After making a reservation, the pig I was buying fell through. Haley was so patient and helpful, and used her connections to find us another pig. During the processing, she was very knowledgeable and communicative. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Highly recommend.

Some of the nicest, honest, most hard working people you’ll meet. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted from my whitetail I took for processing and they were so patient to help me decide. Everything is well done, well packaged, and well marked! This small business is A+ and a great addition to the industry! It’s worth the drive from Houston to support them. The meat I brought in is the exact meat I took home! Highly recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought Axis meat in for sausage after meeting these folks at the Kendall County Wild Game Dinner. I thought I would give them a try, but am not pleased with the outcome. My link sausage they made had a very gamey taste that I can barely choke down. I have had a lot of sausage made in my time and have also made my own. This was by far the worst I’ve tasted… very unfortunate after all the time I spent cutting up the Axis myself

I highly recommend this place for all your deer processing and butcher needs. Sean and Haley run a top notch facility and provide the upmost personal yet professional options to meet your needs. Its nice to see a place take the time to provide a quality product at a quality price. Will be using them from now on.

I started bringing all my deer processing here. Their service is top notch and prices are reasonable . They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. My family and friends really enjoy the dry sausage/smoke rings.

I make premium Handmade Axis purses. This is the only place that not only takes pride in processing as well as tanning. Not all tanned hides are the same. These guys do a phenomenal job. You get what you pay for. Also I was in a bind in my last order and they were kind enough to meet me 30 minutes away. Now that’s service!!!

Alamo Wild Game gets it right! Our family has been extremely pleased with the meat products Alamo Wild Game processes for us every whitetail season. We look forward to our dry ring, jerky, and venison cutlets from Alamo Wild Game! Great business. Great customer service. Great product.

When dropping off my doe, the gentleman processing my ticket was fairly curt and rude to me and the others in my party. When picking up another couple helped us that were extremely friendly. Shame the customer service wasn't the same with all of their employees.

This is not what I would call a honest business. I dropped off a large (250+) Axis buck. The back straps I got back were total 22” for both of them. One should have been longer than that. The hams on this animal were huge, yet returned were a few roast and cutlets. I made 2 phone calls inquiring about the amount of meat returned and was told that’s all there was. I wouldn’t recommend them.I have processed many Axis and Whitetails. My walk in is down right now and I thought I would give you guys a chance. The long winded response is to cover your A**. When I picked my order it wasn’t frozen, which is ok, because it just got processed. I guess I just over estimated you. Most people don’t know the difference because they have never processed an animal. You shorted me meat or cut it haphazardly and wasted a lot of it. My bad. Don’t use this processor or it will be your bad too.Take it somewhere else.
