The cashier is the greeting and closing of your entire experience. Ours failed completely! The most unfriendly individual in the entire store. The rest of the team were super friendly and helpful. The store selections are minimum and end of season. The meat department is questionable. Thankfully, we have other stores that can fulfill our grocery needs.

Prices are a bit higher than HEB. But this store is less crowded and has everything I'm looking for and some things that HEB does not carry. More of a selection of items I need for Asian recipes that my family loves.

Fried chicken wasnt ready at 12 noonHad to wait. Seems like they would be ready for the lunch crowd. On sale items I wanted were apparently out of stock and not on the shelf. Disappointed.

Has a friendly environment, clean, aisles are not crowded with boxes, and maybe a little outdated in some areas. Nice store. Gave 3 stars because prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! You'd need a good sale, along on a day with double/triple coupons going on to bring down to decent price.

Again I encountered miss leading pricing. The stickers are unable to be read by a senior citizen. Cereal was suppose to be 5.00 off for 3 family size. It said select size 18 oz up. You cannot read each sticker, they are at floor level! The ad is no help either. It doesn't say which flavor.

This is a horrible establishment to work for. The Columbus location has poor management. Youd expect more from a company that has been around for far longer then ive been alive. The store manager Alex is lazy and very unprofessional. My first day there she yells at another employee in front of customers. She put me on the register long before im TABC certified. When brought to her attention that she same employee she yelled at is causing issues for a new employees she takes no action to correct the employees behavior. The asstant store manager along with another employee are stealing money from the company. Alot of the cashiers and other employees at this location in Columbus tx are bullying and taking advantage of Patrick hes a manager there. This store needs to be investigated. My boyfriend went to this store and the people there were very rude to him. Alex fired me for defending myself against a bully. This person was brought to her attention and she could have easily handled ths problem instead she chose to go home knowing about this issue. I dont ever recommend anyone to work at this place nore shop there.

Inside the store was OK but went outside to the tobacco barn to get Copenhagen snuff and the lady at the drive was no help the sign by the road said $4.38 a can if you bought two. She said it was going to be $11 something. I pointed out the ad and didn't know how to cancel it out. So I just got one. Will go to Wal Mart and HEB from now on they honor there signs.

The Columbus Brookshire Brothers is one of the worst grocery stores to ever go into. Anyone that is helpful or friendly all work in the back away from people. The ones you deal with are rude and confrontational!! Go to any other BB and they are friendly and helpful, Not Columbus. I only go into that store because it's never busy

I Iove shopping at Brookshire Brothers. If I want a certain item, they will order it for me. The people who work there are a special breed! They look after my shopping needs, and make me happy to shop there.
