I called to see if they could page my husband to come to the phone cause he forgot his phone here at home and our daughter is sick and needing medicine. I was hoping to catch him before he had to make the trip all the way home to just go back up there but the lady on the phone was so rude and ugly about it and told me she wouldn't page him. They did it for us in the past but this grinch was not having it. I tried explaining to her what my reasoning was but she made it clear she didn't care. Yall really need to work on yalls customer service smh

Honestly it’s not bad. Definitely use the bathroom in the back of the store but YALLLLLL PLEASEEEEEE get a better flower selection 😭

There are an abundance of clearance items here. A lot of yellow tags are here. This is my hometown and people are just as nice and helpful as always. :-) (btw Nashville, TN is great too 👍😃 and home now.) ;-)

This store had the best and streamlined clothing section I've ever been to in my 55 years!! They had everything I've viewed online. Very organized! Kudos to the employees and management.

Friendly and clean. They now have online grocery pickup. You place and pay for your order online and set a time for pickup then you let them know your on your way to pick it up and all you have to do is pull up to the designated area and they will come out with your order and load it into your vehicle for you! Love it! So very convenient and you don't have to deal with the hassle of looking for things and standing in line to check out. Very very awesome especially after a long day at work.

Better Walmart than most! Smaller store but better service and still enough in stock & selection! Some prices are a little more on grocery due to small college town I believe!

The check out service was very quick and efficient. The cashier that I met named Marie was very lovely and was quick to help assist me when I needed to find a certain item. She was very attentive and very friendly with a great smile.

Every Wal-Mart is different from town to town. This one in commerce caters more to the university than to the people who actually live there. It, too, offers more products, from groceries to other products, that offer less substance and contribute to more waste.

Best customer service I've had in a while from Walmart. Cashier's are super friendly and helpful especially Halie, she always has a smile on her face and is eager to help anyway she can. And Parker(Mr. Walmart) is great, always makes me smile. Thanks for letting me share about good customer service.

Justin is so nice and such a hard worker; it’s obvious when I pull into the parking lot whether or not he’s working. There are rarely any carts outside when he’s there, but if the lot is full of carts, I know he’s off that day.

More so of a job review. Working here was great, the job put me through college and I made a ton of friends working here. Ron and Daphne were by far the best managers I had the pleasure of working for. If you are looking for a job in the area, I definitely recommend applying.

It's a good Walmart, it's not as clean as the store I had for the last decade in Saginaw, TX. But I think they have the same number of checkers constantly. But often there's a long line for a real live checker.

Walmart associate Lisa was ringing a bell in the store today. Was nicely asked to stop ringing the bell long enough for a lady with bad panic attack and sensitive hearing to get by her..Instead of Lisa stopping the Bell she rang the bell an inch and a half away from the lady's face and then proceeded to follow her to the pharmacy area and back to the cash registers continuously ringing the bell as hard as she could and as loud as she could. While smiling as big as she could..Seems like a pretty bad way to run a business customer care should be somewhat of a priority even at Walmart...

These places are "cluster you-know-whats" nowadays. Nothing is hardly convenient anymore as well as courtesy and respect. I worked for Walmart for 4 years and I know the process, if they didn't carry what I needed "sometimes," I wouldn't bother going in.
