I've been a regular customer at this Petsmart location, primarily purchasing food for my cat. I am consistently impressed by the wide variety of both dry and wet food options they offer. Additionally, their frequent promotional events are a huge plus, allowing me to stock up on my cat's favorites while saving money. Highly recommend to any pet owners looking for quality and variety in pet food.

Negative experience on this note that “as a pet professional” she would not scoop a couple fish for me 20 minutes before closing. I needed to be there at least 30 minutes before closing. Because she has too many other things to do like empty the trash. Why have a store be open at all when you can’t help your customers buy things to keep your business afloat?

Wonderful store! My animals (Dog & Cat) love going in to pick out treats and toys! Great prices on Food bags, Veterinary services, and Toys. You can find a lot of deals and a handful of different brands! 10/10 store

Called 3 days ago, provided details to schedule an appointment for 930 am this morning. Drive 45 minutes to get here just to be asked if I brought my pups rabies shots which had expired on the day that I called. Not that it’s anyone else’s job to keep up with my dogs shot required, however when making the appointment it would be a nice reminder THEN and not on the day that you show up.

We take our puppy there! Love Banfield! Love the grooming Dept, vehli just got his second puppy cut, first with PetSmart, and he loooves it!! Good customer service! Aiolani works in the front, and she is very sweet and polite!

I've been a long time customer at this store, and I've trusted my pets to receive care from both Banfield and their grooming salon. I couldn't be happier with any of the services I've received, from the dedicated and professional nature of employees and managers alike, to the absolute care that the salon and clinic have shown my fur babies. My ventures at the salon leave my pooches smelling delightful, and looking as stylish as ever. One is old and reactive to dogs, and one is a husky (self explanatory as to why he's a trouble child) and they turn out stunning with little stress. They are done in a timely manner too! Always a joy heading here. 10/10!

I always commend the people giving up their weekends for a dog or cat to help them find their potential safe adoptive home that will treat them far better than their first neglectful parent. Truth be known, these folks don’t just spend their blood, sweat and tears getting a needy animal in a home, they are spending huge amounts of their own money. The fact Governments can’t find the funds to help the over crowded animal thing always eludes me. Apparently they find the people that work so hard and the animals that suffer so much and so long of NO IMPORTANCE. I will not forgive a Government like those in the USA with a surplus of ways to use MONEY CORRECTLY TOWARDS ANIMAL CONTROL, safety and health and they place that money elsewhere. Countries with MONEY have ZERO excuse for why animals roam the streets constantly. I suppose the Government wants us animal lovers to learn how to be a little tougher. Perhaps watching animals suffer makes you brave, powerful and confident, go figure🤷‍♀️

I had a parakeet long time ago and i like their Cheaper and good quality service, they had kittens and cats for adaption. It was great to see kittens sometimes. I recommend this place for your valued pet. I am not sure about their fish service is good enough i saw some goldenfish were dead😱

Huge selection of toys, food, harnesses leashes, food bowls etc. for your dog, cat, hamster, fish, bird, etc. Don’t be surprised to see a dog training session going on at the front of the store by the dog treats. Grooming center employees are very nice and professional, and you can see the grooming tables where your pup will be shaved or trimmed. Our pup got the perfect cut for him, freeing his eyes from his mass of curly hair!

I did an online order for curbside pick up for dog food, I got there right at 7 I didn’t know it ends at 7pm. It says to come inside, I was going to go inside but my son didn’t bring his shoes with out me knowing! So I called the store asking if there was anyway they can please bring it to my car and explained my son didn’t bring his shoes, but if not it’s totally okay. She replies in a rude voice “ you know we are very busy right now”, “can you pull up to the front”, I said yes thank you so much! And she just hung up on me. I pulled up front, and I got out my car so she didn’t have to lift the big bag of dog food and save her time so she can get back inside, I thanked her twice and she just gave me a blank stare and walked away!! I never felt so uncomfortable. Soo rude!! This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with customer service at this store. I won’t be shopping here anymore. My son said wow that’s a true Karen 🤣 Are people even nice anymore??

I understand being busy...im a NURSE. What I don't understand is waiting at the pet store 45 min trying to flag down help and being walked by 3 times and over spoken to get feeder mice for my grandsnake. I even went to the front and was told someone will be with me shortly. Sad that a cpl more attractive people were waited on before I was even acknowledged. 😪

After adopting my dog Zoey from a shelter I stop by to talk with Banfield they took her and gave a good examination. They were professional and gave you a warm feeling of being there. Took good care and made Zoey feel special. Thanks. Smartpet store was clean, well stock and everyone was nice

Charged us $65 to pretty much wash our dog. They did not dry him, cut/buff his nails, probably didn't brush his teeth or comb his coat. Had him for 30 mins and said that he was lunging at little dogs. Funny thing is, he was raised with a Maltese and a bunch of kitties.Barker's grooming is worth the wait, we won't make this mistake again.
