I dropped off my 3 Pit Bulls for spa day. I’m a disabled veteran and when I came to pick them up the tech gave me a much Appreciated hand getting them to my Jeep.The dogs looked and smelled great. This was probably the third time they have groomed them.Customer service at groomers and store is excellent

They shaved the fur to the akin behind his ears! He is now really itchy. Last 2 times I had take my dog, looks like they just shampooed plug his ears clean his eyes and thats it! They also shaved the belly to the skin! Disappointed. Changing groomers.

I'm disappointed in the haircut. In the uneven splotches. I have been using them for years, but it is though they had an inexperienced person give the cut.... not happy after spending $170.00

This grooming crew always takes such good care of my two fur babies! They are very quick to get them in and understand to their anxiety when dropping them off. My babies are always refreshed and happy when we leave! I love the Petco rewards also! Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They always did an okay job when giving my dog a groom, but started refusing to groom my dog unless I came every 2-3 weeks and paid $80 for it every-time. I can not afford to take him for that price that often, so when the 2 week appointment came around they said they would stop seeing my dog. Not sure if it has anything to do with the location, and its income- but $80 every 2-3 weeks adds up!! Not worth it especially since they take 5-7 hours to complete when probably 4-5 hours are in a crate.

My visit was great, Mal was great she made my Thunder look like a hold different dog. All of the ladies were so nice to my dog which is a senior he's 9year old. THANK YOU

I normally don't leave reviews, but our groomer today did a wonderful job with our 2 small dogs. One dog is a 7-year-old that gets tangled hair mats really bad, and the other is a 14-year-old that gets her fur real dirty, but they both came back looking amazing! The groomer was Debbie at Petco store number 2440 (per receipt). Debbie told us she's been grooming dogs for 30+ years, and it shows - every nook and cranny is trim and clean, and nails cut great! Better than any other dog groomer I've ever used - we really appreciate it!

I take my two Boston's here every week to have their nails trimmed, and teeth brushed. The staff is always friendly, and my babies love them❤ I highly recommend!

We took our puppy here as we just moved to the area and the reviews were good, but never again. They said because he had some matted hair under his chin and near his butt they had to shave him completely- okay fine. However when we picked him up the shave was longer in some places and almost just completely skin in others. They cut his eyelashes completely off and his whiskers, which was completely unnecessary. The end of his tail is raw from clearly being cut to close to the nub. To make matters worse our puppy has razor burn and cuts all over his undercarriage (especially his private parts) and his paws. He’s clearly extremely irritated to the point we’ve had to buy a cone so he’ll stop licking himself constantly. He also came home very skiddish. Overall this was the worst grooming experience I’ve had and would not recommend anyone taking their dog here.

My german shepherd had a bad experience at another pet store, and after that he refused to go to any pet related place. He was due for a nail trim and couldnt go through with it anywhere else because he wouldnt even get put of the car. But the wonderful ladies at this store were super understanding and helpful! They were able to get my dog inside the store with a trail of treats coming from the car, and with all the love he was receiving from everyone! He got into the store and walked around, got some toys and Barbara played with him while we waited(his favorite thing!) , we were able to get his nails trimmed and im so grateful for the help that I got! I have a four month oLd baby and we were afraid of letting him get close because of how long his nails were.Thank you so much!!! ♥️

Groomers are very kind and gentle with my dog who is very frightened of getting his nails done. They always have two people working on him, one to do a quick and efficient job and one to pet and live on him to distract.

Non sense, staff has poor sense of service. They say there is a window of 15min, arrived at 13, they did not take my dog. This is how businesses struggle with client retention. Not coming back ever! Forst they change my original appointment, now this!

The cut was overall quite good but it was also a bit spotty probably due to tangles. I felt that it could have been more even in spots. But generally since it had been a long time since grooming was done I was pleased
