Karen in the pharmacy is exceptional in my opinion. She’s professional, hard-working, and kind. I appreciate you Karen! I’ve been using the CVS pharmacy in Commerce for 3 1/2 years now, I have never encountered a rude or hateful employee like I have at other locations. Keep up the great work!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Everyone is rude at the window whether you go in or drive thru.Today went to get my medicine 20 min away on my break from work and they gave me a medicine I did not need filled yet. When I asked if there was something else on my account that they just haven't filled yet, they said no without looking. I left because I wasn't going to argue with them. 10 minutes later I get a text saying it is ready for pickup. So they did have it.Horrible customer service. They do not know what they are doing.

Definite issues with management and customer service at this pharmacy in Commerce, TX. They don't answer the phone in a timely manner (was on hold for 13 minutes before I finally decided to hang up and call corporate). Corporate even had a hard time getting hold of them. When corporate finally connected me with the pharmacy, they didn't ask the reason for my call, but immediately went into what I had ready, which was not the reason for my call. When I was able to finally tell them the reason for the call (looking for needles that go with Lantus through a 90-day prescription, they instead tried to sell me their local brand of needles, which I already have and don't like. They instead told me to call my doctor, and I told them my doctor told me to call them. This pharmacy needs a good manager who knows how to stay on top of things, listen to their clientele and provide excellent customer service.

On March 11, 2024 I went to get my son medicine. I went to talk to the general manager in pharmacy, not only was she rude, she tried to charge me for my son’s prescription which is free through his insurance and to top it off she refused to give me my son’s seizure medication. These medications are life saving for him. Ended up driving to another pharmacy in a different city to get his medication.

I went to CVS Commerce, Tx, on Wednesday, and I was looking for an usual product . The lady cashier at front went totally out of her way to help me! She was so nice, polite, and extremely helpful. I am sorry I did not get her name but she deserves to recognized as a great employee!

The Indian lady who is the pharmacist does not know how to do her job and she is very rude….How u a pharmacy tech and don’t know how to give a vaccine ain’t that what u went to school for????Do not go to this pharmacy I highly do not recommend.The only person that was nice was Natalie and that wasn’t even her original store she was from Greenville but she was the only helpful one. The Indian lady and old lady white the glasses was very disrespectful!

They are 6 days behind. The few true adults and pharmacists they have working are doing their best. Things will not change till they hire additional help that can be bothered to not have music blaring in their headphones when a customer without a voice is straining to speak to them.

They take forever! I understand they are busy but they don’t even acknowledge that you are standing there. “Hey I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing! They just continue doing what they are doing. They call me telling me a prescription is ready and are rude about it when I’ve told them over and over again that it’s not sending me notifications. They do nothing to fix it.

By far the worst pharmacy in town. As I wait on hold for the past 30minutes trying to get someone on the phone I figured I'd write about my experience with CVS in Commerce Tx. This pharmacy is always unorganized, slow, and never answers the phone. We've had prescriptions take days to get filled and also told a prescription would be filled at a certain time a day or 2 later, when we go pick it up they tell us they were not able to fill it. We relieved no call or anything telling us there was an issue.

The employees are lovely here and super helpful, but CVS just doesn't compare to Walgreens. The choices are so limited, especially seasonal items. Prices seem very high as well. But since Walgreens is in the next town, I am limited to coming here at times. I do appreciate the people, though.

Ordered refills via the app and when I went to pick them up 7 hours later they weren't ready and one wasn't even in stock. Luckily the one I really needed was very fast to fill because the medication is in blister packs so easy to count and dispense. Now I get to make another 20 mile round-trip to pick up what was out of stock.

The drive-thur female gave a whole new meaning to rude. We pull up to the window and she just stares at you. She doesn’t say anything until till I ask her what information she is needing. As if I was an bothering her. Horrible attitude, slow service (6 hours to fill prescription), and unfriendly staff. Not recommended!

It is hard to do everything in this environment .Everyone is trying . Each has a different perspective . Be patient and let's get through this together . CVS pharmacists need help and have to do the vaccinations as well as the drug dispensing .. it would really help them do what they need to do if management would step in and hire extra pharmacists to help them with this pandemic ,and also hire nurses to give shots. As I understand it , it is also just hard to find help to work . Keep trying to do a good service !

The most unprofessional unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to.Online says they close at 10pm.I pulled into the drive thru at 8:40Waited 20 minutes and the line didn’t even move.At this point I decided to call to see if the drive thru was even open since no one came to the window the entire 20 minutes we sat there.The call went to a voicemail prompting that the pharmacy was closed.I went to the front door and it was locked, apparently online hours are incorrect, they close at 9, be nice if they’d update that online so I’m not waiting 20 minutes in line for nothing, not sure what time they stop servicing the drive thru, but they should have something indicating that so people aren’t sitting there for no reason.Not the first time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy. They always take forever to service the drive thru, they’re rude, they never have medications ready. I’ll be switching pharmacies.

Let's start off with the pharmacy. There's waaaayyyy too much going on back there, and way too many ppl back there; for their output of prescriptions to be as slow as it is. They're all not on the same accord. One will ID you, and the rest won't even ask for it. They're rude, and sometimes won't even greet you; just open the drive thru window.....or come to the counter and say: "drop off or pick up?" The front end workers, are too worried about being on their phones; rather than stocking. They have expired medicine, and other merchandise on the shelves. When I brought it to their attention, the cashier said: "just go, and get another one." The pharmacy input the wrong information for my daughter, and then proceeded to argue with me; about my own kid's birthday......like don't know when my own kid was born. They fixed the problem(which was on their end), and they still gave me the wrong medicine for my daughter. I hate that they took over Total Care Pharmacy, they were the best in town. If I could give them a zero I would.

Drive-through personnel are rude and behave as though we're bothering them when we had an appointment for covid testing. It's clear that there needs to be some form of guidance or counseling from management as this isn't the 1st review to complain about this very thing.

I had just come from the hospital with my mother they took my prescription and insurance card and told me to wait in my car. 15 min later they closed the store and never finished helping us. This was the Pharmacy on a Friday night . Saturday morning now and I have to go back up there so my mother can have much needed heart medicine. Will never use CVS again

Filled a specifically name brand prescription as generic without being asked, then didn’t have any of the name-brand in stock after 45 minutes of waiting and several iterations. Also did not have other 2 prescriptions ready, despite them having been called in more than 24 hours previously.

Wow, this pharmacy is the best! I came to them with a major snafu that was not there fault. Each and every person I dealt with went out of there way to handle the issue with the utmost professionalism and discretion. They never once lost patience with me even though I know I came across panicked and demanding. So, KUDOS to the entire team!I'd love to give them 10 stars but I couldn't find that option. Killer C.S. skills, ya'll have my highest recommendation!

Just went by to get my son tested for covid. The lady that was doing drive thru was rude and acted like we were bothering her.. I had questions bc we have never had to deal with this and she gave me attitude and then acted like she didnt care. Will never go back here.. Wal mart is better...

This has to be the absolute slowest pharmacy in the state of Texas. They have people constantly lined up there. The staff isnt that friendly as well. I dont get how it takes so long to do what they do...if your sitting in line for 20 mintues there then feel blessed.

The service here is awful. Employee with long hair and black nail polish specifically. He refused to help me find a THERMOMETER. In this pandemic???
