the store is nice. has most everything I have ever needed. today I went to return a tool that did not work. Don informed me they do not return tools. I was not happy and told him that it didn't work and his store should stand behind it. he then told me I could.get another one, so I told him to go grab me a knew one, his response was you grab it. he was super rude. stores nice but if dons there just leave.I spoke to store manager Kevin he made don return it. during return he then lied and told me he offered to give me my money back to begin with.

I would give 0 stars if able to order the battery from my car key came back to pick it up and said they put it out to sell back with people. Don't know how to find it.,you guys need to hire people that have at least a middle school education, or show your employees how to do there job.

Staff isn't very pleasant anymore.They act like they don't want to do anything extra or if they have to put a little effort into helping a customer...forget it. It won't happen.They have missed several sales from us because of the lack of effort to help customers. I quit going I to this store for that reason about a yr ago but decided to give it another try today with the same result. Guess I will have to continue taking my business elsewhere

This is my first purchase at this location. I liked the Rowlette location so I tried this one.I bought a 2 wheel barrow w metal handles. The other ones looked nice but were plastic. This one is metal and seems ok. It was easy to assemble with 1 wrench.Also, I like the store front sign that welcomes "lawful concealed carry" and the employees were polite and helpful. I will buy more items here.

Came here for some primer I couldn't find ANYWHERE else. They had some and more of everything else than I expected.The music in the speakers was of great taste - I didn't mind not being home working on my projects and instead spending money in town.Lost of different things here worth checking out. Very very decent prices.Very nice people. A few asked if i needed help and everyone I talked to knew exactly where things were.This place provided a refreshing hardware store experience to me, as good as one can get. Better than 6/10 visits from Fix n feed SS AND CERTAINLY BETTER than 9/10 visits from the Fix n Feed in commerce or 6/10 visits to harbor freight in SS.Give em' a chance.

Prices are high. Started shopping here because of the Rewards system. This store only gives you your points about half the time, meaning potentially hundreds in discounts and coupons has been lost. Manager, employee, and customer service agent couldn't fix the problem nor give me my points.Also, make sure you double check your receipt vs the items you leave with, as we've been ripped off out of $50 worth of material due to a mistake on the employees end.Employees are nice, but have no idea where anything is in their store.

I'm a new contractor in town just moved nearby call called eCommerce Ace hardware to make sure they were open and to see if they had the product. Well I got a bad attitude from the employee at Ace hardware it was like I was putting her out asking her for the price what size they were if they had the product if they were open just basic questions so I went to home Depot in Paris

Usually shop between this and Fix and Feed. Nice addition to Commerce for items not carried at F&F and gives a little price competition. Clean store, friendly staff and prices are the same or less than Lowe's or Home Depot on the items I've researched ( Nice not to have to drive to Greenville) . Appreciate I can look online to see what's in stock before I drive to the store which saves me time and gas.

Daughter and SIL just bought a house around the corner. Been to this ACE for multiple items, dry vent hose, multi outlet strips and a few other things. Employees know right where to direct you if you ask. This is a time saver!!!

I would like for Ace iHardware in Commerce Tx to know that I stopped in their store on the way home to Paris Tx and I needed dog food treats and tennis balls for my dogs because I have 6 dogs. And I got the sweetest most kind employee that helped me find everything I needed. After I got everything I needed I then found out that the employee Pamela was actually one of the managers at this location She never not once stopped smiling or asking if she could help me find anything else. I have never had an employee help me anywhere like Pamela did much less a manager. I just wanted to make sure that she got the recognition she absolutely deserves!!!! Thank you Pamela. Your a sweet heart of a lady!!!!💯🤓👍

I am in love with Ace! The customer service is absolutely outstanding! Having worked retail for many years I can say this store was on it’s A game! Brought in two tools (Craftsman) to exchange and I couldn’t believe how friendly and easy the entire process was. Less than five minutes and we were on our way. As a pipeliner wife I can honestly say my husband goes through a lot of tools and I think we’ve just found our home for all our future tool needs. Thank you!

Our Grand opening was Great only because of our customers. Yes our bathrooms need some work. As for the complaints about food we started serving food at 10 am Sat and cooked About 450.00 burgers and 350.00 hot dogs over the entire weekend. As for the bucket sale our ad specifically stated the free bucket was to the first 50 customers each day. With the minor issues we may have had I am greatfull to each of y'all who came out and supported us. We at ACE Hardware are here for our Community and we are proud to be a part of Commerce.

Open house for store, ad said free buckets starting at 11am. There were no buckets and we got there 11:03am and no one got buckets. Had food it was good. Nice store for Commerce

The store was great, but the bathroom was horrible. By time we visited the grand opening. No free burgers or any thing else was being given away. Kinda sucked for a grand opening.

Not sure who thought it was a good idea to open an Ace Hardware in a small, rural college town that already has a well established hardware store in Fix N Feed. (College students don't need a hardware store and locals will continue going to Fix N Feed.) Good luck......
