She loves her feasts most fancy. And vittles most tender.. sooo we go to PetSmart because they have the biggest selection, and larger bags for better prices. 👍🏽😻👍🏽🏎️

It was a quick, fast and easy process overall. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them. They love on your pet like they are their own pets, and they do a wonderful job grooming! Her cut job was perfect, exactly what I asked for! Love this place! Will definitely go back!

Unbelievably they told me they could not unlock the display cabinet where the electric dog fences are. The PetSmart employee was speaking to other employees and manager and they said they couldn’t open the display to sell me the electric fence. We were standing there looking at it and they had no interest in helping me purchase it.I was no less than shocked. There were other customers in the store getting assistance but they didn’t want to help me and I was ready to purchase.I spent a ton of money in this store but now I will look elsewhere first. It’s a pity service is so bad. Reminds me of how Bed Bath went down. I prefer to buy local but service is makes it hard.

Great place, my groomer, Laci was fantastic...she made our Doodleman so handsome. She's the best groomer there by far. Definitely gonna see her again.

This is for the groomer not the store.. we took our 14 year old beagle chow in for a grooming. We made an appointment at one to drive in from 30 miles away. When he got dropped off we were told it would be 3-4 hours.. so clearly he just sat in a kennel until they could get to him. So instead of being able to kill some time nearby we ended up driving home and had to go back to get him after adding 60 miles onto our day. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. So don't expect your apt to be kept.That alone isn't all that bad, but what we saw when we picked him up was laughable but also infuriating. He was attacked by German Shepards in March and had to be shaved in a few areas. Luckily the fur had almost grown back but was still just a little uneven. We asked the groomer to even out his coat which would have required maybe taking off less than an inch of his top coat. Instead they shaved my dog.. took his entire top coat off completely! My mom is a dog groomer and she said you never do that to a double coated dog.To make it worse it is totally uneven and there's tuffs of hair still sticking out all over his body. I could have done a better job at home, not wasted 120 miles of driving and and half a Saturday. Beware!Before and after PetSmart grooming pics below...

This is a really nice location. New store, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I come here for the Banfield location. They have some of the warmest and friendliest staff that have been wonderful to our 5 pets we take here. Super with my really anxious lab. Highly recommend, not only for pet supplies, but if you are looking for a Veterinarian that is top notch!

I made a last minute appointment at this location after the other location in College Station cancelled my appointment two hours before the appointment time. The second PetSmart immediately called me saying that I could keep this second appointment, but it would take them almost twice as long to groom her. I live over an hour from College Station, was rushing to make this new appointment time because of PetSmarts unreliability in the first place, and hit traffic along the way. As I was pulling into the parking lot, they called saying they would no longer take her because I was late.Just to be clear: It's okay for PetSmart to cancel your appointment same day, on very little notice. It's also okay for PetSmart to take 5-6 hours instead of 3-4 to complete the groom. But if you arrive a few minutes late, there's nothing they can do to work with you ✅ got it.We've been using PetSmart grooming exclusively for years, but we will not be back.

I love a good break to take my dog out to Petsmart. Of course, it's hard to keep him focused on training with so many smells, but that's the nature of the pet store. They have an excellent selection for everything I need for my cat and my dog! They're pricing on these items are also great, and they're always running fun deals that make it easy to care for your furry friend.I know this sounds a little high-maintenance, but I don't love the layout of the store. It's a little tough to navigate with their entry the way it is. That's my only complaint, though, and it's not going to stop me from giving them 5 stars.They're grooming service is just wonderful! I wanted to take pictures with my dog for my bridal photos, so I had Tucker washed and groomed. They took just wonderful care of him, and he came back perfectly cleaned and dried and ready for photos!Definitely recommend this location.

Took my NEW Baby Girl, Pebbles to Pet Smart to get her Shoulder Collar and some chew toys, as well as some treats. Pebbles is 3 months old, weights 5lbs, and is a Terrier-mix.

The layout of this store is a bit confusing, with products for reptiles, small animals, etc. by not consolidated on the same isles. However, they do seem to take very good care of the animals they offer and *usually* have the live insects I need when in a pinch between bulk orders.

Girl at the hospital reception is rude. Every time I tried to talk she talked over me, probably because of my accent. The manager is not friendly also. I work close to this store so I thought it could be my store to shop for my cats but I’m never going there again. Please train your staff on how to treat people of all backgrounds.I will be shopping on Amazon or another store in town like Petco

We’ve had great luck finding anything we need here, for our cat, and dog. Dog grooming with Shayne is great, she works extremely well with timid dogs.Low reviews about employees being expected to know how to treat your pet’s ailments should be taken with a grain of salt. At the end of the day, these workers are always friendly, and deal with all sorts of pet products for a hardly livable wage, if they’re not just part time. Do your research, talk to your vet, and be informed on what you need before you go in.

Looked for a pet bed but they were all stacked so high against a wall in small area, couldn't get to any. Another customer too. We both bought none. Got dog food and doggy mat I will likely return as it didn't fit. Can I ask for dog bed in store without jumping hurdles literally? What it felt like in store, as husband stood there with 50 pounds of dogfood.And bought cutest Grinch doggy sweater. That made 2 hour drive somewhat worth the trip.

Employees are real nice. Lots of great things for my four dogs. Lots of options of food and toys. We also like the free reward program to help us save money. Banfield has great vets. We also used the grooming services and the techs there are also nice and fun to talk to. They also take great care of our little fluff nugget.

They never repair the very loose (almost falling off) toilet seat in their disabled stall. Someone could get very injured by this.

Worst service i have ever experienced! They will invent reasons to charge you extra money. $20 "handling" fee if someone has to "hold" your dog during the service. I managed a grooming salon for 5 years and know that sometimes having to hold a dog is necessary for portions of the groom, like nail grinding, it is just part of the job. But I would never even consider charging a customer for this normal occurrence. I want to add that the dog in question is a puppy who weighs 9.5lbs, he is not aggressive, he just fights a bit when they grind his nails. If a groomer cant handle him, maybe they should seek alternative employment. Also, they wanted to charge me extra for having an elderly dog. I mentioned that he had kidney disease and all of a sudden they had to get permission to give him a simple bath and they wanted to charge me an extra $20 to give him an express bath, which they quoted me would take about an hour and a half and I would have to sit there and wait for him. I refused their service and took all 3 of my dogs home. I'm disgusted by their nickel and dime tactics but I'm mostly angry that I wasted an hour and a half of my tightly scheduled day, and had to leave without getting my dogs much needed grooms. The green haired lady had obviously checked my dogs records before I arrived for my appointment bc she knew that my puppy needed vet records and that he needed to be muzzled for nails, so if they checked the records for my other dogs, they would have known about my elderly dog and contacted me about any concerns they had PRIOR to me driving 30 mins to the appointment. Altogether, horrible experience. Horrible customer service and will try to tack on ridiculous fees.
