Over the past few months I have realized that the employees have been relaying on the self checkout to do the work for them. I definitely think a self checkout is a great addition to any store especially for those who know how to use it and can get in and out of the store fairly quickly and easily.. although it should be only an option and not a requirement the dollar general employees have just been leaving a sign out saying to use self check out but not to everyone it is a convenience or something easy to use they should at least leave a bell or something to get a hold of an employee if you aren’t comfortable using self checkout. I also once tried to go up to a register to get checked out and got told to instead use self checkout. With that being said I think these employees should take more responsibility and not just fully rely on a self checkout machine because not everyone understands it or is comfortable with it..

Craft supplies for a baby shower! The most economical place t ok shop for these. I have created a few awesome pieces for just under $10.00 and still have supplies left!

The visit here was a roll of the dice. Service is great and the store is very clean, but doesn’t feel as safe as it should. 2 of the 4 staff members I encountered weren’t wearing a mask. 1 of the 2 not wearing a mask was coughing. Most (not all) customers were wearing a mask and respecting personal space. Things used to be a lot better, but Greg Abbott is set on killing the residents of Texas, so beloveds, shop at your own risk.

This store is EXCEPTIONALLY clean!!! I had the most stress-free shopping experience I've had in such a long time, it was truly a breath of fresh air! Product was displayed and fronted neatly. I'm a Navy Veteran and have been shopping in all types of places and, by far, THIS store is ABOVE expectations! Professional Manager. Keep up the great work and the EXCEPTIONAL atmosphere!!! 👍

The store seemed clean & organized. I noticed a produce section. The store reminds me of a small town family store, it has a little bit of everything. Good parking, convenient location. The Dollar General sign is hard to see from the road. The outside appearance & entrance could use some attention. The staff was nice.

I like the employees of this Dollar Store location. Makes a difference to have nice helpful people to check you out. The store covers all your needs, like a mini box store. Prices are comparable and selections good.

We are blessed to have this store local. Coupons on the back of the receipts are helpful. Nice seasonal items. The solar lights are very inexpensive and every bit as good as the more expensive ones in the big box stores.

They have a friendly helpful staff and a decent selection of fresh vegetables and frozen prepared items when you didn't have time to drive 20 miles to an affordable grocery store chain. A pound of butter here costs almost two dollars less than the grocery store in town.

The coupon app does not work properly. When you buy bundles of items on sale the app is wack.

Only one person working and the line was 10 deep. I had called first to see if they had what I was looking for and he couldn't even go look for me because he was so busy. Hire more people!!!

They always have the widest selection of candy bars. Only Love's has more. Plus the staff is always kind and helpful. Win, win.

It's hot, dirty, and disorganized. Also watch the dates of stuff u buy it's old. And the non food items look like stuff other stores sent back because if damage or defect.

Hey it's a Dollar General, so I'm not expecting Neiman's. They have a pretty broad selection of stuff, are open late, it beats driving 20 mins, and it's $1!

DG Wouldn't allow me to return a bottle of cleaner (about 1/4 c was used). I couldn't get the cap to open again. DG employees tried and couldn't open it. They told me to go home and pry it open with a wrench

The Bathroom was gross, the toilet was filithy.. The sunglasses were expensive, and dusty. The atore was full of noxes and it was hard to walk around.

Better prices than the local grocery store but don't expect to be in a hurry. Even as the only customer in the store, it will still take forever to check out.

Employee's are nice and helpful but it's ALWAYS so unorganized and cluttered with stuff that is supposed to be put on shelves. It's hard to even move your cart around.
