The young woman who took my order and was at the first pick up window, was very friendly and polite. I didn’t even know that I was going to get a free cookie just because I used my rewards. I was pleasantly surprised. I go to pick up window number two, the young man was also very polite, and spoke very clearly. I am so excited that no one forgot the sauce I requested which happens frequently at other locations. Great job McDonald’s.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a simple sausage mcmuffin and ended up with a sausage biscuit. To make things worse the vehicle in front of me kept handing the drive thru person back a sandwich in a white wrapper and guess what mine was a white wrapper that looked like it's been rewrapped a dozen times. I tell you what, being served food that another person in a different vehicle handled is beyond disgusting. And these people want $20/hr!!!!! Plus they never gave me my receipt and won't answer the phone either but it shouldn't be hard to find me. They can use my card to look me up or by the simple small order at the time I was there. The manager needs to watch the footage and prove me wrong. Actually I just spoke to the manager whos name i will not mention but he was aware that the same sandwich that I received came back into the store and then back out the window after the customer infront of me handled the food and left the wrapper open and claimed to be unaware that the sandwich was unwrapped the assumed that it was still untouched. Come on people i wasnt born yesterday. This is beyond disgusting and a huge food handling violation or health violation however you see fit. Im not saying the people infront of me touched the sandwich or did something to it but i am beyond sure im not taking any chance. Ill never go to this establishment again.

It was a typical McDonalds in the sense that the food was up to par, but the dining room was closed and you had to sit in the adjacent Subway dining area, which wasn’t as nice. Also, the Once cream sundae was white small.

On our way home, we stopped at this location. The order was placed online and was executed perfectly. I anticipated receiving food that was sitting in the warmer for a while, but I was wrong. You could definitely tell our order was made when we placed it. Burgers and fries were hot, the fries as they should be (not soggy). You guys did a great job. Keep it up!

The lady in there was pretty rude man asked her if he just bought breakfast with coffee and only want to change it to orange juice. He said it charge me 2.00 more.why. She said if that's all i don't have your time. In spanish ..she turn her face even while he was still asking her why again .she left. Good business means to charge fair. After waiting in line well over 10 minutes just to get to the first window with only 4 cars ahead of us, my sister asked how long the wait was going to be and he had to go ask someone and comes back and tells us it will be about 30 minutes because they had big orders. Needless to say we left foodless. And how do you not have sweet tea in Texas?!?!

McDonald's what is happening? This is by far the most unpleasant visit ever. Went in the car line. Took 21 minutes to place our order, not because there were a lot of cars ahead of us (there were 3), but because the person at the first window taking the orders allowed two different people to walk up in front of us and order. Why? Send them inside or tell them to wait between the appropriate cars. Then when we finally got the order the person didn't ask if everything was OK, he just closed the window and left. Wanted to request some condiments, like salt, pepper, and jam since they aren't included unless you ask for them. My attitude after this was not good for at least half an hour. We only go to McDonald's for the speed...you have lost it. It appears that going local would have been a better experience.

The worst McDonald’s in the world!Second time using the drive through, and not only do they take about 20 min to get your order, this time the filet-o-fish sandwich was missing the fish filet!!! The spicy chicken sandwich had a chicken nugget in it!They were only serving through the drive through (1/2/2023) and I believe they take advantage of the fact that you are just passing by in a rush and will most likely not find out the orders are wrong until you are back on I-10 once it’s too late to go back.

I would like to comment on Juan. He took my order on 01/29/02 @1240pm. U paycheck had not cleared and this was my first week back to work, so I'm paying for a cheeseburger with change. Juan noticed I did not have enough money for the order, so he paid for me from his own pocket and another customer helped as well. In today's environment, this is amazing. Excellent customer service. I didn't expect that, it is above and beyond what is expected. Please commend this young man for a job well done.
