I love Bark Avenue. They have so many amazing products and always give personal care. Tammy and her staff are the best. My dogs loves going with me, so they can get treats.Tammy also supports rescue dogs and is very active in helping our rescue, Trinity GAP Rescue.Great place and wonderful people.

I always visit this incredible pet store, and everytime I cannot be happier with my experience! From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who truly care about pets. My pup and I explored in here and totally loved it. We were greeted as soon as we both walked in and they were so loving to my big shy German Shepherd. They have a great selection of meaty treats if you have a dog like mine who isn’t too crazy for the sweet ones. With a nice selection of toys, chews, treats, etc We will definitely come back. Stoney (my dog) says Thankyou for having such yummy treat to snack on!

You are such a manipulative liar North Richland Hills Police nor the shelter have notified me of anything pull your cameras from that day and it will show that you promised to give him back iif my son was upset but you did not want to go there did you because the law states if there was a verbal agreement that is what’s binding so let’s pull the cameras from that day and it will show that. Really not sure how you sleep at night knowing you stole a kids dog in a manipulative manner and because you think you have money and are better than us you will get to keep him so let’s tell the real truth because I have a witness asto what was said that day but cameras don’t lie and you were trying to keep him before I came for him saying he was unsafe with us he broke out of the fence dogs get out all the time. You are a horrible person. A sad excuse for a human being for doing what you have done to my son special place in hell for manipulative people. the owner of this establishment stole my dog. She is manipulative and lies. One day last week she saved my dogs 2 pitbulls one dark brown and white puppy and a red nose pit. They had eaten out of the fence and got out while I was at work and my boys at school. Instead of taking them to NRH shelter she kept them telling the shelter she would hold them until I could come. I have twin boys one went with me to get the dogs what better place to have picked them up than a place like this right. Upon arrival she went on and on about how they were seconds from death. She also said would I be willing to let her take them both where she could keep them safe. I said no but thank you so much for picking them up. She then said she really loved the dark brown one I said well my son and I have been talking about how he may need more attention so since you have him in a safe place and you promise to give him back if he gets mad let me see how he reacts. Mind you he is my son’s dog I love him he is an animal. I love all animals anyone that knows me would tell you I don’t kill bugs rats never would hurt any animal but I told her I did not even really like the dog meaning I did not want another puppy my teenager brought him home. None the less she will not return him per our agreement said she is gonna get a restraining order or get me arrested if I show up at the Bark bakery she is very dishonest and why would you do that to a kid. (She decided he would be safer with her. ) She said I will never see him again. Way to build customers dogknapping people’s pets dogs get out of yards everyday it’s not like we put the hole there and threw steaks in the road. Dogs get out my son is devastated. She seemed very honest and trustworthy. I would not trust her at all sneaky and lies. My son is freaking out. I have called proper authorities we will see what transpires tomorrow. Anyone with questions can also contact me directly and she gave us a bunch of product the day she kept my dog with the promise she would return him if my son was upset he is still upset . But she threatened me with her money and lawyers I am a single mom.

This is the absolute best pet store! They have the nicest and most caring people! You can tell they genuinely care about you and your dogs! My family recently moved here and stumbled upon this place and it’s now become a staple for us to go to!! They have holistic health options and pride themselves on the quality of their products. Our dogs are more than welcome in the store!! Everyone loves the dogs! And ask where they are when we go in without them!! I wish I could give more than 5 starts because we love this place and they deserve it!Phil and Tammy are the best! They care and always provide wonderful recommendations! They even offer to deliver! Our one dog has been struggling with keeping on weight and everything they’ve suggested our dog has loved!All in all, this is a wonderful place! We never want to go anywhere else for our dog products!

Went into this store for the first time yesterday, and had an amazing experience. The customer service was the best I’d experienced in a very long time. Just want to say that I've always LOVED my experience with Bark Avenue, and wanted to share an especially memorable one. For years, I've had trouble putting weight on one of my whippets. No matter what I tried (and I've tried a lot of things) nothing helped. I mentioned my troubles to the great staff at Bark Avenue who suggested a product that he thought would do the trick. I was skeptical, but made the purchase. IT WORKED, and I couldn't be more thrilled! She is now a beautiful and healthy weight, and I am so very thankful for the knowledge, experience and expertise of the Bark Avenue Staff!!!

Wanted a birthday cake for our dog. We had gotten 1 back in Illinois last year. The Illinois cake was way bigger and way cheaper than there smallest cake here. We did end up getting a bisket which they did decorate for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have given them 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable.

After running errands in the area, I decided to stop by to see what this place is all about. I was greeted right away by one of the owners, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, and who ended up giving me a sample of a dry dog food they offer for my two fur children to try out. They had a nice variety of healthy treats, foods and supplements to choose from on top of the great customer service. I love the idea of giving my business to a place that truely has our dogs’ best interest at heart! As soon as my dogs run out of their current supplies, I plan on making this our new pet supply store. :)
