I am impressed of the change, the store is clean and bathrooms too. From my last visit of one star to 3 star only because you can still see some spots that can be clean and also coffee should be keep full and fresh but other than that customer service 5 stars ⭐️ , store has a new management good job .

Parking is great for trucks. Store is filthy, spiders hanging from ceiling. Don’t know how they are allowed to serve food here. Showers are cheap but you will need to clean it before you use it . It’s obvious they don’t.

Food sucks. They leave the taquitos in the fryer too long and you get served empty fried bread tubes while all the filling remains as slag at the bottom of the fryer. Done with Stripes Taquitos. Just Say No.

Zero customer service. Rude help on her phone while I was asking her a question. Middle of the afternoon; no tea made (which is what I stopped for)All dispensers empty. Attitude when I asked for tea. She only confirmed there was none made. Smirking. I was the only one in the store. Not busy, just completely disinterested in doing her job.

Good place to stop if your tired, bathrooms are always wrecked somehow no matter what time of the day, always understaffed, which points to a management problem, and the taco bar closes around 2 in the afternoon so don't even think about getting a hot meal after that, over all the people there seem nice but overwhelmed, but if you need to just shut down for a break, the parkung lot is well lit and well paved. Thats the best I can say about it.

This truck stop is a food desert please do not believe the sign that says Laredo Taco company. I'm a truck driver this is my regular route and if I had to depend on eating here I would starve. They barely have any food in the cold case the hot case is hard as a rock even the cooler for the sodas is empty. My advice is to keep on trucking. Even the bathroom floors are covered with shady toilet paper.

Very dirty restrooms, empty toilet paper on one stall, trash overflowing. Diesel pumps very dirty , trash overflowing too. 10/4/20 9:00 a.m.

The pumps didn't work. No signage. Half the drink machines were empty. No tea. No towels in the restroom. Staff didn't care. Try allsups across the highway.

Lots of truck and car parking because everyone knows not to stop here (now i do as well). Dirty as hell, not much of a food selection. Rollers looked dried up and like they were cookin for a good day. Cashier was nice.

We were very pleasantly surprised about how nice this Gas Station was. We were also able to easily spend the night with our motorhome among the trucks and felt very safe. The parking lot was extremely clean especially for a truck parking lot. The grass was fantastic for a quick walk with the doggies.

This place is disgusting. The garbage is always overflowing, bathrooms are filthy and the coffee is worse than Flint water! It would be nice to at least keep soap on hand so we can at least pretend their food workers wash now and then.

I was actually really impressed with this location. I usually visit Pilot or Love's travel stops on my way when I have a long drive, but this was closer than any of those.To my surprise, this was very well done. They have done a great job taking a common convenient store and gas station and turning it into a nice experience just like the other travel giants.Definitely will be looking for more locations like this as we travel through the country!

This place smells horrible when you walk in card reader not not working at pump had move to another and no fountain drink even with a 100gal diesel purchase. Its probably good that they stop making tace at 2pm because would have made me sick the way it sinks.

Good parking and affordable fuel. Sneeze guards over taco area filthy, as were restrooms, floor in dire need of mopping. If you wish something to eat, it should perhaps come out of a package.

Absolutely the worst burritos I've ever gotten at a Stripes...ordered a Grand Torin... Had no bacon... Ordered sausage, potato & egg... Eggs were very hard & dry & cold. Condiment/add on area was very poorly stocked, no napkins in dispensers. Only 2 dispensers on tables had napkins. Floor could have been swept...this was @ 9:10 in the a.m

Very Bad experience. Trash in mens restroom overflowing at 8:45pm 3/16/2021. I used a shower which seems they don't clean after each person. Towels were on the floor last night and still there at 8am 3/17/2021. If they don't clean the store it tells you a lot about food handling and cleanliness.

I did a 34 here and was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and courteous, facilities inside and out very clean, and the restaurant was reasonably priced and quite good. I would not hesitate to recommend this place whether you roll 18 wheels or 4.

I bought 130 gallons of diesel. Walked in to get some food. All the clerks making food where eating as they prepared the food. Got half my order and stopped to help a cute blonde first. I walked away digusted with this place. Unsanitary and unwelcoming. I didn't get my food. And i paid extra for my coffee refill. I dont want to owe this place anything. I strongly recommend you avoid this place

I don't usually review gas stations, I understand it's hard to keep them staffed and cleaned, but this was by far the worst Stripes I have ever been in. Men's room was overflowing with trash and refuse at 10am on a Tuesday. No lids for fountain drinks, boxes in the aisles, everything in total disarray. I've honestly seen cleaner convience stores in the projects of metro cities... I doubt I'll stop here again.

Here several times a week. Their fountain soda machine are miscalibrated and you always get funny tasting soda. The grill is good when it's fresh, but often the meats are dry and crispy by afternoon. There is also a female cook on swings who has the worst attitude and can't ever get an order right and then gets mad at you when you ask for the rest of your order or you remind her that you asked for cheese.

Newer place that has not been maintained too well. Most of the Windshield stations where empty and the few that did have fluid had a foul odor from not being changed. Lots of room for RVs or trailers and grass to walk ur dog.

Sign on the door says restaurant opens at 5:00am. It's 5:30am as I type this and there's no food. Also the men's room was out of paper towels when I got in last night and this morning there are still no paper towels in the men's room. This place used to be awesome, now it's just another west Texas dump.

I'm not judging all the grills at stripes. But this one was the worst Mexican food I had. The beans was dry and the rice was dry. The flavor was not good
