We have shopped with brookshire's for a lot of years with mostly good experience's but last week we bought a large pack of ribeye steaks and they were horrible, fat and gristle. I called to complain and got a sorry we cant do anything about it.Last time for us.

My family and I have been enjoying Brookshire's delicious fried chicken for years. Recently we find that there is way too much salt. We have bought our last fried chicken at Brookshire, Commerce, Texas. I WAS STANDING LINE WAITING, WHEN STAFF BEGIN TO BECOME CONFRONTATIONAL SAYING THING'S LIKE MY INFORMATION THE PHONE FOR POINTS CASHIER WAS SAYING THE NAME ON THE ACCOUNT, VERBALLY THING'S LIKE THEY DON'T LIKE ME, I NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE TODAY I WAS TOLD TO DIE BEFORE TODAY INCIDENT, YES THOSE WORDS WAS USED TO TRY TO HAVE ME TRESPASS, I POINTED ON CAMERA AT ALL THOSE TALKING TO ME WHILE STANDING IN LINE CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE, THEY HARASSED ME, ANTI-SEMITISM BECAUSE WHO I AM, DISCRIMINATION, THEY FOE A LOT TO TRY TO COVER UP,I CAN BE SEEN ON THE ISLE THAT IS NEAR THE LAST REGISTER FACING FRONT OFFICE WITH A BLACK HEAD COVERING, THAT WAS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THEY DISCLOSE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER'S WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, THIS HAS BEEN GOING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH NOW AT THIS LOCATION, I BELIEVE THEY ARE FROM BOWIE CO. STALKING ME AN HARASSING ME, THEY DAY HATEFUL AND MEAN WORD'S TWORDS, THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME LOOK LOW BY GANGING UP ON WITH THOSE FROM BOWIE CO. INSIDE THE STORE THIS INFORMATION I SHOULD NOT KNOW THEY ARE FROMBOWIE CO. ONLY THOSE FROM BOWIE CO. HAS DONE THIS TO ME I HAVE HAD THE POLICE COME OUT TO MAKE POLICE REPORT AT DR VISIT BECAUSE THEY WOULD STALK ME INSIDE THE FACILITY DOING WHAT THESE DID TODAY AT BROOKSHIRE I CAN BE SEEN ON CAMERA POINTING AT THOSE VERBALLY ABUSING ME WHILE WAITING TO CHECK OUT AFTER GROCERY SHOPPING THEY MISTREAT ME WHEN I VISIT THIS LOCATION THOSE FROM BOWIE CO.

The "most expensive" grocery store in Commerce.I can understand a small variance in priced and products. But my gawsh! When ham is double in price compared to other stores and walmart! It really puts your faith elsewhere in other stores.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible after the switch to Walgreens and honestly that was one of the only reasons we even went to brookshires now we will be switching to Walmart

Workers are great but the problem is when they have sales they seemed to never have the product or it’s being restocked tomorrow. Offers no rain checks either. Terrible business model.

Shop at Brookshires often. Earn credits that can be used at the pump to reduce gas 10 cents a gallon for each 100 points in a month. Often purchase gas here. Plus they have a Lotto vending machine.

Had All I went after. Only when I purchase a fried chicken, and took it home it was mostly fat. Brookshire's used to have real good chicken. Was disappointed

I was a grocery customer today at Brookshires. I was checked out by ALETZA! I had several bags of groceries and I had purchased a gift card. In error left the card on the counter,and was placing my groceries in car, when ALETZA came out of the store and brought the card to me. Now is far beyond any reasonable we xpectation that I could have. What a wonderful, thoughtfull, caring person she was. She is a truly valuable employee. The best!

I love my Brookshire's. Their meat is so much better than their competitors. The Brookshire brand products are excellent. The loyalty rewards can get you up to $1.00 off per gallon if you save enough per month. But the best thing about the store is the people. From the managers, like Douglas, who always remembers me, to the checkers and loaders, they are so hardworking and kind. My only complaints are they stopped their recycling of bags and they don't allow their employees to accept tips. I wish they would allow me the right to tip these folks who go above and beyond for me.

Brookshire's is always clean and the staff is usually cheerful and helpful. Like other places the are frequently out of stock on items, especially those in the flyer. It is generally the only place I purchase fresh meat and fish in Commerce.

Didn't like that they have a two check writing policy within a 24 hour timeframe. And you can't write a check anymore at the gas kiosk. So no buying your meds with a check and get groceries with another and another for gas another, but you can cash a personal check up to $50 for a fee. I'm so disappointed because I can only write checks on a payee guardian account, I'm not allowed by law to have a debit card or I would use it and I wouldn't be complaining about this new change. No signs were posted about the new policy

The friendly staff and management here are always helpful. The people who work here seem to act like they really care about the job that they are doing. It is always clean here, and I feel like there is a better overall quality at this location than similar locations located close by. I prefer to shop here locally for the quality of the Produce & Meats, and the multitude of deals that they often times have going.

Loved the Brookshire's in Commerce! Every dept was very clean and well-stocked. The selection in every dept was excellent and the meat dept was just perfect! I drove back to Plano with a full cooler of cold items and several bags if other items that I cannot get here in this area.LOVE BROOKSHIRES!

Good prices, fresh produce, meats (nice selection, too). Their "BIG DEAL" sales are great, as are their specials. Baked goods rock.Slim on Asian cuisine and supplies. Sometimes flyer ads fail. Deli counter seems an afterthought.Friendly, helpful staff. Quick to open new check-out lines when there are three or more in line.Membership Points quickly add up to $.10 to $.30 off per gallon of gas, up to 30 gals.

Sure would have liked to order my daughters cake but the employees who seen me and another person waiting to order cake didn't care to say it will just be a min or nothing so a walmart cake I will get. Perhaps have your employees greet bakery customers and not ignore them.

This store is really shaping up now that Cody is the manager. The entire store looks clean and organized. The new deli manager is outstanding and takes great pride in making everything look fresh and amazing. It's actually a pleasure to shop for groceries or run in for a quick snack.

The cake and smash cake we got for my granddaughters birthday were absolutely perfect! I couldn't have asked for prettier cakes that tasted wonderful! All of this at a reasonable price. Angel was the baker and she was not only very friendly, but also a lady of her word. Thank you!

Busy busy snowy day. I am glad they were open. Not full staff but they were working as fast as they could and still had good attitudes and a kind manner towards customers. The store was more crowded than I expected but just like me, people needed some essentials. Thank you Brookshires for serving the public during this freezing weather.
