Staff is very helpful! Even if you have an unusual request, the staff will take the time to make sure you have everything you need to finish your project.I’ve had multiple employees offer to carry heavy bags of dog food to my car for me.Very pet friendly (for our well-behaved pet friends!) and they carry a selection of excellent dog foods!

When you go in to this store you really have to watch. The shelf prices show one price but when you get to the register items ring up as a different price. Even though the shelf price is clearly marked they will not honor the advertised/post cheaper price.I really think this is an intentional practice to get you to buy thinking you won't catch the error in the pricing around the store.I guess when your the only option on some things in commerce you can screw over your customers and get away with it.Oh and they charge tax on everything except feed, even when you have a farm tax exemption card.

No matter what project we’re working on, we have had nothing but excellent experiences here! We’ve never walked in the building without being greeted and offered assistance. We’ve received excellent and knowledgeable customer service in the paint center. I’d rather go here than a big chain hardware or farm supply store any day!

Great staff! I was visiting friends and needed some PVC for a water break at their house. After looking at the break and a couple of other things that needed repairing the hosts took me there and they had everything in one spot! I wandered around in amazement for awhile, they have *everything*! Farm and ranch supplies, automotive, plumbing, hardware, and they're so friendly!

The cashiers always greet me with a smile and the guys on the floor are very helpful when needed. They have a large selection for a small town. There was one time a young man was a little rude when I asked where an item was but I still give 5* review because of the hundreds of times everyone else was courteous and helpful.

These people allowed me to walk around with a half eaten bar of chocolate from the counter to compare paint colors. The prices were adequate and the service was with a smile. The fudge looked delicious, I might buy a pound or two next time I'm in need of some wood or nails and innevitably return.

In town with my food truck for a festival and my propane tank line got stripped and I couldn’t get it off. PANIC! Went into this small town on a Sunday and found Fix and Feed! John helped us and was AMAZING! Had the propane hookup I needed, and the wrenches to do the job. THANK YOU JOHN for saving the day for us. The best selection and service!

I really like these folks. The store has a great selection and very good prices. You also have some hardware and tools that are hard to find and expensive elsewhere. The staff are always eager to help. They're so easy to get to near Commerce. Much better than the big box stores across the board.

Haven't seen another place so blatantly disregard face mask requirement. Both some employees and most customers it seems. I feel bad for the responsible employees, not part of their job description to enforce posted requirement but someone needs to. Minor inconvenience to wear a mask for 5 minutes. Probably not the mask, just being told what to do. I hope the nice, hard working employees stay safe!

It's a good store with good prices but despite having signs posted about the state wide mask requirement during the covid-19 pandemic there are plenty of customers and staff either not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly, over the mouth only or on the chin only. They have a lot of elderly and at risk people who go to the feed store so it would be helpful if they would wear masks correctly to protect their community, the staff, and customers.

I like this place, The 1-star rating is urging my visit WE HAD A KEYMADE 4X, KIDS WERE RUNNING THE PLACE. I MEAN 18YRS TO 25YRS OLD THEY WERE BUSY TALKING TO EA OTHER. THEY ARE NICE BUT NICE DOESN'T FEED THE BULLDOG.

Though the store is located in a small town, they know their stuff. Everyone is friendly. If you're in need of something random and can't find it, some will take you to what you're needing. If they don't stock what you need they'll order it & let you know when it arrives. They stay open until 20:00hrs seven days a week.

Great place for animal and farm supplies. I come here for a lot of things, and am still continually surprised by the things they have in the store. The staff are super helpful, really friendly, and trying to make sure you get what you need.

Always my first stop for anything hardware. Super friendly folks. They don't have it all, but they do try. And trying is not common these days. Old key machine, so all my keys are made there, too.

So glad Tractor Supply opened in Commerce.FIX AND FEED is garbage. All their feed is 20% higher and of poor quality.Their tools are cheap and break easily.AVOID THIS STORE.

Good place, the adults know their stuff, kids are kids, way better to deal locally than the box stores like Lowes home depot etc. Little bit pricey, only reason not five stars. Commerce is the flagship, sulphur springs is ok, Bonham is the weakest link

The manager at this location “Ron “ was extremely disrespectful. I called the wrong location to check on lumber being transferred to the Quinlan location from the commerce store. He was rude and condescending on the phone . Told me there was no deliveries on Sunday. We had already been to the Quinlan location and was standing there when the worker call and ordered the materials to be delivered in 2 to 3 hours. There is no excuse for any employee much less a manager to speak to a customer the way he spoke to me today ! Shame on you Ron ! I’m disappointed that Fix and Feed would employ a manager with the lack of customer relation skills .

Just moved to the area, and needed sheet metal for a goat pen, called around and fix and feed had what we needed for almost half the price compared to Lowes!Good customer service, clean store.Update: they also carry the Texas Naturals brand that I feed my chickens and goats.We will certainly be shopping here when we need our feed cans refilled.
