Recently bought two bags of Victor Performance Dog food that my dogs wouldn't eat because the food had a very strong oily odor. The owner replaced both bags but said the manufacturer told him to refund only one bag because they hadn't had other complaints. A new bag was opened in the store. Two people smelled the bag and called it "rancit", just like the bag I brought back.

Best place love the people. The man that own it is amazing and his family. The girl behond the counter is so sweet and helpful. The guys in the back are so nice and helpful. Put our stuff in the back of our car for us. Been going here forever and will always be a happy customer.

Please have your employees work on their customer service skills. Being nice goes a long way. The Hispanic girl at the register was extremely rude and snippy, having an attitude with a paying customer for no reason is not a good look.

I have good service when their. We browse a little. I find their prices about average & could be a little lower depending on what your searching for. I go in for deer pellets & their never out. The staff which all I ever see is 1 for register & 1 for orders are friendly & knowledgeable if you have questions. Not a fancy place as you might find at other establishments but, it has been there for a long time.It's priority is feed.

Location is small and quaint. Perla was awesome...excellent customer service. She was very patient with both myself in my brother and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I love looking at the little chicks at the front of the store. A quick and easy place to go to to rent a U-Haul.

Great small store with a good selection of products for home & farm. I especially like being able to find lawn fertilizers that the big retailers do not offer. Additionally they stock many items to combat the many diseases & pests for yard, plants & vegetables. Very adequate for the gardener and outdoor home maintenance DIY'er. Highly recommended.

My spouse and I go bi-monthyl to grab Chaffe Hay, coastal hay, alfalfa pellet, and feed for our goats. The employees are kind. I am a disable veteran so for them to not only offer a veterans discount (on Thursdays), they load everyone up as well. I've met the owner a couple times kind humble man.

I was displeased with my shopping experience. 2 weeks prior I was quoted one price for a cattle gate and when I came back to purchase the gate it was quoted again $50.00 higher.No one working that day knew what the prices were.I probably won't go back.

Staff is friendly and smiling. Everyone asked if we needed any help. They were out of one of the items I needed. She even looked it up to see if it was the brand I wanted but it didn't show in the computer.Good choice of hooves, pig ears, bones and treats for dogs.

I purchased a vaccine for my dog and the price was 3 times more than a regular retail store I paid $23 for a vaccine that sales $8 @ tractor supply, I tried to return it right after purchased it was still unopened and they told me that they don’t do returns . Very disappointed for being a family business

One of the oldest, and last "genuine" feed stores left in Conroe Texas. Always get good service here, been using them for a good 30 years plus.
