We’re camping nearby and needed propane for our RV. I called and they said no propane. But then I got a call back from Bobbi about 30 minutes later saying they were getting a delivery and she wanted to let me know just based on “last number”. That’s customer service. Great job!

Awesome at pick up orders. Made an order for a gun safe, they delivered the safe early to the store and the pick up was simple and pleasant. They are quick, efficient and friendly. Will order from them again!

Had to stop to get an item. Was greeted by the cashier. Made my way to the place I needed to go, got the answer I needed. Though its in an odd place to get to, its worth it. I go back and forth from the Austin area to the Houston several times a year... I'll start stopping just because it's a nice, clean, friendly-helpful staff and pick up some treasures!!!

First interaction with anyone was when I needed to filling my propane tanks. The person who filled the tanks was a female but I can't remember her name or I would tell you to take it to someone else if she is the one who ends up filling yours in the future. This employee didn't open the purge value while filling my tanks and this is the first person ive come across in six states who hasn't opened the perge valve while filling. When I kindly asked why, the only answer I got was " I know what I'm doing I'm certified to do this" and since I am not certified I let her do her thing, paid for what propane I thought I got and left. When my tanks ran out, I went back hoping to get someone else, only to find out that they were out of propane, and when I asked if they know of anyone in town who sells propane; the cashier person asks someone else over the walkie talkie system and the response I get is I hear a person yell from across the store "GOOGLE IT!!". I'm sorry say but it's interactions like these that make me wonder why these people are even employed at all and needless to say, I will never do business with this tractor supply store. I would rather drive 45 minutes to a different store before ever returning here.

I ordered online and picked up in store. First time for Tractor Supply. Pickup was fast and easy. People were friendly. Price was lower than any other online option. Great experience.

Store is never busy. Sadly that keeps the staff small. Can be slow to get help if it actually happens to a busy time for the store. Really well kept store. Good supply of ranch supplies being a large part of their business.
