I just love this boarding and grooming facility, but more important to me is the fact my Corgi, Zoey loves going and that gives me so much peace of mind . They are like her second family💜 When I drop her off she runs right to them without looking back, and their grooming is fantastic!I highly recommend this facility for your fur babies!!

Our three dogs, 2 GSPs and a Westie have been customers of Kountry Kritters since this business opened its doors in 2021; boarding, grooming, bathing, and in each and every instance we have been very pleased and satisfied with the professionalism, quality of service and interpersonal skills of Ms. Katie Johnson and her staff.The premises are air conditioned, boarding runs are kept immaculately clean and odor free. Our dogs have been boarding at Kountry Kritters every year for three to five weeks in our hot and humid mid-summer, they love the place and always come back healthy and in excellent physical condition.A couple of years ago our older GSP developed a health problem during one his stays, and Ms. Johnson took it to our veterinarian, medicated the dog as prescribed, and kept us informed at all times. The dog was in excellent health when we picked it up upon our return.We have had dogs for many years in different countries and locations, and the boarding and grooming services we have and are receiving from Kountry Kritters are the best without a doubt.

I was impressed before I even set foot in Texas. I called last week to schedule my standard poodle for a grooming. I was told there were no spots available at the time but that she’d (I believe the owner, KT) call me back.Y’all. In 20 minutes she had called me back due to a cancellation that day. Unfortunately I was in a different state at the time, so she told me again she’d call me back, that she thought she may have something.Not 20 minutes later she calls again and has an appointment available for me. I was humbled and grateful, not to mention the fact that she has great phone customer service.I took my baby for his appointment today, and he looks amazing. He’s clearly feeling himself, posing and prancing around. He smells great and he came home with a smile.The pricing was competitive and her work is worth it! She’s very communicative and personable, and clearly loves animals. I’ll be coming here every time I’m in the area.

Kountry Kritters really impressed me. They did an outstanding job grooming my little dog and were very kind and patient with my large dog while trimming his nails. My little dogs groom was well done and she looks absolutely adorable. An added bonus is the prices are more than reasonable! 10/10 recommend and I'll definitely be bringing my dogs back!

I have taken my Dodger, to Kountry Kritters and the folks there have done an outstanding job with the grooming of my handsome boy. He goes in with quite a shaggy coat and comes out groomed and looking more lively and happy to have been treated with such loving care. Great hospitality and very accessible, also I do not have to drive far for such a great groomer(s).

Katie did an excellent job of grooming OZ, my nine year old Yorkie. I am new to the Columbus area and did not have an appointment. Katie was kind enough to call me when she had a cancellation and notified me within three hours as she had completed grooming. I was lucky to find Kountry Kritters and will call Katie when I return to Columbus. Thanks again for the caring you showed OZ and he looks great!

I started using Kountry Kritters after a recommendation from my vet’s receptionist. KT is a wonderful groomer! My little Pickles was used to going to a groomer regularly (every 6 weeks) but was on hiatus for medical reasons. When I dropped him off the first time, KT listened to all my concerns about his prior medical issues. She assured me they would use extra care when bathing and grooming him. He’s been groomed by KT three times now and no problems. When I pick him up, he always looks adorable and smells great! Thanks KT!

It was refreshing to see that dogs who are visiting for grooming are walked during their stay. My pups did not immediately dart for the grass when I picked them up, so I know they were well cared for. Their grooming was also excellent!

I had to go into the hospital, and needed to board my dogs.… A pitbull and a Chihuahua. It’s bad enough to be ill, but it is such a relief to know that your dogs are safe and secure.Not only were they safe and secure, but when I got them home I realized that they actually looked better. I intend to take them back, just hope that it’s not under such stressful conditions, ha ha. I would totally recommend Kountry Kritters over any of the local competition.… And while I’m on the subject, the owner and staff are very knowledgeable and a good information source if you have questions about your pet.
