Tonight I went in to the store purchased several of their electrical boxes some that came with the insides and some that did not all the same product.Should include the insides.My husband already returned one that did not come with it in it he got home and the next one did not come with it before I even came in the store a young man and a lady with black hair that has been there forever we’re staring at me and talking and she starts shaking her head no as I’m walking through the door I told her i needed to return it and she would not return the product she obviously didn’t believe me and then told me it doesn’t come with it … It does bc I’ve purchased three that did by all means I have enough money to purchase another one but that’s not the point the point is that the product is on the shelf and it is missing some pieces and some are not missing it so they really need to pull it off the shelf!!! The worst part of it is the rudeness before I ever even walked in the door.I am a manager at a store I know what it’s like I would never ever take something back that didn’t need to be taken back for real reasons the lady was absolutely rude. Had no desire to look and check the product just insisted that I was wrong and I can come back tomorrow when her manager is there and I will as I will be letting her manager check the cameras so she can see what I saw before I ever even entered the building. I only had 4 minutes to close and spent my time trying to get this lady to understand my frustration as I have babies at home and I’m trying to get my heat working and she told me that’s not my problem no it isn’t but show some interest in the product that is at your store and pull it off your shelves bc it’s not being shipped to you correctly and you have no idea about the product for you to say it doesn’t come with it when some did and some didn’t and not showing interest in fixing the situation means your straight ignorant not knowing and speaking out of you butt all while being rude. As frustrating as it was I’m sure for her to think I’m returning product for false reasons it’s also frustrating that I now had to come back and back again bc I’m getting jipped for what I paid for and I still don’t have all of my units working bc this lady did not care enough-to look into it an assumed I was jipping them all while they are jipping me … after all if this ladies argument was that the product doesn’t come with it then what’s the big deal on me returning the product that doesn’t do anything for me .

Great place in Comanche to go for hardware, garden needs etc. I love the customer service. Always willing to help or give suggestions for questions whether professional or home type work. They have Craftman mowers and so much more. Worth the stop.

I love this store!! They always have what I need, and the customer service is fantastic!! The employees are always very helpful, very kind, and just have a great attitude!! I also never have to wait to get checked out. Highly recommend this store!!

Employees are friendly. Ask where to find something and they'll tell you the isle number but don't offer to help you find what you need.

This is a great Ace Hardware location. They keep the store very nice and have alot of products. The displays are always perfect for the season and well put together. Employees are always super helpful and kind. Prices at this location are average and they usually have most items in stock.

Bout as good as it gets in this town where code books and licensed tradesmen are what seems to be few and far between they have a decent variety of Plumbing supplies but like everywhere in this town if you need a special fitting you'll be driving to Brownwood or Stephenville

Strobel ACE Hardware HAS BEEN an EXCELLENT addition to Comanche, TX ! I have never left that store with out the item I came in searching for or knew the store employee had exhausted every possibility before giving up, then most often they make suggestions as to where the item may be found. Kudos to have found the dark haired lady at the front( I don't even know her name), but she is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, and helps ASAP. SHE REALLY GIVES YOUR STORE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.

I bought an air mattress from Ace and when we went to air it up, it would not hold air. I took it back to the store hoping to return it but had no expectations because I didnt have the receipt with me. The two ladies that were helping me were very friendly and happy to help me with the return. Great customer service!!

This is a great store to have in the small town of Comanche, Tx. The associates are quite friendly and ready to help you find what you need for the job. The store is new, very clean and organized. There is plenty of parking. One time there was a problem with a price...the associate took no time at all to find out how to solve the issue. There are other hardware stores in this town, but this is my favorite.

Great place for all your needs amazing customer service as soon as i walked in there was a lady standing there and asked me what she could do for me i needed keys made and she made them right away 2 of them at that i was in and out. In 15 minutes smiles everywhere. Loved this place.

Great store! Friendly associates. Great selection. The only downfall is that the pricer are a little higher than a big box store. However, they save me a 45 minute extra drive. Nice to have these items close to home.

This place has everything you could need. It may cost a hair more, but you save more than that in fuel having to drive to a big box store miles away. Best thing to ever come to Comanche other than the carwash. Support you Local Business. Its what this country was founded on.

Prices are reasonable...just the employees were in the store so you should not have to ASK THEM FOR ASSISTANCE!! The employees were somewhat helpful but only to point out which aisle. Maybe my next visit will surely show alittle more initiative before I have to check out!!

It's nice to have a known hardware store in this town. The only thing i would want to see changed or rather "fixed" is one of the light posts in the parking lot has a defective light which flickers/strobes when on. Not only does it give a creepy scary movie vibe, but the strobing actually messes with me where I must turn away in fear of having a seizure triggered.

Its ok,its small buts it's a small town without the small town nice people,its new and my experience every time is the employees are what not so friendly or helpful, unless its closing time. Go to Stephenville's Ace Hatdware,its a much better experience
