Worst love by far that I have ever been too. Employees there are rude and have no courtesy and respect for their customers. I definitely feel I was racial profiles by two of the staff members that work there. Both of the staff members that worked there were extremely combative towards me for absolutely no reason at all. If I could make a recommendation to all truckers who happen to stop to fuel there, I would say try to stop before this location or after. Their service is always terrible. The restrooms were never clean in the times that I have visited. The place is essentially a dump and should have been closed a long time ago. You may look at other reviews and think they are giving the proper review they deserve but the real truth is they don't have good service. If you continue to go there and at some point have the same experience I had, just remember that I warned you.

Don't go to the Subway! They charged "double meat" for my 2 sandwiches but I definitely didn't order that. They only order large cups as well so they just add the up charge to your order. I paid $32 for 2 sandwich meals. I normally pay close to $20 for the same order. I mentioned it was way higher than I normally pay and the manager said "inflation". I told him we go to Subway all the time and always order the same exact thing and its never that much, even with "inflation". They also don't give you a receipt, even when you ask.

Another good gas station and truck stop. They also have a McDonald's here, showers, gifts, usual snacks and pretty much everything you need to continue your journey.Easy to get to from highway and no wait for gas or food. Bathrooms are good too and clean.Large lot so easy to park and rest if needed.

So, I have had an issue today. I ran my card at a pump and the screen wouldn't let me skip the app code screen no matter what button I tried to push so I hit Cancel. Then the screen told me to see the Cashier. I didnt want to go inside so I moved my car to another pump and was able to skip the app prompt screen and get my gas at the new pump station. When I get to the next town I see a charge on my card for over $62 that I didn't authorize.I call the store and talk to a rep and they tell me the pump must have glitched and allowed the next person to pump their gas under my card. They say they can't fix the problem. I don't see how the pump could have been authorized when it says to see the cashier. So basically I now have this major headache because of a malfunctioning gas pump and a store that won't make it right because "I authorized it" even when I hit cancel to stop the transaction from continuing.Also, they supposedly don't have cameras at the gas pumps, only the diesel ones in the back. Now that's interesting considering you can hardly go anywhere with out being recorded some how.

Truly pathetic experience: bathrooms dirty, hotdogs nowhere to be seen. Probably the biggest traveling day of the year, and these jack wagons are clueless. Great job being prepared. Waste of time...

I don't drive a big rig but I think this place is pretty amazing because of what it offers those individual hard-working Truckers.If you have shopped during these times in any store you can see why we need these truck drivers on the road I think it is amazing that loves has this extra service options for these individuals.Apart from that this is a good place to stop to get a quick snack or even a warm meal they have covered parking for automobiles while you get your gas.

I have never had a problem with this particular location. It is the first Loves Location heading west after San Antonio on Interstate 10 and the next location is over 100 miles in Sonora. This location gets a huge amount of business and should be much larger to handle the volume of cars and trucks that stop here each day. The staff has always been friendly towards me and the bathrooms are clean enough to use compared to other truck stops in the area. I have always felt safe sleeping overnight in my car here and I use a store card to take advantage of discounts on snacks and gasoline. NO Negative reviews here and thank you Loves for always being available.

Overhead sign says diesel 2. Pump near handle says diesel 2. Another sticker on pump says 20% bio diesel. Did not motice sticker until already pumping. 2015 sprinter does not like bio diesel

People are rude and park at the pumps! It's not the fault of Loves, but maybe if there were more cashiers or more parking spots. I don't know, but this is not a quick gas and go typically. The bathrooms are typically very clean.

Good stop for fuel, supplies, propane, unhealthy food, and beverages, as well as some healthy snacks and coffee. Some children's toys, some clothing, gift cards and services. A good variety of 'road' supplies, coolers, truck accessories, electronics, small parts and fluids. Also handy ATM, Lotto, showers, Netflix cards. A little tight if busy when hauling a larger trailer. But overall good.

Visited this store numerous times. Today I needed a phone charger for my iPhone. Purchased and product was defective right out of the box. Tried to exchange less than 5 minutes after purchase and was told no exchange or refund on their products. So now I have a $24 defective charger. Disappointing…

My driver discovered he had a radiator leak. Love's said he missed a late check-in by 3 minutes, so he had to until the next day. The next day, the day-time mechanics took the entire day taking out the leaking radiator. My driver was concerned because it appeared the mechanics didn't know how to do the job. Later, they said they were passing the job off to the initial mechanic. Late that night, the mechanic stated that there were some things that were not done, but should have been done, and that he had to go and correct some things....... We had to wait until the next morning because the mechanics who tore down the truck failed to observe the rusted supply lines, which would not work on the new radiator. They leaked. The initial mechanic stated that it should have been noticed, and new lines should have been ordered.........Therefore, he could not complete the job......I was told the parts runner would be at Freightliner at 8 a.m. to pick up the lines the next morning. I called at 7 a.m. and was placed on hold for more than 23 minutes. I was later told the parts runner was on leave of absence, but the parts, along with other parts were being picked up. I received a phone call at 2:04 p.m. stating that the parts runner shoed up with the parts. This entire experience has morphed into an "ordeal". We were mislead and held up unnecessarily. I was told by the initial mechanic that they do work on commission. I believe he was assigned to my truck and we had to wait on him to return to finish the job. I know replacing a radiator takes time, but not two full days. There were other options, but Love's assured me they could get it done. I believe it is wrong to hold up a unit, especially with a load, because you have to assign the job to a specific person. I am a paying customer, and whatever procedure or protocol they have within their organization has nothing to do with me. Now I have lost time and money, as well as my driver. Get it right Love's! This experience has caused a domino effect on my end........Not happy!......I also have a sizeable fuel account. I may need to re-think doing business here. TA and Flying j have been reaching out to me.

This loves location is the best location I have been to Chris help me understand my truck better than I understood it. He showed me all my filters how to identify when they need changing. He showed me a lot more that I can’t express in this paragraph but if your going to get your truck repaired please go to this location and ask for Chris

Men's restroom was outside in a trailer and was absolutely filthy. This is the restroom the employees use. Right before they handle your food and give you back change.

the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months…. Disgustingggg… McDonald’s says 24 hours but after a certain time they close the lobby and make u go through the drive through… super ideal for a truckstop… they tell you can walk through if you want

I usually give 5 stars to all the Love's. But today I'm giving 4 only because all the lines (McDonald's, subway, main register) seemed ridiculously long and slow. Most likely due to the low amount of staff working on a Saturday night. Poor planning leads to poor performance.

The store was somewhat in disarray but they're clearly in the middle of a reset, so I won't hold that against them. There were plenty of warm food options from tacos to roller grill items to grilled cheese sandwiches. The store was clean other than the clutter from the reset. I didn't have to buy anything but the staff seemed friendly enough just from observation. The only really minor complaint is the paper towel dispensers in the bathroom are hand operated. What's the point in a touchless faucet if you then have to grab a visibly dirty handle to get a paper towel?The truck parking lot isn't particularly big as far as the number of spaces, but the aisle is wide with plenty of room to get yourself in position for an easy backing job.

I would never recommend this Loves The men's restroom was so disgusting I avoided using it. The first stalls I entered had no TP, filthy toilet, and trash on the floor. 2 of the 4 sinks were ooo, and the other 2 were so filthy i wouldn't touch them. The drink area had trash all over the floor. I see all the good reviews, but that was not my experience.

Don't try to fix your truck here at this shop. Will take them like 10 hrs. That's all they take to replace a bad tire for the spare, & one light. Walk around my truck & guess what?. The guy was on the phone texting. While they make money hourly. we as a truckers loss money.

Hubby and I stopped here at 5am for gas and much needed coffee.For whatever the reason, one of the employees let me have our coffees for free! Of course, I questioned it 🤷🏻‍♀️But that was super nice of him!I didn’t get his name.But it was appreciated.We will stop here again next time we travel through :)

I just stopped here to walk my dog. I didn't see the designated dog park area until I was driving out. My poor dog walked on the rocks because I was a dummy head and didn't bring her to the doggie area. There was one area for small dogs and a bigger area for bigger dogs.The parking lot and filling station area were packed with cars. It was difficult to get out of there. A lady in a fancy jeep like vehicle nearly plowed into my car in her haste to get out of that parking lot.

I like to stop at love's to get all my travel needs taken care of at once. They are right off the interstate too, so I don't waste time in city traffic or searching.
