My parents, who are elderly, drove from Corpus to the valley and stopped by to buy horse supplies and were berated by Nanette because my mother needed the ladies’ room. She asks my father at her heatedly, “IS SHE IN THERE?”, to which he answered yes as she needed to go. She then proceeded to pound on the door with the back of her hand and when my mother got out after not being in there long at all, Nanette raised her voice saying, “YOU PEOPLE CAN’T READ! IT SAYS PRIVATE!” My parents said there was “private” on the door which they took to mean shopping patrons and not for others not doing business with them. My mother felt so bad and my father left her a piece of his mind, too, and spoke to her like they were. If you wish to be berated, step on in. My advice? Do business elsewhere! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT THE ELDERLY NOR YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS! Many of us (me and my family) have given them our business and spent plenty there, not anymore! Going elsewhere and I suggest you do too because you could be the next berated soul. *Wish there were zero stars I could give.

Wonderful store, pretty much have everything you might need for your farm and ranch as relates to animal needs.. their hours are until 6pm weekdays and 2pm on Saturday.
