TERRIBLE. I live here and I have ONLY had NEGATIVE interactions when dealing with a package pickup, depositing money to cash app, and if you need any general help. They obviously need some training in customers service. I will say that my negative is only with their managers. When it is a general staff member, they are super friendly. Anyone who is in a leadership position likes to say something isn't working or they don't know. Save your time and go to Family Dollar. They're always friendly and helpful. I deposited cash app one day and she complained about doing it and fussed the whole time, next day sent a friend and "it's broken", which isn't the truth. They aren't too clever and I could hear them talking about how they didn't want to do it and didn't know how. They also like to close up 10 minutes early! Beware, WORST DOLLAR GENERAL EVER!

This store is a filthy crowded mess. You practically trip over freight just left sitting around. The only reason to even go there is lack of shopping options in the area. The manager is extremely rude.

hands down had to be the cleanest the most well organized the most optional Dollar general I have seen since I first walked into a Dollar general congratulations job well done what a curious step what a great availability selections for all items whether it's household personal hygiene birthday cards and even alcohol these folks here know how to make someone feel at home thank you for being such a wonderful wonderful I was so happy I visit today it made my trip

It is to crowd with racks of stuff that needs to be put out it need to be moved to the back so the customers can see what is on the shelf. Bring one cart at a time out to put stuff up.get the rack k sorted in the back an get the stuff organized so it can be put up faster an get the cart out of the way. My personal opinion.

They always charge a higher price on a couple items when you get to the register than is marked on the shelfToday some kid tried to charge me more and I showed him the price marked and he said he didn't care. I left him everything and went to Family Dollar

It is my favorite store in Colorado City. I go in twice a week. Unique items and very low prices. The staff always goes out of the way to SHOW me what I am looking for. God bless your heart!

This store was a wreck. No kind of organization at all. They already had valentine stuff out for sale and it was not even new years eve, yet the xmas stuff was only 25% off. I feel if they are gonna be pushing holidays on us at least really clearance the last one!

I like this Dollar General but everytime I go in there it's so hot that it's so..hard to shop. I've expressed several times & they say its bcuz their air conditioner was broke & was going to be fixed but then I went back for several WEEKS & it was still the same way.. of course I had to ask again & then was told that they were told to keep it that way to save money. OMG!!Seriously??!!😳 Don't really want go again bcuz I come out of there drenching in sweat!🤨☹

One of the employees was very nice and even gave me 50% discount in Christmas boxes they have improved a lot is more organize and some employees really say hi to you some not all I always go after 10am so who is working in the hrs are very friendly staff

Difficult to get around the store and find what you want because of all the carts full of merchandise waiting to be put on the shelves. This is the most cluttered DG I have ever been in.

Clean, found what I needed, super long wait, I think they were stocking shelves. Waited in line for about 15 minutes. Cashier ran out of yellow bags.
