’s just hair but I paid 85 to have my pet looking nice I Could of shaved her down myself and saved the 85 dollars.

Fantastic store. Went to take my daughter to do some research on what pet she would like. They had a great selection of birds, fish, lizards, snakes, and hamsters. I was impressed. The supply Isle was just as impressive. The staff were very nice and helpful, checking in on us from time to time. Highly recommend for your pet needs.

Kept forgetting to check this place out for our pets and finally went in today.I've been missing out!The store was very well stocked with products for all the animals. Lots of knowledgeable and kind employees.And the prices were better than the big chain stores I've been going to.Will definitely be definitely be coming back.

People here are super super friendly. There was a lady there starting drama that started annoying me and my family. She would not stop complaining and their staff handed it WAY better than I would have. She was even complaining non-stop to my family so, after hearing here non stop for 10 minutes, I finally hit my breaking point and told her "Okay Karen, we heard you the first three times and, we don't need your opinion." She was searching for back up among other customers but, got none especially from us. However, the staff didn't yell or belittle her even though she was. They helped my family and I, find what we needed for our 2 new adopted puppies. Even with the old lady being a complete diva and trying to persuade us to shop elsewhere they still gave us great service and even apologized for the altercation. We've shopped here multiple times and, had a great experience each time. They were so kind to our new puppies we just adopted minutes earlier and, they made the experience great even with a diva yelling non stop.

I can't say enough good words about this place from the cleanliness to the customer service. We are traveling from Wyoming to Conroe/Houston for the AKC World Series of dog shows with our Cane Corso and were looking for a nice place to groom our dogs before we show tomorrow. This place exceeded expectations-affordable, clean and such friendly customer service. Thank you to Pet Supplies Plus of Conroe for such a great experience.

Always treated well here, good place to stop for pup treats, but are bit higher than Chewy. Grooming service area looks shiny clean, with good option to bring your pooch in and bathe them in their professional facilities...and save yourself the hassle of cleaning up YOUR house!

And I'll let you know: they might be a bit more expensive than big brand stores, but you are supporting your community and better care of animals. We visited this store for the first time today, and I am so glad I did! This store is fantastic! It is very clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly. I love that the groomers do not take pets behind a glass wall or some unseen place to bathe them. Owners can stand and watch from the opposite side of a partition. The store is fully stocked with wonderful, high quality pet foods. The co-owner, Heather, met us at the front door and was SO FRIENDLY and helpful! She informed us about some wonderful healthy freeze dried pet food and gave us samples, coupons, and info. Most of all, the store is very welcoming to pets and owners alike and the customer service is top-notch. This will be the ONLY pet store I will be patronizing henceforth! Thanks to Heather and her team for a very happy experience today! The next time I visit, I'll have my new baby Corgi with me!

We went here today looking at fish. From the outside I thought the store would be pretty big, but their selection of fish wasn’t as big as I anticipated. I thought PetSmart was actually better and had a bigger selection. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. We were greeted by 2 employees immediately so it definitely seemed friendly and great employees!

I really like it here. It's like $10 or so to wash your dog and they include towels, shampoos, conditioners, blow dryer, and they clean it once you're done. I've used the grooming services there too and the two ladies I've gotten each time have been great. Place is always clean. People are friendly.

Each time we have visited the staff has been so nice and helpful. We use the doggie wash for our 2 medium sized dogs. It's always very clean and well stocked. Definitely worth the price to bathe our dogs there! We also love the variety of toys, treats, and pet supplies available.

They have a great selection of all kinds of products and very nice staff. We bought bulk dog treats, which turns out significantly less expensive. They also carry frozen marrow bones, which make awesome treats for about a month. Definitely better than any regular pet store I visited.
