I had the best experience at the Hollywood Feed Store in Colleyville, TX.I took my 6 month old puppy into the store to find a harness that would fit her ever growing body. The sales person was extremely helpful and even fitted her for me.I was so grateful for the assistance and great advice!

There's always someone up front to help with what I'm looking for. All of the employees I've encountered are very nice and also very knowledgeable. I understand that they attend training for that reason. I like shopping at Hollywood more than the big chains with "Pet" in their name.

The only pet supply store I'll go to. Great selection of high quality food, treats, toys and all your pet needs. Great prices and the staff is super knowledgeable about their products and just general pet care. Gave great recommendations for puppy training, daycare, fun things to do with your new furiend. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

Great customer service, very attentive in recommending different treats for my pup! The store was so clean and you could tell some hard work had gone into reorganizing and freshen up the store. Glad to see this location back at it!

This was our first time using the bathing facilities at Hollywood Feed. We were greeted when we walked in the door and shown the facilities and equipment. They provided us with fresh towels and had everything there that we needed - shampoo, conditioner, mixing bottle and a variety of scrubbers and brushes. This was the first time bathing my dog without having an aching back! They also had a grooming table that can be raised and lowered, a powerful dryer and a scale. This was a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely go back.

Today: I went in to exchange my dogs food for a different flavor. Same brand size and price. However, he proceeds to tell me I had a balance due of $10.83. I said why it's the same exact size food and type he said it was on sale last month and it's not on sale anymore. I asked him what he was talking about since it was an even exchange and he had my receipt. He said okay this one time I'll do you a favor. I said absolutely not I do not need your favors and I will not be coming back to this store! Went over to Southlake exchanged it with no problems. Apparently remedial training is needed on customer service.Posted 2 yrs ago. Always friendly and helpful...

Great service and pet products. This is where we buy high-quality dog food that is diffuse to find at other pet stores, and they allow you to return the unused portion if you pet does not like the food. Also, they have bathing stations so you can wash your pet.

This place always has helpful workers. They will carry heavy bags of dog food to the car for you! It's also great to get a free bag after x bags purchased!

The staff here is amazing! Been here twice to wash my dog. Liz helped me out the first time and was so helpful and gave my newly rescued dog some snacks! The quality of treats here are great. It's very clean and the prices are pretty great for what you get. The large tubs are great for us and make bath time so much easier. We will be back for more baths and treats!

Love the Colleyville Hollywood Feed. The staff is always helpful. They have a great self-bath area with all of the supplies I need (including treats to coax my reluctant Biscuit into the tub!)
