Lots of stations for cars and big rigs. Inside the restrioms are very clean. They even have shower facilities! Lots of options for fountain drinks, snacks and coffee. Also has a Subway inside Very nice pitstop!

For as long as this truck stop has existed in this location you could fuel up and get a free shower with the presentation of your fuel receipt to the clerk. Apparently that policy has changed. I presented my receipt to the clerk for a free shower and was told that I needed a loyalty card. He said that there was nothing that he could do about my problem, but he did appeal to his supervisor. The supervisor also said that there was no way around their new system. There are no signs alerting people to this change either on the fuel pumps, or in the store. Hitting drivers for that $15 shower is a good way for Road Ranger to increase profits this year.

Good place to stop on a road trip.Great for truckers.Good parking and it’s usually clean.Well maintained fuel islands and an accommodating store .Showers available and restrooms are usually clean.

Got a shower here just to go in to notice there's no towels look like the shower with freshly used not wipe down or cleaned cashier she just gave me a towel not a washcloth or a bath mat shower still hair on the edges and a used washcloth so my suspicions right someone recently used a shower and they never came in and cleaned it, but manager can just check easily the cameras from One customer to the other and see if workers are doing their job

I have been coming here at this truck stop almost since it’s been opened. I love everything about this truck stop from quick access to fuel,parking availability,quick shower if you want to one to the best customer service like GEORGE AND JUSTINE two of the best customer service I have seen. But I came here early morning today and I politely asked Monica to give me a mail I was waiting for which I know it was there and she snapped saying I have no mail and the office is closed. Seconds later she went to the same office she said was closed 😳 when I asked why did you say the office is closed when she went in? Her respond was leave or I will call the cops on you. I had to cancel my trip and lost money there cuz that mail had my new ifta stickers . MONICA is not only a bad customer service cashier but also arrogant and will insult you. I hope the owner sees this and takes action if not he will lose a lot of customers

July 10th -July 11thWe stopped here for over night parking on the semi. They had honestly the best customer service. We had tacos from thier food bar and when they ran out of the Carne Guisada, which has become a favorite of mine and my husband's they asked me to wait a bit while they prepared more! This is something they did not have to do or go out of the way for but they did and THAT does not go unnoticed. 10/10 on service alone . Well stocked all around and clean bathrooms.

Bathroom and showers at this truck stop are super clean. The cashiers were friendly. They had a subway and also tacos. Also they have beers and other regular convenient store items. Oh and a nice size parking lot for trucks as well.

Big open parking lot that doesn't smell like a sewer, good bathrooms, and a decent offering of goods. A solid 4/5 stars.Sprint coverage is a little spotty, but functional. It's fine on the highway in this area though.

I usually just stop for gas but the staff is very friendly and respectful. I'm in and out of the store quick and not having to stand there waiting. They have a bigger variety of drinks and snacks than most convenient stores. Also in my opinion the restrooms are a lot cleaner than Stripes, which is a big plus.

This is the worst road ranger ever. Local drivers own the place specially fedex drivers. They stop at the pump and check the trailer. They don’t let anybody fuel. Then you have the tech for road ranger telling the guy behind him to move to another fuel island. Go to stripes they treat you better and even their fuel is at better price. Road ranger employees don’t like outside drivers.. They don’t care if people park anywhere. In fuel island in front… They are local drivers and they don’t want outside regular drivers. Park there but don’t buy nothing. Hopefully they will changed the manager and get the local drivers to park somewhere else…. Instead of telling you to move to another empty fuel island.

No issues. Plenty of parking, area for your dog. Cat scale. Nice bathroom. Friendly lady working the register. Hot coffee available. Subway inside. Showers on site. Definitely would return again.. huge kudos and shout out to Isma Road Service. Guy is a real highway angel

Pretty bad customer service by the cashier with long hair and full beard. He helped another customer that need to another register and while helping him I stayed at the register he was at as I was next. Then a line formed behind the guy that he helped at another register and helped me last instead of next. Wasting a lot of my time. This will definitely be my last time here. He had the nerve to say he wasn't new but I guess he was to customer service.

The staff are always courteous and always with a smile to greet you. I've been an OTR driver going on 34 yrs. I haul alot of produce out of South TX. And this is my go to place when in the areaClean showers, clean restrooms, There is a Subway here. Or Texas Taco. Very pleasant place to stop. Also Diesel at a good price. Not like some of the bigger s@$t holes That just want to rip you off.

Will never return. Was just informed they have no running water in the building, and yet they are serving and preparing food inside the steam table. How are they washing their hands?! Also, went inside without a mask, and they refused us right away, even though we politely told them we have a medical condition which prevents us from wearing a mask, as prescribed by our physician. They required "proof", which is illegal, because HIPAA law states that no one can ask or require proof of a medical condition as a condition of providing service. This place will violate your rights, and break the law to bend over to try and force you into their will, yet they are not being safe themselves. I guess when it comes to money, safety goes out the window.

When you are on a road trip and it is your chance to sleep and your husband picks Road Ranger as the gas station to stop at that is a nightmare. Country music blasting at the loudest possible volume. 😵‍💫 I literally told him do not ever stop at a Road Ranger gas station ever again. I don't know why I have to have a dose of blaringly loud music at 2 a.m. or whatever but maybe you could turn it down a little bit.

Crystal, the cashier, was rude with my 65 year old mother. She was simply asking who served the pizza and Crystal snapped back with an attitude, "what about it?" Umm.. Excuse me? That is not the way to talk to your customers. This was our first time at a Road Ranger gas station and she made it a bad experience.
