I’ve been a Brookshire’s pharmacy customer over 25 years. This change to Walgreens is the worst. Several times I requested refills from the app. It works one out of 3 times . I’ve gotten texts say that my script was filled only to get there and find that it isn’t true. They have supply and staff problems that have them constantly behind. I just transferred all my prescriptions to CVS. I never wanted to use a “big box” pharmacy, but I am no longer confident that Walgreens can handle my meds in a timely fashion.
