CVS is the worst pharmacy ever. If my insurance didn’t require me to use them, I wouldn’t. There app doesn’t work, they never have the medication you need, and they fill them at a snails pace. If my dr sends over a script, I need it now, not the next day or week or a month from now, I need it NOW! CVS needs to stop with the extra services, people need to use their dr for their worthless Covid shots or any other shots they need. The Pharmacist needs to be behind that counter filling scripts, not poking people that need a damn shot! You can’t be everything to everyone, and you are spreading your staff too thin that they literally suck at their jobs. Do better CVS, you are not meeting the mark by any means!

Such a disappointing experience. This CVS Pharmacy has definitely lost their way of handling patients in the real world. Someone who does not feel good and has walked inside to the counter does not want to wait well over an hour for a simple prescription (I mean simple as in very common and not a controlled substance). After clarifying I live far away the associate assumed it was absolutely no big deal for me to wait such a long time in my car or walking around the store trying not to get sick (vomit!) in the mean time. Such a shame that your clientele is people who are sick but yet you disregard what it means to be sick. Then...THEN my prescription was not even started when I came back at the allotted time you told me it would be ready...and I gave it an extra 20 minutes just incase. Ridiculous! I went to the doctor and the lab both in under that amount of time. I know this review won't matter to a corporation but maybe it'll save someone else time.

Marie the new store manager is amazing!! Beyond helpful and listens to any concerns. She is the first person to offer a coupon discount for my medications. Her attitude is so uplifting and she is just the kind of person we need in our small town CVS!

Garbage, never have prescriptions done in a timely manner. Now here waiting after a prescription was sent to them electronically FOUR HOURS AGO and they still haven't filled it. Have prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Extremely slow disorganized pharmacy. Also, one lady was rude when I told them I had GoodRx.

Chronically slow, waited 4 hours after Dr sent in RX and it still wasn't ready. Not for the first time.
